Personally, I wasn't that surprised by Ronaldo's hat-trick because his opponent was only Norwich, the bottom team in the standings, even though Norwich had equalized to 2-2 before Manchester United finally won the match with a final score of 3-2. No matter how great Ronaldo is but still, it will not make Manchester United finish in the top four so yes, I think the achievements made by Ronaldo are not balanced with what Manchester United achieved they are still difficult to play against stronger teams.

That's true but at least he has increased their hope of competing for the top four and beside they are now just three points different with the forth position Tottenham. He's performance in yesterday's match has given Manchester top hope again. Arsenal are now lacking behind due to their performances in there last three matches, there hope of going to Champions League is slim compared to Manchester united and Tottenham.

Tottenham may have a greater chance of seeing the rest of the game they will not meet strong teams. while Man United still has 2 games with Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea. Of course, it requires good concentration to be able to keep getting points from a strong team.
while Arsenal has the same points as Man United, they also have to fight Chelsea and Tottenham. although they still have a difference of 1 game, Arsenal also gets opponents from good teams. it will be quite difficult to collect points when the performance is not so good.

That's right, Manchester United could have relied on a Cristiano Ronaldo to help his team win in 1 or 2 matches. But he can't do that for all of Manchester United's games, still he needs the support of his teammates. Yes, Ronaldo can't carry Man United on his own. Even though he can score a lot of goals, but if Man United's defense is still weak then Man United will still be able to lose. There are rumors that Ronaldo will leave Man United at the end of this season and I think It's understandable because Ronaldo is a player who has big ambitions while Man United's performances this season have really not been good.

Hopefully, with this hat trick, Ronaldo will change his mind and it will be even better if Man United can win 4th place when the season ends, so they can play in the Champions League next season (I think this could be one reason that might keep Ronaldo at Man United).

Manchester United's opponents in all the upcoming matches are tough. They will play two matches against Liverpool. United is more likely to lose in these two matches. However, it seems that Ronaldo is back in form. United will probably try to win every match. But they are not yet stable. More importantly, their defense is very weak. United will not be able to win against strong teams with this weak defense. So United is less likely to qualify for the Champions League.

Norwick put up a very great fight, already 2 goals behind but finally able to equalize, but Ronaldo's third goal against Norwich allowed Manchester United to get 3 full points, and again opened their chance to get a ticket to the champions league, in fact Ronaldo's performance is still very good. good, and the instinct to score goals is still there, but no one wants to help him score goals, as Marcelo did at Real Madrid.

My prediction for the 3 next matches of Arsenal:

vs Chelsea = LOSE
vs Man United = DRAW or LOSE
vs West Ham = WIN

Hard schedule for Arsenal while they are trying to catch the last spot for the CL next season. Their last 3 matches were all unexpected because Arsenal were favorite in those 3 matches but they failed to win. Even worst, they scored 1 goal only and conceded by 6 goals in those 3 matches. They did it better in February and March but they did it worst in April. I'm not sure why, but they should have taken the 3rd position from Chelsea (temporary) if they won their last 3 matches.

it will be very difficult for Arsenal, I also don't think they can finish 4th in the table, failing to win in the last 3 games is a very bad thing where they are competing for 4th place. they have no mentality. maybe Arsenal fans should forget that Arsenal can play in the UCL next season, Arsenal's next 3 opponents are very tough, it's very possible for them not to win 1 point.

Arsenal had already squandered their chances of consolidating their top 4 spot after losing three winnable matches therefore they should forget about top 4 position and channel their efforts in finishing the league in a good position, their upcoming matches are tough ones and injuries to Thomas Partey and Tierney two of their key players had rendered the team weak and vulnerable such that they are no longer formidable, they stand no chance of winning their matches against Chelsea, Man Utd though another weak team and West Ham, lastly they should settle for Europa league.

Tottenham hotspur lose heavily to Brighton. Spurs boss, Anthonio Conte was really disappointed with the results they got at their home stadium. L. Trossard gave his team the lead at stoppage time. There was absolutely nothing Spurs could do because it was already stoppage time. Brighton have just given Arsenal, Westham and Manchester United hope for the top 4. Tottenham needed to win the game against Brighton, in other to top their rivalry. Although they are still in the top 4, but I think their days at the top 4 are probably numbered.

Manchester United finally won a match this week. They are still not reliable at all but they really needed this win against Norwich by 3-2. I really didn't understand how the score even got to 2-2 from 2-0 in the first place. But Manchester United must be really grateful for having Ronaldo now as he was there to save the team. He made a hat-trick and played an important role in this victory. He has 15 goals in the Premier League so far. If Manchester United lose him this summer, they should absolutely sign a top striker.

Manchester United's problems are not only in defense, but in the defense sector, it is a position that is often highlighted because of fatal mistakes that happen again and again. And I think it's a little strange that Ralf Rangnick always uses players who make mistakes, whether Manchester United lack strength in defence, I don't think there are many options for that position, even young players can be tried. But Rangnick seemed to be at his wits end for that.

And Arsenal couldn't even score against Southampton also. Southampton were destroyed by Chelsea before with a huge result. But they still managed to beat Arsenal in this game.

Watching the Newcastle- Leicester game which has turned out to be interesting and Newcastle just scored a controversial goal after schmeichel kasper  failed to have control of a lose ball which the host managed to force a goal and scores stand at 1-1, are we going to get a winner off this game? Hope Newcastle can win this one just to make the table more interesting..

Today's games started half hour ago and Leicester were leading with 1 goal before Newcastle scored. In the other game, West Ham received a goal from Burnley.
Burnley and Newcastle need points more than the other two teams.

Southampton were destroyed by Chelsea before with a huge result. But they still managed to beat Arsenal in this game.

Southampton were very lucky, saved a couple of times by their Goalkeeper Foster who had a superb performance and made a couple of important saves for the club.

Currently seeing Newcastle - Leicester game, Leicester were formerly in front but the home team Newcastle have equalised with a very unexpected goal which took a while to be validated by VAR check. Very good before the halftime whistle. Newcastle are playing better now after the equaliser from Bruno, the home fans are chanting and it may become difficult for Leicester to maintain their cool and not concede more goals.

It was a massive chances for the two North London clubs( arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur) to move up in the table ranking but is not a calamity for Tottenham there destiny is still in there hands as arsenal loss too,the problem they had at the weekend is Manchester United victory against Norwich city that win money United three points below Tottenham Hotspur,spurs will be hoping that Chelsea win Manchester United this midweek Wednesday.

The first half with the score 0-1 as a goal from Weghorst easily broke the West Ham defense. I don't think that West Ham should lose. They had to use the rest of the second half to turn things around. However West Ham had a chance to equalize. At least it can reduce the difference with Arsenal. I know West Ham are preparing for the semi-finals of the Europa League. But there is one more match, namely against Chelsea which West Ham will certainly have to make a smooth road for them.

There is some interesting games this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, Liverpool will be taking Manchester United and Chelsea will take arsenal. Arsenal played very poor football this season. I think their team combination is not perfect. They didn’t play their natural games.Their goal keeper and defender's were nervous last match.But Arsenal played very well than Southampton. Unfortunately Arsenal didn’t score any goal.They lost by 0-1 goal.I hope Arsenal will be back win site in Their next match.

lol looks like you didn't see their heroic play that shot from bottom to top 6 now.
Just because they can't win for 3 games in a row doesn't mean they are a bad team in fact now they are very good when compared to previous seasons.
Their form is hard to predict but I still feel they have been very good this season

Newcastle 2-1 Leicester

Newcastle won the game by scoring the second goal towards the end of the match. It was not easy for Newcastle through out the match,  they were lucky to make use of their chances to score the second goal around the 90 minutes of the game.

 I did not expect that Liverpool could score three unanswered  goals already in the first half, it definitely came as a kind of shock for City, and to win back three goals against Liverpool turned out to be an impossible task for City. Well, if City can win the Premier League and the Champions League, then no one will remember this defeat, but Liverpool are definitely a tough opponent that could give City more problems this season.
