I agree that Liverpool has the chance to win the Premier League trophy this season if Manchester City and Arsenal drop points, respectively, in the Premier League. Liverpool cannot win all their remaining fixtures in the Premier League because they have five away matches, and they cannot win these five away matches. And in these five away matches, the home team can likely beat or draw with Liverpool.

We saw what happened to Arsenal last season when they were 7-10 points clear and that didn’t still guarantee that they would win the league and they still couldn’t win the league despite leading with many points. 8 matches is still a lot of match to play in the premier especially having 3 teams so close to each other contending for the title. Liverpool have the chance to win but there is also a possibility to drop points before the final game of the season and if this happens they will be at the risk of losing the title because Arsenal and Manchester City are waiting on them to drop points.

You have a point, they cannot win all their 5 away matches because this is the premier league and all points matters so much to all teams at this point. Some teams are battling relegation while some are looking to secure a spot in European competitions.

Arsenal is known for this kind of behaviour in the English premiership, I don't think arsenal is going win the league, there will be repetition of what happened last season, there three major contenders of the league namely Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester city, though Manchester City has not been consistent but Liverpool that I know will continue with their winning ways.
Arsenal gave all this chance away, they were on the track of winning the league this season but the failed to achieve it, for me waiting for Liverpool to drop will require both arsenal and Manchester city to win whenever this occurs but we should also know that hence the game of soccer is unpredictable, the three teams may lose the same day and that will enhance a fresh plan for the three teams, though as it stands now, premiership winner is unpredictable.

This is so true. I thought the second penalty from Palmer would be enough to keep Chelsea away from losing to Manchester United, but he scores another goal, which was incredible to see that and many fans really appreciate what palmer did in this game, his excellent performance really saved chelsea from get another lose against manchester untied. Palmer's shot has deflected after hitting the shoulder of a United defender and it gives last goal for chelsea to win the game. It also caused SB to become overcrowded following Palmer's final goal in that game, united fans lost their spirit after palmer's last goal.

Correct. This is the craziest and most incredible match, adrenaline pumping etc, and all in one football match in the EPL league. Who would have thought that Chelsea would make a comeback at the last minute? It was incredible, and Palmer Cole made sure of it for Chelsea by scoring two late goals and breaking Man United's hearts. Including me because I bet on Man United winning, it was really painful but this match was exciting so the pain of losing the bet was relieved by the very impressive play of both teams.

This victory moved their position up to 10th in the standings, 5 points adrift of 6th place (Man United) with 1 match remaining. This gives Chelsea new hope, namely that European football is close, but they must continue to be consistent in the remaining 9 matches.

Chelsea biggest problem is the defense. Their defense is one of the weakest and porous in the Premier league right now. Apart from Thiago Silva, the rest of them are not Chelsea standard. I wonder when Chelsea to turn to academy team where players are meant to develop. The likes of Badiasheli, Cucurela and Disasi are suppose to be playing in England league one but here they are privilege but yet they don't want to improve themselves. None of these three players can help the other one.

I blame the couch for his clueless decision. How can a reasonable couch bench Silva in a match like that just because of personal issues? You deal with your issues outside the field, you can't just keep gambling on chances of making things right for the team. The issue with Chelsea team now is lack of experience. You cannot not just conclude who will be the winner of this season title, because the first top three clubs are still in the title race, and they both have similar chances of winning. Liverpool is topping the table doesn't mean that everything will go smoothly for them in their remaining matches.

Arsenal was topping, and played a draw which brought them below Liverpool, and Liverpool can also still have a draw, giving opportunity to the other two clubs below them. Again Manchester United made the same mistake as happened against Brentford, when they could not defend well before the game ended and an extraordinary comeback in the match was actually a nightmare for Manchester United, now Manchester United again recorded a bad record in the game after becoming the first team this season to lead the match until 99.17 seconds before turning in defeat in the Premier League,  Of course, it is not a record that is indeed enough to be proud of Manchester United fans and management at this time.

Today match is indeed very impressive and this is lucky home game for Chelsea, but actually on paper Manchester United are far superior to Chelsea and they have good chance of winning this match.
If Manchester United did not make mistake then it would be impossible for Chelsea to win this match because Chelsea had two penalties in the first half and also the second half, this was clearly fatal and very detrimental mistake.
However, I sure many people will feel the loss of this match because Manchester United superiority makes them favorites among gamblers, hahaha from the start I suspected that there would definitely be surprise that would make the results not match expectations.

when I fell asleep watching the match I dreamed that Man United won but after waking up I saw the final score 4-3 I laughed and it was very funny.
how could that be possible when Man United had a bigger advantage in the match but ended up embarrassingly making a mistake in the final minute.
anyone who watched the match will know how the mistakes that Man United often make are always leaving empty space in the defense so that it is very easy for Chelsea to enter and score and what is even more embarrassing is when they make mistakes that end in penalties.
carelessness like this is often done by Man United defenders and for some reason Ten Hag doesn't know or allows this mistake to continue to be repeated in every match.

the match was one of those games you wouldn't want to be told how it happened cause the emotions was just crazy and better witnessed. At some point I wasn't even concerned if I played man united to win, I got really emotional after the equalizer and though the game was going in favour of my bet, it was damn annoying to see man united coming back in such an incredible manner and when it got to 2:3 in favor of man united, I just concluded that the game has ended and that chlesea has done it again the way the usually do.

The dramatic win can as a big surprise for fans and the coach and you could see the excitement and joy in his face seeing the effort palmer has put into the play to giving them that victory. Some guys that knows nothing about football will call those goals cheap goal as if it's easy to play two penalties in a single match and score both. Let's give palmer the accolade he deserves cause he gave Chelsea the victory the heard.

Foden played well in today's match because Aston Villa didn't play defensively like Arsenal yesterday, they played attacking and created lots of gaps so that Rodri and Foden can score goals in today's match and beat Aston Villa to win the full three points, I'm not sure if Haaland is played If you're going to win big like this, Haaland can no longer be relied on in Manchester City's front line and attack line, Guardiola has to see that since against a tough team, Haaland has always had the misfortune of bringing disaster and it's difficult to win.

I realized that lately Haaland has not been performing the way he use to perform during the early time of the season I don't why is like that, even on there match against Arsenal his efforts are not like before, though I'm not disputing the fact that he doesn't play well but there is a big difference from his performance at the beginning and now, so for now Foden is one of the best players of Manchester City and right now his performance is even more than Haaland and he knows how to utilize a scoring opportunity, and even on there last match against Aston Villa he was able to score Hard-trick.

I noticed Haaland performance after he came back from injury, he was unable to be the Haaland of last season, maybe his reigning days is fading away. Foden has always been the savior of Manchester city this season, as he scores unexpected goals, and have become the player with most attention currently.

Yeah I believe the injury was actually one of the reasons why Haaland performance has drop this much, I don't know why in most cases whenever a players suffer injury at the end they will no longer perform the way they normally do because that's exactly what is going on Haaland situation and with the way things are going for him he may no longer perform like the Haaland we use to admire his performance before.

Even your point is valid and things can go either way but still we have to understand we are having completely different mentality of these two teams Arsenal is doing good but still they needed experience and Liverpool is without any doubt one of the best side in Premier League which is surely having enough depth and quality to keep things at the top level now on Sunday we are going to watch match which is surely going to give all about this season if we have won for the Liverpool then surely they will keep things at the top and not allow anyone to create challenges for them but in case of draw or lost then surely we will have some good drama in last few rounds of this season.

But still we have to understand this is one of the most competitive season in Premier League while we have too many teams at the top and now just three are fighting hard for the title race which is good sign.

I never thought Chelsea would win like this, while Manchester United are sixth in the points table. And the Chelsea side are 10th in the points table, after such a gap, the result was just 10 minutes into the match.

Chelsea really came to win while Machester United initially were more focused on the entertainment before they were woken up by those two early goals that put Chelsea ahead. I love the fight back from Manchester who not only equalized those goals even before half time and were leading by 2:3 even till the 90th minutes. Unfortunately,  the extra time just spoilt the match for them as Chelsa had to equalize and won the match. I would say that luck was on the side of Chelsea so Machester United just have to accept the outcome and look forward to their next match against Liverpool.

Oh no! I can't believe I missed that game. Manchester United pulled off a comeback from being two goals down, but no hold when the referee blew the final whistle. It was just bad luck for Manchester United tonight! Chelsea managed to snatch points away from Man United! Palmer has been carrying Chelsea throughout the whole season. At least he spared us from those explanations and excuses tonight. This is the Premier League, and that's why it's the best league ever. Manchester United might seem boring, but I'm still looking forward to their next match against Liverpool.

I missed the Chelsea v Manchester United game too. I watched the review of that match, the game was very dramatic. MU had a lot going for them and made an unbelievable comeback. Palmer is the best transfer that Chelsea made this season, and I know that they will not regret spending such a big amount on him.

Chelsea humbled Manchester United today at Stamford Bridge, a big winning for the home team to grab and hitting hard on the next. This night is special because it do bring back memories buried but the tremendous winnings have awaken them and these players will now focused on the main deals. I think by now, we would have know the market price of Cole Palmer that keeps increasing in valuable this season.

I wouldn't say that Chelsea defeated Manchester United, but rather won a willful victory. Before the game I thought a draw was the most logical result and in principle it should have been, if not for Palmer's hat-trick and great play, which stands out from the rest of the players.
I think Manchester City fans now love Ole Sulsher even more compared to Ten Hag. Manchester have more goals conceded than scored and how they are in 6th place is unclear, because statistically they are an absolutely average team that should be in 10th-12th place, not sixth like now, but Chelsea if they continue to play like yesterday will probably be in 6th-7th place.

Even we have too much criticism for the Pochettino but still things are looking well under control and most chances we will be having Chelsea into top 6 spots because lately their performance is looking good and things are also looking much better Palmer done impressive job and his late two goals helps them for having three points and important win against Manchester United which was looking for the fifth spot, but now it looks like things are not as they were having their strategy.

They still have eight more games to go for the title, which is a difficult process with City and Arsenal right behind them.

True it is difficult, but Liverpool have the advantage, it is in their hands; if they will all of their remaining EPL games, they would be Premier league champions, of course City are Arsenal are going to keep on breathing down their necks, but they would need other teams to do the job for them. All the remaining fixtures for Liverpool are games that they can win, so there is a very high chance that they are not going to drop points again. It would be an unbelievable farewell from the players to Klopp, if they are to win the league.

I agree that Liverpool has the chance to win the Premier League trophy this season if Manchester City and Arsenal drop points, respectively, in the Premier League. Liverpool cannot win all their remaining fixtures in the Premier League because they have five away matches, and they cannot win these five away matches. And in these five away matches, the home team can likely beat or draw with Liverpool.

However I feel since this is the premier League, Liverpool will definitely want to come out with all the missiles they have. If they come out victorious against Manchester United  on Sunday, then there vision to left the trophy will become glaring.

Manchester United is a wounded Lion currently and Liverpool might be the victim they will vent their frustrations on. Manchester United lost points at Brentford at the closing stage of the game and it was heart breaking for them and their fans. With Chelsea they same thing happened and just like that they lost 3 points at the very last moment of the match yesterday. They will want to get back to winning ways as soon as possible. They won't want to be losing points anyhow because they are chasing after top 5 finish in the league and losing to Liverpool will be a big blow to their quest. Liverpool and Manchester United are eternal rivals, so it is going to be a difficult game for both teams.

Trophy is still far for Liverpool to get it as there are 8 more matches and they only have 2 and 3 points more than Arsenal and Manchester City. One bad match can change all situation from advantage to disadvantage for Liverpool.

In a match with Sheffield, if Mac Allister did not score a 2 - 1 from a distant shot for Liverpool, who knows how that match would have ended. If in one of last 8 matches, they won't have a savior who can help them to win a match, they can see Arsenal equalizing the 2 points difference or worse if they lose one match, Arsenal will take over the first position.

Liverpool actually have good advantage and good form too but they still have many things to do to win Premier League after next 8 matches.

Do not also forget that, Arsenal too can be unlucky with the remaining games they have, I'm saying so because the uncertainty is on both sides not only Liverpool, moreover Liverpool have lesser opponents with which they can confidently win outside that of Manchester United which i feel is one obstacles they must surmount before we start to consider the other games coming.  I agree with you to some extent that one bad match can upturn the entire table, I'm considering the fact that Liverpool are more advantageous at this point in time than the two other contenders.

That's true mate, anything can happen in football, and people have forgotten this while focusing solely on the competition between Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City. We have seen how Arsenal failed because they lost to mediocre clubs last season which has been also making the players were so frustrated caused by they are all getting bad result at the end of season. The same thing may occur again soon when arsenal will be missing golden opportunity to perform better caused by liverpool may be unbeatable probably until the end of season. 

Arsenal is facing tougher competition than last season, as the club must have faced two of the EPL's strongest clubs at the same time which is also lowering arsenal's chance to win the EPL this season. Unlike last season, when City became the only club capable of competing with Arsenal which gave arsenal 50% probability to win the league. 
I believe Arsenal will miss another chance to win the EPL trophy soon. I congratulate Arsenal for finishing second or third. I strongly believe that this club will be unable to win the EPL trophy this season.
