Honestly FA cup game looked like a lower league level to be fair. I do not know why I felt that way, I do not know why it felt like both teams played horribly, I am guessing mainly because of expectations. Teams didn't care about this cup as much as they cared about the league or they cared about UCL so in the end the game that I watched, the game that ended with 3-2 which is a lot of goals so I should have been having fun, ended up being a bit boring for me. That's just how I feel though, maybe people had fun watching it.

Now that Liverpool is going ahead, there is a good chance they may end up doing the treble. They need to handle the league part which looks quite difficult, but then they have UCL at which I am guessing finals is guaranteed for them, and FA cup finals left. Like 5-6 more wins and they have three cups.

It is a semi final tie, a anybody qualifies stage of the competition so it was expected that both teams will be very cautious, little chances created; but a good game overall for Tuchel side, who has gotten a 2 goal victory, a clean sheet and a Wembley trip to the finals to face Liverpool. Sometimes in football, the results matter most, not the performance and Chelsea have done exactly that today

That late score from Newcastle made the stadium nuts and I honestly enjoy what team is gathering in Newcastle and they should be taking in consider for next year as not a comfortable team to play against, because ,they have a streak of unbeatable games on home pitch for this year and I'm curious for how long it will go.

on a serious note , they are moving up from 19th to 14th now .. making them the most well performing team for the bottom 10 club. 3 more wins and they are locking to stay at the premier league next season. they used to become the bbest mediocre team , next season they could eyeing back to european competition.

Newcastle with a second win in a row and today against leicester i expected a better result from leicester team especially after their comeback in the european game but they performed poorly today only 2 shots on goal, they were lucky they just lost with one goal difference.

I literally thought Leicester will struggle not to lose the game. They actually scored the first goal in the first half, but Guimaraes equalized a the score 13 minutes later. While the first half ended in 1-1 draw. Leicester's performance wasn't commentable. Although, Newcastle are probably not a weak team, but I was expecting Leicester to put up an impressive performance. However, Guimaraes was fortunate to score another goal in the die minutes of the match. And the match ended with 2-1victory to Newcastle. Nevertheless, it seems Newcastle are now fully back on track, after losing in three consecutive matches few weeks ago.

Newcastle is always on track though. Two of their last three losing games were against top 5 teams so I honestly dont know why some people are expecting them to win. Even today though, Leicester might seems to be the favourite but actually Newcastle is the favourite to win according to the bookies, yeah right it was a close last minute goal but they still get those 3 points

The West Ham - Burnley game was really interesting today by the way. Burnley got ahead first and they were even almost making the score 2-0 if they didn't miss that penalty. West Ham hardly managed to equalize the score in the 74th minute and it ended up with a 1-1 draw. Burnley had only one shot on target which ended up with a goal. And West Ham scored only once despite playing quite effectively. But I should have understood by the odds of this game how much interesting it could have been.

Christiano Ronaldo helped the for sure yesterday and if not for christtiano Ronaldo Manchester would not have won the game . Ronaldo is so important for Manchester United he has been saving the team all this while.  Norwich also tried to score two goals on the match so ìnterestilng.

It is very clear that Christiano Ronaldo is like a character in the Manchester United club at this time, and besides that, Christiano Ronaldo has also had a very good career at Manchester United before going to Real Madrid and Juventus until finally returning to Manchester United. So it's natural that for now Christiano Ronaldo looks like a savior for a club that is starting to look weak now.

I really have to say,  how much can one man do for his team! These are the times when I think Cristiano Ronaldo is being let down by his team. I really don't see how these matches could have been won by Manchester United without Cristiano Ronaldo. Still, there are people who doubt that Manchester United is in this problem because of Cristiano Ronaldo not performing for the team. I really think Cristiano Ronaldo deserves better and he should move to another club because time is not on his side right now.

There were rumors that ten Hag did not want to continue working with Ronaldo, in the event of his appointment as head coach of Manchester United, because Cristiano does not fit into his style of football, where there is a lot of pressure. There was also information that Ronaldo understands that he cannot play in every match and will not create any problems if he should leave. Yes, in this match Burnley looked luckier imagine with one shot on target managed to score while West Ham had 8 shots on target
I understand West Ham trying not to lost points today because in the next match they have to play Chelsea as away team

Newcastle's performance in the last few games is really impressive, but I don't believe they will be able to maintain that pace as they approach the top of the leaderboard (if they can get any closer).
as I said before, I believe that Newcastle can become a great team, mainly because of the "infinite money" that this team has, but this will not be from one season to the next.
Talented players and titles will come, but this must be achieved little by little.

Wherever he finds himself he make good impacts,  if Manchester United have some good players that are supporting him I think Manchester United would have been one of the best team like Manchester City and Liverpool  but it as if christiano Ronaldo is the only one carrying the loads of the team.

Maybe it's because the others couldn't bear the burden so that it looks like only Christiano Ronaldo is able to carry that burden, even though in general everyone on the team always bears almost the same burden because they always try each other to become champions in every match.
So Christiano Ronaldo is actually not alone in carrying this burden even though it looks to the public as if only Christiano Ronaldo is carrying it.

In addition, the open space in front of free kick spot is good for Ronaldo because he does not have to create amazing curve to score. Ronaldo is not too good with this type of free kick.

Eventually he scored with a rocket shot and good support from three teammates to create a fake fence and then turn it into a great open hole for his shot. Tim Krul touched the ball but it is not enough because Ronaldo shot is too strong.

Newcastle are playing fine now, yesterday performance was impressive I never thought of Newcastle winning  Leicester City, my prediction for the game was a draw. It will nice if Newcastle can maintain their style of of performance , Bruno made a good impact in the match.

Tottenham hotspur lose heavily to Brighton. Spurs boss, Anthonio Conte was really disappointed with the results they got at their home stadium. L. Trossard gave his team the lead at stoppage time. There was absolutely nothing Spurs could do because it was already stoppage time. Brighton have just given Arsenal, Westham and Manchester United hope for the top 4. Tottenham needed to win the game against Brighton, in other to top their rivalry. Although they are still in the top 4, but I think their days at the top 4 are probably numbered.

The craziest thing I have seen this season is probably all the teams going for top 4 been so bad and it seems no one wants it, I wouldn't have thought Brighton would upset Tottenham Hotspur. So far, they have succeeded In defeating two north London clubs Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur respectively and I think they deserve all the accolades.
