I said it from the begining of the season,that Manchester City will find it difficult this season because of the players they let go during the summer,in the person Gundogan and Mahrez,two players whose qualities are rare to find in the world.They also lost Debruyne to injury which is one of the major reasons why Mancity are performing below what people expected.I believe Guardiola will look forward to signing like two or more players in the January transfer window, knowing fully well that if he doesn't,Arsenal or Liverpool are just going to snatch the trophy from their nose,and for them to still be on the competing stage,they must sign some better players in the transfer window to avoid dropping from the top four because currently,they sit fourth on the league table.

Indeed. Man City's condition has been quite difficult from the start since several key players have suffered injuries, even long injuries. Of course, this really brings down performance quite seriously. However, although they have Haalaan who is good in attack, but they are currently weak in other lines. So Haaland cannot be optimal like last season. Man City was disappointed so much, imagine the club that was leading is now in the 4th position. I never expected they could allow themselves beaten by Aston Villa. I knew the match was going to be a tough one but not to the extent that Man City would lose to Aston Villa. It's so surprising.

Manchester City are really left behind, I think they are affected by absent of Rodri, Bruyne and Grealish, Manchester city have lost five this season and Rodri was absent in all of them, it never too late for them to be crowd champion but the earlier the better because it compositors are moving very fast a specially Arsenal and Liverpool, and again Aston villa as joined the raise which Unai Emery vow to take them to the Champions league zone and gradually they are getting there. I thought Haaland is Manchester City which I was wrong, so without these guys Rodri, Bruyne and Grealish present Haaland will just been hiding. Yeah this is true and so many people also actually believe that haaland was the key power to this city team but all of them have clearly seen that the striker is just the type of striker that needs support from teammates to actually bring out his full potential to score. Manchester city has really missed these players and the particular one would be the master planner Kevin de byrune, I believe his presence alone would have been enough to bring out the very best of their prolific finisher haaland.

The game against Luton was not speaking against Arsenal as a title contender, it was speaking for Luton as a team that will resist relegation. They have had a hand full of games now where they have been underestimated and they got punished a couple of times in the last moments of the game. But I think soon it is their turn and they will get their chances to win points that they should have won already.

Manchester City is struggling occasionally and Arsenal is winning. It is again four games in a row now for Arsenal and that is what is needed to win the title. Sometimes the result is everything. And they got the result they wanted against Luton, which was three points.

It was pure hard work from the Red Devils players and I really appreciate the performance of these players. They still have a good mentality in this hot match and yes, after so many bad problems, they were finally able to win again at home. Apart from that, this victory also means that Manchester United maintains its unbeaten record against Chelsea since 2013 and this is a very long meeting record between two big teams in the EPL.

On the other hand, Chelsea performed quite well despite the defeat they received, at least they were able to make Manchester United fight hard to win. Well, the competition will still continue and considering that these two teams have the same performance which is not very stable, I am curious who will finish better to close this season.

I can never be curious to watch such top flight performance from Manchester United. Erik ik Ten Hag beats Mauricio Pochettino To the game. The performance of Manchester United is climbing above the required level of fans. They did record a stellar display against the Blues at Old Trafford and that alone have boosts their performance to become one of the very best club today.  If the Red Devils can be exhibiting such tremendous performance like the one against Chelsea, they will become one of the unbeaten clubs in EPL this season.

Although yesterday's match was not that surprising to me, even though I didn’t expect Aston Villa to win the game, which they did, Aston Villa are performing well this season, and they were playing at home yesterday, so that is what led them to win that game yesterday. Although Manchester City are also doing excellent, Aston Villa made it tough for them yesterday. Aston Villa played a defensive game; they really showed Manchester City that they are also doing excellent this season. Even though people were thinking Manchester City were their favourite team, they didn’t allow that to affect them; they played well.

Manchester City were thinking that they are the ones that were in form this season. They forgot that better things doesn't last forever Since they had defeated some teams in their prior games, They thought that every team they could beat and go. Everybody knows that Chelsea is not doing well, but Chelsea has done a great job in the last match they met with Manchester City, which was their game ending in a draw when nobody aspecting that.

The same thing happened in yesterday's match between Aston Villa and Manchester City, when many people expected that Manchester City would win despite that Aston Villa's has poor performance. As it stand now Man City's is currently fourth in the table, having fallen from 1st position, and they never see anything. This is only the started.

You are right, how can he even mention Manchester city after they lost 3 points to Aston villa in their encounter yesterday? Manchester city have fallen way behind and catching up from where they currently are to get to the top again, to possibly win this season epl title again will supposedly be a difficult task, since I do not believe that the other clubs that are ahead will sit down, fold their arms and watch Manchester city take over again.

And I fo agree that Arsenal's win against Luton town is what I personally consider to be a narrow escape, they could have easily lost that game to their own shame, because Luton town beating Arsenal will indeed be a shameful experience for them, but I am glad that at the end, they(Arsenal) were able to recover, and I hope they play better in their next match.

I say Tottenham will definitely win today. The guys haven't won for 4 matches, this bad streak needs to end now. They started the season very well, collecting a lot of points in the first 10 matches. But the points losses came one after the other and this caused a psychological collapse. Now, they will definitely win this match at home today in order to get over this trauma and regain momentum. West Ham United is also a team that shouldn't be overlooked, but if Tottenham cannot win this match, what they will lose will be more than 3 points. I think they will play knowing this. I think City should have done more in order to try and keep Gundogan in their team, they miss his impact so much in their midfield, Mahrez is also an important player they let go, but i think Jeremy Doku has been a good replacement thus far. But City have failed to replace Gundogan, Kovacic and Nunes are not so good and there is no way they can be replacements for Gundogan.

Right now City do not look themselves and if they continue to play like this, they will find it almost impossibe to retain their title. But it is too early to write off the treble winners, we have seen it happen too many times, were City are behind for a long time and then they start winning games consecutively and end up winning the title, it could happen again.

New castle seem to be finding it difficult to getting a goal against everton, it's already passed 30 minutes of the first half and it's currently looking like it's going to end a goalless first half buy so far , Newcastle had been dominating with possession and attempts in the games so far which looks like they could possibly get a goal soon.

Newcastle as usual has got a very good performance which could earn them a win but the home team continually puts up a strong resistance against them such that they have not been able to get a goal but then hopefully Newcastle will be able to get three points by the end of the match and further climb up the table with twenty seven points, buy then for a team who are at the relegation I didn't expect Newcastle to find I'd difficult getting a goal in this match.

It's a balanced face off between Westham united and Tottenham Hotspur. I must agree that the effort from Tottenham in their last match wasn't enough and it shows the work rate would have to be doubled inorder to win against Westhampton united in their match today.
More input is expected from Son(c) because he got the Tottenham team going in the beginning of the season, so they missed not Harry Kane much.

It seems that Man City weak points are starting to appear this season. I agree that the transition process taking place in Pep squad is currently not going according to expectations. However ideally, City new recruits still seem to find it difficult to play a role like Mahrez and Gundogan last season, Pep needs more time to mold new recruits like Doku and Kovacic into better ones. In fact, I'm curious that City back-up players seem to have decreased in quality. We can see that when Rodri is absent, it is difficult for Pep to win by using other players.

Pep understands he has to do something in the future so as not to lose more points, and I think City chances of retaining the title are still quite open. If you look at last season, City lost 5 times and drew 5 times, but in the end they managed to win the trophy. On the other hand, I also understand that this season is different, Arsenal and Liverpool have the potential to snatch the trophy from City hands, if they continue to lose points.

Tottenham is one of the teams with the greatest strength in the Premier League currently. After a period of "continuous wins" from the beginning of the season. They went through 4 rounds and only earned 1 point from the draw with defending champion Man City last weekend. The 3-3 draw with Man City was a commendable performance, but it would mean nothing if it did not become an inspiration for Tottenham to regain winning habits.
West Ham will not be an opponent to be underestimated, even though the performance of David Moyes and his team from the beginning of the season until now has been quite inconsistent. Liverpool has been consistent in winning their Premier League matches this season, and they were able to get a point against Manchester City at Etihad Stadium which is a good result. I agree with you that Liverpool has the chance to top the Premier League table this weekend if they win against Crystal Palace and if Arsenal draw at Villa Park.

They are more convincing than Arsenal so far and this time Manchester City is out of the equation with the lost game of yesterday night it will be very difficult for them to get back on track to try and win the Premier League,most likely they will shift their focus to Champions League and the Premier League will be a battle between Arsenal and Liverpool and any team who is the most consistent in winning every single game,not underestimating a single one kinda like Liverpool is doing and I checked the stats,they have only lost against Tottenham and every other game they have gotten points,with this I want to say that consistency is paying in the end.

Kovacic and Nunes are great players but they're not close to the standards of IIkay Gundogan. I think Pep Guardiola made too much rush to get one of them players if you ask me. The right wing has no movements, Foden doesn't play like he's a champion no more.
We all know Kovacic at Chelsea and how he was more of a good defensive player to creative. Against Aston Villa, he should have been the player to replace Rodri due to yellow cards.

After all the points gathered, Manchester United are just right behind them with three points difference. De Brunye will be back and they will struggle.

Manchester City has already lost the Premier League trophy because I don't believe Liverpool or Arsenal will lose matches now because if they lose or draw a match, Manchester City will have an opportunity to top the league table, but I believe Arsenal will try their hardest to stay in that top position without dropping down because I believe Arsenal will win the league trophy this season, and it has been a long time since Arsenal has won the Premier League title, and I believe this season is their best chance to win the league because if they don't win the league this season, I'm not sure they will win it again.

The Premier League is a competitive and every club is fighting for the title. Look how Aston Villa defeated Manchester City, they play very well and deserve to win the match, Guardiola needs to fix the challenge, Because how Manchester City is playing now I don't think they can even qualify for the Champions League next season, they are already in the top four and Tottenham are performing well and they can force Manchester city to drop from fourth to fifth in the table, the coach should just try to buy new players in January transfers, because they have difficult matches to play.
