Fighting for fourth place Tottenham performed very poorly in the match and did not even make an effort to draw. It's not going to happen. In this situation things are very interested as now Manchester United is going to face Liverpool and Arsenal is going to face Chelsea and Tottenham have tough visit to Brentford which team will win surely they are going to have strong case for fourth position because suddenly Arsenal lost four matches, and they lost their train for this spot and Tottenham lost is also giving a fair chance to Manchester United for jumping in this situation, but their next visit is very tough against Liverpool which is already ruin Manchester City at Wembley, and they are not allowing any team for having any resistance against them and Chelsea is also playing good game, so Arsenal can lose their fourth straight game which surely going to help Tottenham which is also having tricky game against Brentford, so this fight is going until last round of this season.

I was completely wrong about my prediction for the Tottenham - Brighton game today. I was expecting to see a clear win for Tottenham after seeing this incredible winning streak of theirs. But they lost to Brighton by 1-0 and got a very surprising result. Tottenham players must be really frustrated after this result but at least Arsenal lost also. They still kept the three-point gap with them. Tottenham are still a better team than Arsenal recently so Arsenal will need to work much harder to have their solid form back.

No one expected Tottenham and Arsenal to be beaten in this week's EPL match, especially after seeing that Brighton and Southampton are mid-table teams. Especially in the Southampton Vs Arsenal match, many people bet on Arsenal because they saw the negative trend made by Southampton recently. With these results, the EPL is increasingly interesting to monitor, not only talking about who will win the EPL title, but also which teams will get tickets to the Champions League for next season.

The defeat of Arsenal and Tottenham was really unexpected. The two of them were competing for 4th place, but both failed to take advantage of the opportunity. This condition is an opportunity for Man United to get back into the race for 4th place. Well, even though the performances of Man United are less consistent but Man United can still make a surprise.

What is quite interesting is the appearance of Brighton, which Brighton turned into a stumbling block for Tottenham and Arsenal.

As an arsenal fan, I am very quite disappointed with the results that arsenal got today, against saints is actually an opportunity for arsenal to keep their distance from tottenham, but instead arsenal suffered a similar fate to tottenham today, seeing the next 3 matches that must face chelsea, manchester united and westham, I am starting to be pessimistic that we will be able to end this season by being in the champions league zone .

Yeah it has been couple of weeks of bad form now but that's not the real point. The game against vs Saints was crucial and a golden chance for us to once again move back to top 4 with lead over Spurs , with game in hand. So we would have been in much more comfortable position but the loss just puts us right back at spot where we were. Its tough now for CL spot with United also getting in competition but well let's see.

Congrats to Manchester United on their great win against Norwich today. I was hoping a much more comfortable game than this but I must have forgotten how problematic Manchester United's performance was for a second. Their problems in their defense still persists now. They owe this victory to Ronaldo obviously as he made a hat-trick. It was his 50th hat-trick in his career as well. What a legend he is! He is still showing a good level of performance at this age and proves that the age doesn't matter at all for him. Of course he is not performing as good as the old times but even this is still satisfying for me.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the third most goalscorer in this season of the Premier League with 15 goals now. He made a delightful hat-trick against Norwich today and he literally won the game by 3-2 by himself. Manchester United should count themselves lucky to have him in the team right now. Because if it weren't for him, they would have been even in a worse condition in the league now. They are still struggling as they aren't playing that much well as a team now.

Right, because in this match it's not MU vs Norwich but Ronaldo vs Norwich lol.
This is certainly very good for Ronaldo and this is proof that he is still not finished now, His performance is still very good in scoring goals and this hat-trick is proof that he is one of the strikers who is still productive even though he is 36 years old.
It's ironic that there are a lot of United players there but they are very difficult to deal with inconsistency now, luckily they brought Ronaldo at the start of this season

The way arsenal players played today was so poor that Southampton used them as a great opportunity.  Arsenal needs good players that can bring the team where the team is supposed to be.  Arteta needs to try his possible best to fixed Arsenal,  if he fails to do so it will be more terrible for arsenal,  arsenal need good employment.

Overall team performance of Manchester United isn't good to win against strong team and even they're not able to win compare with lower team at this time. Cristiano Ronaldo is playing so well and he is leading the team. Norwich played really well against Manchester United.

yeah that's right Man United's defense against Norwich is very bad, how about when you face Liverpool. if you defend like that I'm sure Man United will lose against Liverpool.
Talking about the match, Man United's victory could actually be picked up with convincing results. They took an early 2-0 lead, but surprisingly Norwich equalized to 2-2. Luckily, Ronaldo's free kick goal was able to save the Red Devils in front of the public. This match should not be too tense, especially after Man United scored two goals.

When I look at the fight for fourth place in the Premier League, I always think - what kind of clowns are these?

To be honest i actually feel the same way, and the team i am most disappointed in is Arsenal, i mean, they had it in their hands and it looked like we were going to see another 'Arsenal' different from the team we knew in the past, but this was not to be so, they have capitulated just as quite a lot of people predicted, and i feel sorry for Arsenal fans, they actually thought they would definitely see their team in the CL next season, but now it is no longer in their hands, even if it is still very possible.

Having said that, i would no longer be making any prediction on who is going to finish fourth, since none of the teams in contention is ready to take a grip on that position, i will keep my fingers crossed till the very end.

Apparently beating the strongest teams in the league and losing to lesser teams isn't just a Leicester City habit, is it? Based on that, I got the idea that weaker teams play very motivated and beat top clubs. I noticed this with Leicester before, they could beat a strong opponent but very often played to a draw or lost to an outsider.

I was not able to follow the recent games and I was quite surprised with the results. It took a hat-trick from an aging C. Ronaldo to win against bottom team Norwich while Arsenal losing again. Then you have a disappointing game for Tottenham. I know we should be focusing on the title race between City and Liverpool but the race to fourth is also entertaining hehe.

This simply shows how the premier league is unpredictable.

The Premier League competition feels even more fierce after there are four teams who are still struggling to penetrate the top four positions in order to secure a ticket to appear in the Champions League. However, of the four teams, Arsenal can be said to be the team that has the most bad luck, recently they have been very disappointing, instead of looking for perfect points they fell.  

Tottenham also suffered the same fate, playing at home they should be able to win full points to stay away from the pursuit of competitors. Manchester United, which was almost out of the competition, is now back on track because it has succeeded in adding important points this week, West Ham is also one of the teams that are still eligible to compete in the hunt for tickets to the champions league next season. After seeing the result of the Tottenham - Brighton game, I would have waited for Arsenal to play more eager to win. But they still couldn't even score one goal and lost with a 1-0 score. Arsenal really feel the absence of a good striker these days especially. I hope they can sign a good one this summer.

Actually if you look at Brighton's record against big teams of course we can see that they are a team that destroyed big teams this season even though they didn't play well but the nickname is still there and Tottenham are included in the list of being destroyed.
For Arsenal, I don't think they can get out of the previous 2 defeats so they played badly in this match.
this is something that must be fixed immediately if you really want to be in the UCL next season

Well now can you imagine if someone placed a multibbet on both of the losers team arsenal and tottenham to lose? it must be decent amount to cashout! arsenal despite having a very dominating game ... they are as usual pretty poor at finishing , while tottenham got a surprise at the end of the match even though i knew it that tottenham will lost as they played it very awful!

keep in mind that it's not going to be easy for Arsenal and Tottenham in their next matches too, so I think the fight for the champions league qualifying spot will remain, it's going to be tough for your team Man utd but I believe they can do it, Arsenal are starting to lose their cool in the last matches, and Tottenham can drop points in any match, a 3 way fight until the end of the season.

Doesn't this kind of thing often happen in almost all leagues including the champions league so don't be too surprised
Manchester United also lucky to score the 3rd goal Just look how Norwich fought even though they had no reason to win
because they must be relegated I don't see a chance for them to get out of there. My attention is also focused on Watford who never won.
