They also conceded 5 goal from Crystal Palace, and to sum it up their form hasn't been in good shape for a while now. Even their last 2 won matches, they were unable to keep clean sheet, which is an evidence that their defence is weak. However I don't think they can stand up to defeat or make a draw with Manchester city. Arsenal can start preparing for next season rather than placing their hope on West Ham. Though this is football and even the impossible can happen

conclusion is quite easy and in simple terms it is impossible for Man City to lose this match because the legacy of the EPL title still belongs to Man City and on the one hand I have no doubts about Arsenal performance, who currently also have big ambitions to win the EPL title even though Everton is also one of them. a team that is not easy to beat but Arsenal will still win this match with the strength they have.
from the predictions I have it looks like Man City will still lead in this last match because Arsenal will definitely win today's match but the problem is that the odds for these two favorite teams are very low whereas betting on the total score for me is difficult to predict because these two teams could be give a surprise with a big score or maybe a small score.

IMO, the predicted score for Man City will end 3-2 or possibly 4-1.
if someone dares to take the risk of betting on Man City winning -2.5 maybe the odds are a little bigger but the risk is too high for me.

It can't happen for City to win the EPL title 4 times in a row and it will be a difficult day for City against West Ham because the Hammers need to do something to make the fans happy at least for ones, we all know their form has been terrible.

3 matches are very convincing, Manchester City is very strong. Maybe it's just statistics, but I think they're currently the same. Manchester City are still going strong, I think Arsenal are too confident doing the EPL champion celebration exercise this season like that. Where did Westham finished in the league table? Westham has to Manchester City 16 times in their most recent meetings. Yes this is football and anything can happen, but let's be realistic here, what's in it for Westham if they fight to stop Manchester City from winning the league? You can't tell me that Westham will accept to come and risk their players and do dirty jobs for Arsenal to win the league and in the end they will benefit nothing. Mikel Arteta is having another year of bad luck. He turned Arsenal into a great team. He brought Arsenal to the next level. It was truly a great season, one of the most unpredictable that even in the last day, no team is relax yet as a winner. Few minutes is kickoff time and all eyes are on West Ham and Everton because the duo will determine who will be crowned the champion of the season. By the expectations of most football lovers, Man City will win but until the final whistle,  one cannot be sure about that.

You are right West Ham United has not been consistent on this season if not they would have actually secure a more better position than there current place on the table, imagine they have been too inconsistent that they could not even win two or three matches from there last seven matches which is a very bad performance and they are even lucky to have won there last match against Luton if not it would have affected them seriously on the league table.

So considering there previous meeting with other smaller clubs on how they were not able to win those teams is it Manchester City they can be able to challenge, so perhaps I agree with  you that Arsenal shouldn't put there hope on West Ham United because is obvious they will go through a lot in the hands of Manchester City because West Ham United doesn't have what it takes to stop the kind of strikers Manchester City have, though like you said anything is possible but in this case is actually almost impossible for West Ham United to hold Manchester City to a draw.

You are right West Ham United has not been consistent on this season if not they would have actually secure a more better position than there current place on the table, imagine they have been too inconsistent that they could not even win two or three matches from there last seven matches which is a very bad performance and they are even lucky to have won there last match against Luton if not it would have affected them seriously on the league table.

Very unpredictable but full of repetition of events, arsenal allow their mistakes to keep repeating itself, normally arsenal is suppose to be rejoicing today but what can we say, uncertainty has been the other of the day,  Liverpool on the other hand started flopping in the die minute, this also helped Atlanta to utilize the opportunity and capitalize on Liverpool lapses to qualify for the Europa finals.

The super Sunday is becoming unkindly to arsenal, as they are currently playing 1-1 with Everton, and on the other hand Manchester city are winning west Ham united 2-1.
