Manchester United's performance this season has been the most erratic compared to other teams. We have seen consistent good performances from Chelsea in the last few matches. Perhaps the Chelsea team has won three matches in a row. But we have not seen any improvement in Manchester United's performance. Still the team's performance is weak and erratic. Manchester United should look for a new experienced coach next season.

With all indications, Manchester United are not going to look for a new coach by next season, perhaps that have that in mind but still unknown to the public until the finals of the FA Cup is being played and they’re able to win the trophy, which could be the only reason to keep Ten Haag for another season. Chelsea that was very underrated at some points are on top of Manchester United on the standings and could finish the league above them with some points which they’ll be advantageous for the Europa League competition by next season. Chelsea have been consistent recently, let’s hope to see they can finish the league with that consistency and make it to an European competition next season since they failed to participate in any this season after a poor performance in the prior season to this.

Whatever policy will be taken by Manchester United management will still have risks, whether retaining Ten Hag as manager or firing him at the end of the season. In my opinion, Manchester United really needs changes, especially in terms of the composition of their main squad, because that is the key to the success of a coach strategy. Efforts to tackle Arsenal ended in total failure, Manchester United again lost points at home. Even Ten Hag is now having difficulty getting his team to overtake Chelsea, Newcastle and Brighton has the potential to make Manchester United lose points again. Meanwhile, now that Arsenal has managed to reclaim the top of the standings temporarily, that will change again if Manchester City manages to secure full points against Tottenham.

They retain him or not, it's eith a win win for Erik Ten Hag. But Gon be a lose for Manchester United if they happen or plans for his sack because I don't see who they will bring that will take Manchester United back to the top four. Thomas Tuchel? Never did I expect a win here in this game for Manchester United. They had a good ball possession on the first half but couldn't do so in thr second half. Gunners managed the game very well if you ask me.

Manchester United currently in no Competition with these clubs, they go about themselves and business back to back. Arsenal will be famzin Tottenham Hotspur for the win against Manchester City during mid week.

Manchester United is no longer consider to be threat to elite teams, they keep losing points against average and elite opponents and they're now ranked 8th position on the table which is not a good result for them. Arsenal dominated the game but failed to net more goals than expected. Coming to Old Trafford to face the Red Devils and won them but it was not with ease efforts, they struggle to maintain their lead.

I am mostly of the opinion that Eric Ten Hag should go. Because I don't think he's taking the best out of them as a manager. Let's ignore the injury crisis within the club now and look at how Manchester United was poorly managed to the position of 8 in the table ranking and still likely to lose more points if they continue like this and probably fall below the current position below West Ham who are just 2 points behind them presently.

Both Manchester United and Chelsea were almost birds of same feather in this season because they could not maximize their potentials as elite clubs in the league. And if you may ask me, I will like to say that I see more of the faults coming from the managers than I see from the players, per se.

Arsenal also played a very good game, most especially in their defense line, making sure that Manchester united does not get any chance of equalizing the goal.
Overall, I congratulate Arsenal, as they continue to proof their strength, and their worthiness for the premier league title this season, but unfortunately, Manchester city is still a very strong stumbling block for them, if only Manchester city will lose or draw any of their remaining two games, but unfortunately again, that may never happen, as Manchester city seems highly determined to win the title again this season, so, I guess Arsenal will be happy taking the second position.

Arsenal extended the competition with 3 points in today's match because with the 3 points they got they are back at the top of the table with Manchester City still leaving 1 match back at this time.
This season is really very interesting and this is what is expected from the EPL because how to compete with each other in the last chance is indeed a very good thing which is very worthy of interest.

My hope now is that Manchester City draw because with that the last match and goal productivity becomes the most important as determining the champion and I think this scheme will be more painful in the end but indeed we have to wait for how Manchester City face Tottenham later especially with Tottenham's situation in the last few matches they are always inconvenienced and not optimal then indeed the situation is still favorable for Manchester City at this time.

Well, very good point there, it is also my wish that Manchester city lose or draw one of their games to create and equal chance of winning the league title between them and Arsenal, though I still stand on the fact that it will be extremely difficult for Manchester city to lose or draw any of their current remaining games, except a miracle decides to happen for Arsenal.

If we are to be honest with ourselves, I would say that without a miracle happening, Arsenal should by now learning to completely accept and be comfortable with the second position in the league table, for every thing at the moment is pointing to Manchester city winning the title again..

I once thought Manchester United will be the biggest threat to Arsenal, but guessed wrong, they hardly defeat small teams and same with the big teams, I don't see any improvement as most teams are beginning to get better during the end of the season but the United are getting worst. I wonder what they have left in their remaining matches, will it take them up the table because for what I know Chelsea is not willing to give up their position.Talking about Erik ten Hag being sacked or not, the team should do whatever they think Is best for them, they might end up sacking him and get a better result from the successor or the worst, they are to face the repercussions of their decision but personally I would want them to keep him for one more season, he might be incredible this time.

Firing Ten Hag at the end of the season clearly requires Manchester United management to look for a better replacement. That's the problem, I don't think many coaches are interested in this position because of the high pressure so far. If Manchester United fires Ten Hag, basically it will not solve many problems related to the team's performance. In fact, Manchester United will have to be willing to wait longer because of changes in strategy and plans for the new coach, both in terms of the squad and the game scheme.

One solution that I think is good is to pour a lot of money into the transfer market to buy several players who support Ten Hag's strategy. This could increase the probability of Manchester United finding his best form compared to sacking Ten Hag and giving him a lot of compensation.

I don't know how over confidence with Erik ten Hag keep defend him self to stay with Manchester United after many big failure at all competition appearance in this season. For the first time in UEFA Champion League participants, Manchester United failed reach from knock out round and finish most bottom position place. Secondly, Manchester United break out the new record as the most team conceded over 80 goals all competition and become poor performance how weakness of Manchester United defense.
Currently loss over Arsenal make Manchester United without European competition appearance for next season behind finish on 8th standings position. Arsenal was lucky today, Manchester United was the better side in the match but disappointingly they lost. If United had a managed to score the first goal, the result would have been different. It’s not easy to fight to the end, I have to give Arsenal that but Manchester City are going to win the league.  

I didn't watch this match, but I liked how Arsenal beat United. Usually, even though Manchester United's performance is unstable, the Gunners always have difficulty overthrowing the Red Devil at Old Trafford, United's home ground. In this match, Trossard scored the only goal scored in normal time. Apart from that, Kai Harvertz is starting to show progress in his performance. At least, he was able to prove that he could play well. and now, temporarily the standings table is occupied by Arsenal again. only one point adrift of City, while the competition only leaves 1 match for Arsenal, 2 matches for City. City's probability of retaining the League title is very high, especially since they have 2 games remaining. Pep only needs to sweep the remaining two matches with a win. Thus, City won the Premier League trophy again. But, let's see, the match that City will play will not necessarily be easy even though theoretically City is a strong team. Maybe Spurs and West Ham can stop City from retaining their title. we don't know, until City plays the game. after that, we will know the final result. The point is, anything can still happen. Of course, as an Arsenal supporter, I am the same as other supporters, who want their favorite team to become champions and win the Premier League trophy. So, it's still interesting for us to follow the matches presented in the Premier League the following week.

Manchester United performance wasn’t really bad in todays match, they played well, but Arsenal defense was just kind of difficult for them to break in the match, Arsenal was able to get three points in the match, but I was expecting them to perform better in the match, Arsenal performance wasn’t really good, after scoring a goal they started playing a defensive game which doesn’t really make sense, most people expected Arsenal to score so many goals in the match, but all what Arsenal was able to get is just a goal.

Manchester United performance has been so poor this season. I never expected Manchester United to play as they played today. With the way Arsenal is currently in form, they were supposed to score more than a goal. Lots of people were expecting Arsenal to score so many goals just the way Arsenal scored against Chelsea, but Arsenal was able to score only one goal.

Like what really made you think that these above mentioned managers can't do job the more than Erik ten Hag and possibly take Man Utd back to its glory, you forget we have coach like Zinedine Zidane out there ,Manchester United can still get him if eventually wants to take on the job.

Yes,  they played well in the first half but after coming back from the first half game, Gunners understood the need to secure the three points and never give them the space to see the back of the net.
If you ask me I never expected Chelsea would have ever finished ahead of Manchester united in the premier league table this season, Their performance lately badly gone so down.

They are currently leading the league due to more games. Arsenal will expect M.City to lose points, but it does not look like M.City will lose points.

M.City will play against Tottenham on Tuesday, the 3 points they will get from here are very important.

Absolutely, the defeat to Palace was a heavy defeat for United. Arsenal was the more motivated side as they are very close to the cup right now, and today they managed to get three points by scoring a goal without despair and they still have hopes. Manchester City's remaining matches are Totthenem and Westham. It seems like one of these teams could do Arsenal a favor. I hope one of both teams beats Manchester City.

I fully agree with you that it was not fully lucky that Arsenal won Manchester United. Arsenal was not in control of the pitch by ball possession, but that doesn't mean they did not play well; they really played. The pattern was that Arsenal decided to play with a strong Manchester United defence and not allow Manchester United an opportunity to score, and that really worked for them. In today's match, Arsenal was really playing it with consciousness because they knew Manchester United would not like to mess up their home game. It has been a long time since Arsenal won Manchester United's old Trafford, so even today I was not really expecting Arsenal to win the match, despite the fact that Arsenal is in great form. All I was expecting was a draw or for Manchester United to win the game.

The only big hope for Arsenal at this time is to hope that Manchester City lose or draw in the matches they will run in the rest of the season at least for just one time then indeed their chance is still very open to win.

It is very small chance to expect Man City will lose points. Man City only focus on EPL matches, they also have quite easy opponents in the next 2 matches. Tottenham is the only team that possible to get points against Man City, West Ham won't have a chance to get points at all. Unfortunately, both Tottenham and West Ham have bad stats for the last 5 matches. They only could win 1 match, it is not a good sign for Arsenal. In theory, Man City must win easily against those teams.

Very small does not mean it can't be because however for now there is no other way for Arsenal other than having to get continued wins in their remaining matches even though Manchester City has a great probability to date.
Arsenal's match today makes them continue to maintain hope but then again in the end their hopes are only on Tottenham and West Ham who must indeed try to hold Mancehster City in their remaining 2 matches.
As long as that does not happen, Arsenal's chances remain the same where the points gap still occurs and Manchester City manages to bring the trophy continuously.

At the moment we still seem to have to keep waiting until the final match for the EPL celebration in contrast to other domestic competitions that are already over.

Even though Manchester United took the lead in the first half, Arsenal would equalize and win the game in the second half. Manchester United cannot defend their home, there's no consistency in their games, that's why I don't get comfortable if they are winning because the final whistle is the judgment. After the final whistle then I could believe that Manchester United had won their game because it is possible to concede a goal even seconds before the match end.

Arsenal deserved to win the game, they earned all the points at Old Trafford. I was a little disappointed with the outcome of the game, I don't want Arsenal to have a narrow win in any of their games, so they can have a lot of goal difference with Manchester City because if Manchester City loses or draws any of their game, Arsenal will have the advantage of goal difference to win the league.

There are many main players on Manchester United's injury list, especially in the last few matches. This has made their performance very unstable, it is even very difficult to expect Manchester United to win the match. Manchester United's defeat in 2 of the last 3 matches makes sense, but however this team could actually do better even without some of its main players.

I saw Alejandro Garnacho today trying hard to score, but his great ambition to do so resulted in several missed opportunities. There are times when Alejandro Garnacho looks very selfish when he has the ball at his feet, he should be able to pass to his partner who is in a more advantageous position. I like Alejandro Garnacho's style of play, but anyone who looks selfish isn't very good because seems to only care about himself rather than the interests of the team.

Manchester United have not been able to show their best strength this season because for various reasons they are still quite weak when compared to other teams such as Liverpool or Aston Villa.
I think the fans are quite disappointed with Manchester United performance this season, even in today match they were quite inconsistent in their game. There were many opportunities but they were unable to convert them into goals. Arsenal was lucky enough to beat Manchester United at Old Trafford because they managed to beat their tough opponent this week, giving Arsenal a bigger chance to become champions.

Even though Arsenal position is not safe enough because Manchester City has not yet played its 37th match, Arsenal is still able to put great pressure on Manchester City. Yes, we are waiting for the Manchester City vs Tottenham match. If Manchester City fails to win this match then Arsenal should be proud because they can become champions this season. The competition is so tight this season that we even need the last match to see who will be the champion this season.

Such a wonderful performance from Arsenal this evening right from the beginning of this season arsenal, they try to put much effort into every one of their opponents and make sure they defeat everyone of them. To be honest, Arsenal has become a tiger this season, which no any team has nothing to do with them. Although Manchester United always have a strong performance when it comes to meeting with a big, but today's own against arsenal was not easy for them.

Because they received so much pressure from Arsenal, I think this season has come to an end for Manchester United. They should only go home and prepare for the next season. As it stands now, Arsenal has gotten back to their normal position, which is in the in the top standing.
