This may have been Newcastle's strategy, but it could also be that they are forced to defend as Arsenal's attack is too aggressive. Newcastle will now look to fast counters, they have players with good speed who can keep Arsenal's defense on their toes. So far, Arsenal have been dominating, but it is very difficult to determine the winner in this match, as Newcastle can play defense very well.

I always aspected the Arsenal vs Newcastle would be a very difficult both teams. Arsenal and Newcastle are both in form and has been firing on all cylinders, both team in the top four and are very optimistic about the league this season.

I think Jurgen needs to be replaced. Honestly, there's been nothing interesting about the Liverpool games anymore and take last night's game for instance. They played like a start-up club and at some point it got boring to watch. Imagine Ibrahima Konate scoring an own goal. More like opening the ground for more flops.

 If more performance like this repeats itself, they'd sure be dropped like a hot sack of potatoes. But this season like I said earlier is still fresh and full of surprises. Maybe something can be done.

I'm sure Klopp will leave at some point and maybe go to Real ? Because I don't think Ancelotti will remain for a long time as he always said Real is his last coaching team. Livepool is having an awful season not just by Klopp fault but the transfers the club made , are simply not paying off for now and more than this , Liverpool is in a very dangerous position to miss European spots.

It would be a perfect move for Klopp but he is not looking great at Liverpool right now, how could he go to real? Real will want a coach that would be perfect for them and has a great track record, even though Klopp looks like he has done amazingly so far, this year he started to suck and he is not as good, which means that Real would want someone currently trending and good, not someone who started to play worse.

I am not sure who that would be, we do not have too much managers making headlines anymore to be fair, I am not seeing some new star manager being born or anything. Zidane is still a great choice if they can somehow convince him, dude doesn't want to but when he does, he wins.

Indeed, Arsenal exerted quite aggressive pressure in the first half, Arsenal had several opportunities but were unable to execute them into goals. newcastle only took advantage of the counterattack from what i saw in the first half. but newcastle united's defense was pretty good in the first half. 0-0 score is still not resolved until the first half ended. This is an away game for Newcastle United and I believe Howe implemented a defensive strategy in the first half before they were really able to control the game from Arsenal.

we will see the second half, I think in the second half there will be buying and selling attacks to break the deadlock in today's game. I still have a firm belief that Arsenal can win this match in order to maintain hope to continue to be at the top of the standings and also keep points away from rival Manchester City.

Arsenal started the match the best way they can as they already did 5 goal attempts in just 15 minutes with 2 dangerous attempts, this is absolutely what i expected and i think if they continue the Same way they will be able to score in the first half but they also need to be careful from Newcastle conter attacks

Arsenal tried all their possible best but they couldn't secure any goal in the first half, we just finished watching the first 45 minutes of the match and the score is still 0-0 no club have being able to secure any goal yet, we still have 45 minutes for second half to enjoy, Arsenal is getting it difficult to break Newcastle defense, they have being having multiple attempts but unfortunately they haven't been able to secure any goal yet, and Newcastle are also struggling but it's not really easy for them, I think Arsenal should be able to score in the second half.

Very difficult game to predict, the game is looking like a game that will end with one goal and the team that scores first will be the one to win. Both teams have had very good chances to score with Newcastle having the best opportunity just before the half time. Newcastle are doing a good job keeping Martinelli and Saka away from the action and stopping their attack. Newcastle will be happy with the way they have handled Arsenal so far. Darwin Nunez missed a great opportunity to score a gold for Liverpool and he reminded us about Fernando Torres bad performance in Chelsea. I'm more afraid that Arsenal may end this as draw, the odd is tempting to stake but at the same time I'm having this weird feelings that Arsenal will score in second half. Statistically Arsenal controls the field but at the same time, it's difficult for Newcastle to make a goal. I was even expecting Nketiah to score in the first half of the match but ended up with a yellow card and now he has to be less aggressive on the field to avoid been remove with another yellow card.

I'm not afraid if Arsenal finish this game as draw, it's still acceptable. As Newcastle United is one of the best teams in the league, a draw wouldn't hurt both parties. They already play like that. Arsenal has a great five games winning streak but they go into three hard games series (Newcastle, Tottenham, Manchester United), so if they go out here without losing that would be a big achievement. 5 points would be ideal here, if they get more than that would be great. As long as they don't lose they still have the advantage.
