The Aston Villa vs Liverpool match the first half has just ended with Liverpool taking the 1-2  lead. It was an earlier goal for Liverpool with that goalkeeping error from Martinez which puts Liverpool in the lead not quite long Aston villa responded with that beautiful distance shot from Tielemans  in the 12th mins  leveling the scores but Aaron Villa couldn't hold that goal as Gakpo gave Liverpool the 2nd goal from that cross pass from Salah making it 1-2 in favour of Liverpool.

Both teams are enduring a deficiency of strong defense in this game, both defenses are porous which gives me an optimism that Aston villa could  get a second goal going by how attacking and tenacious they played in the first should they continue playing that way in the second half, because Liverpool defense isn't anything strong in this game just as the Villa's.  Look forward to see more interesting performance as the second has kicks off.

Bailey, who was in an offside position, could have left the ball as there was an obviously onside Villa payer following closely behind him. Liverpool have also had a goal disallowed for offside.

I do not mind at all. I need Villa to lose to give Tottenham an honest shout at the 4th position and an extra incentive to take all 3 points against City tomorrow.

I strongly agree with Pep's statement about the title race against Arsenal i meant totenham's match gonna be the key point here. I meant that winning the game against Tottenham is critical to City's chances of winning the Premier League caused by it's gonna . As Pep mentioned, it will be a crucial game for Manchester City to win the trophy and keep Arsenal trophyless this season and what pep said is the fact.
Manchester City can beat Tottenham as a key factor in winning the title this season and the most possible scenario if manchester city will able to surpass arsenal's GF and GD when it gets draw against toteham. West Ham is even weaker than Tottenham. This is the key to Pep winning the Premier League trophy for the fourth time in a row.

I believe City will beat Tottenham again, as they did in the first leg. Arsenal will be finished if City can beat Tottenham soon.

Everyone strongly agreed with this Pep's statement because we all know after Arsenal win at Old Trafford we are having just one game which is going to have big impact on Premier League title race in this season and this is going to play between Tottenham vs Manchester City at the Tottenham Stadium tomorrow even Manchester City is hot favourite for this game with their performance level is too good for the current form of Tottenham because they are having terrible performance in last few games and after four matches losing streak now having first win against Burnley which is also not promising but can they stop Manchester City it is very important and surely things could be not easy for any team to have things easy with Tottenham is also having good chance of jumping at the fourth spot because Aston Villa is also having two challenging games to come in next few days.

In fact, Tottenham's losing streak doesn't mean much, as they can come together and give Manchester City a fight. MS at the moment are not satisfied with even one draw, because on goal difference they can not win, in this case they will have to win the last match with a rout, which is unlikely. Let's see what will happen tomorrow, if MS win, then everything will be decided in the last round

I hope they can get another goal, especially after their poor games in the Conference League... But for Villa they need the points more to stay in the UCL zone...

In Premier League games Tottenham having good record against Manchester City as they never lost in last four meetings which is good sign for them and their chances for ending into top four which are now some increased due to Liverpool good performance in this game against Aston Villa at the Villa Park.
Tomorrow we need Tottenham to give their best for their own and for the title race which is currently at peak with Arsenal is leading by 1 point Manchester City is having one game in hand which is surely now need to be won to Tottenham which is having new lifeline after Liverpool this current burst right now Crystal Palace is also hot with no lost in last five games.

Liverpool failed to maintain a 1-3 lead when I was sure to see them win, but everything turned around and Aston Villa forced them to end the match with a score of 3-3.

I think Klopp really regrets what happened in the last few minutes before injury time, it was a bad moment for Liverpool. But it's clear the results won't have a big impact now, whether it's losing a draw or winning.

Liverpool are trying recovery back their performance to catch the Manchester city from the second position, but I don't think that will be actually possible. Because up to now they still have more to do even thought they win today's match against Aston Villa they will still have 4 points left for them advance to second position. I big surprise liverpool who was leading the Aston villa by 3-1 they relax and Aston Villa equalized all the goals which was very disappointing for them.

Aston villa to lose is not possible with they later keep up with very strong performance and the match to draw Liverpool can share a points with the Aston villa after they make a big mistake and allowed the Aston villa with 2 goals with in dai minutes of time. But I hope for Tottenham for tomorrow match against Manchester city which they can find the game very easily to win.

 You need to commend Aston Villa's zeal, drive and confidence in this game tonight because it's not every team that can come from such a scoreline to equalize especially as Liverpool were also bent on winning the game.
 John Duran just came into the game and changed things for the visitors were Ollie Watkins couldn't cleanly finish and if you ask me, I'd say they deserve this draw.
 It's sad that teams no longer see Liverpool as threats being that they have been unimpressive as of late. It looks as if the players are bent on soiling Klopp's image before he leaves the club and I'm just feeling bad Jurgen Klopp couldn't make good on his promises of winning the title because this result has already erased them off the line for the title.
As it is, they will have to settle for a champions league spot.

It is really difficult to understand Marcus Rashford. He has been inconsistent over the years. For example he had a wonderful season previously. Under Erik ten Hag's management Rashford also played a significant role in Manchester United to start fixing their problems. His performance played a really good role in his team to join the Champions League as well.

But now we see a Rashford who has lost his way.    He doesn't look very keen on finding it either considering his general performance level so far. While he is one of the most crucial players for the Red Devils this is making a bad impact on the results.

Yes you are wholly right why I'm saying is because last season was a successful season for Rashford though he didn't lead to take premier league but the effort was strong 70% than of this season, before he looses performance on football, actually I don't really know what is behind the failure of  Rashford he seems too different this season but even as that ten hag still value him the More.

Seem Klop made a wrong decision with that quadruple substitution at a go towards the last minutes because, Aston villa managed to revert the charge of the game from Liverpool's control  just after that substitution was made, to which they were able to get 2 goals just in no time. It's a bit of a delightful night for villa charging the game to a draw after two goals down, taking this one point has an important factor in their champions league bid. Manchester city may make their job easier  should they win Tottenham on Monday..

Indeed, Liverpool have really failed to enter the tight competition between Man City and Arsenal. even though a few months ago before their defeat in the Europa League, Liverpool was included in the competition among the top 3 clubs in the EPL which was very interesting. but now it really isn't anymore. Luckily, in the end in this match against Aston Villa, the result was still a draw so we still got 1 point. But actually, the situation shouldn't be that bad for Liverpool, maybe this is the effect of Klopp's promise to his club that makes them really no longer as on fire as before.

Judith87403, I'm not sure why you're so keen to quote a post of mine that's months old, but what you're saying is a fact about Marcus Rashford. This season Marcus Rashford has made 31 appearances, but his goal productivity is very minimal where he only managed to score 7 goals and 2 assists in 31 appearances. It's certainly a huge downturn, but he's not the only player to fall short this season.

Marcus Rashford is a good player as a striker, but he has been very inconsistent with his performance. His goal productivity isn't always what one would expect, it makes it clear that he isn't really improving. I think Marcus Rashford has to force himself to return to peak form, but he is not the type of player who works very hard even though he has great talent.

Aston Villa will continue to be main threat for Liverpool in the English Premier League this season and the next. The Reds couldn't handle the villans and it was clearly pointed out today at Villa Park. Aston Villa headcoach, Unai Emery is here to grab huge points and also become one of the very best thing that have ever happen to the club this season. Liverpool lost their best performance in the second half because of their carelessness so a draw was the final result of today match. In fact, I believe Liverpool can win this match because they managed to lead 1-3 but unfortunately they failed to maintain their lead so that Aston Villa was able to score two goals which made the final score 3-3. Of course fans are disappointed with Liverpool performance today, but if you compare it with their overall performance this season, of course there is quite a good improvement compared to last season.

Aston Villa really wanted to get something out of the match and they did. How one man’s injury situation could really bring in the guy that would turn the game around for Aston Villa. Zaniolo after he had just came on as a substitute for Tielemans, he missed a golden opportunity that was delivered right to his foot by Bailey and though he managed to put the ball on target, he made it too easy for Alisson Becker to collect. That was yet another chance for Aston Villa that was thrown away.
Not too deep in the game he caught an injury and on came Duran. You could tell he had eyes on goal since he got in. His first attempt was blocked, he had the chance to pass the ball to Watkins but, chose to go for it with a quick turn but, couldn’t find a great view of the goal or had a nice contact. Late on in the game, he had that strike from just outside the keeper’s box to get his first and soon after got a second goal. Liverpool must be real disappointed as they felt they had this 3points safely but, Aston Villa was determined not to loss at home.

If Tottenham needed a reason to take their game against Manchester City more seriously, they now have it because they also have the chance of qualifying for the Champions League as Aston Villa could not get all points against Liverpool. So, if they are able to win their two remaining games and if Aston Villa do not get a point from the next game, they will be in the Champions league which will be huge for Tottenham coach. Manchester City will take the game to Tottenham, but Tottenham will not be easily defeated at home without them making sure the other team earns it. If Tottenham wins, they will be doing Arsenal a big favor.
