Currently this year's EPL trophy is in Manchester City pocket because they have very good gap from second position Manchester United and their form is very poor no other team can challenge them so we have no talk about this year's champion best talk is can Manchester City win more trophies like they are in EFL Cup final they are doing good in FA Cup and last one is UEFA Champions League all in their hand lets see what happen at the end.

I know Manchester city is consistent at the moment they continue to make successive wins but also don't get big heads because in the next few games no one knows whether mancity is still consistent or not.

Indeed I pick Leicester to be the candidate for the second position but I am no more confident about Liverpool. 3 successive defeats, many injuries, some tensions in the club that used to be number one... ManU is doing quite good but still made silly mistakes that will not let him stay n2 if they continue like that. Chelsea right now is also a fierce candidate with its new manager.

I agree with you on the note that Leicester city is the better team for the second place in the EPL this season because undoubtedly, Manchester city has got the first place secured, the next team that should have vied for the position of not just second place but the first place was Liverpool but, there form is questionable with them loosing lot of games of recent. Its so unlike them but that's football. Manchester united is not a very consistent team as they might show some potential in few games and the next would be some decline. Even Chelsea too!

I think Liverpool are good enough at least for second place, because their quality has not gone down it is just a confidence issue and a lot of bad luck I would say. The player composition is always a problem and now they know for sure they could not rely on same 11 players season after season. They overperformed for 2 seasons already and now the average is coming into play. Alisson is still top keeper,,, no doubt. Reality is just a painful thing.

I do agree that Liverpool is much much better than they have been in the past month, and they will definitely recover from this and become a much better team soon and show how good they are once again. However I am not entirely sure about the second place deal, that seems a bit harder to achieve by the looks of it.

Liverpool is at 40 points and United is at 46 right now (so is Leicester by the way) and that is 2 game difference as a whole. Could that change? There is a chance that could change, we still have 14 games left but that just means it is a bit harder for Liverpool to be there right now.

Of course we are talking about Liverpool here and they could even go 14/14 in the last games, they are THAT good but it is going to be a tough one for them, with champions league coming back now, it is going to take a lot more fatigue issues as well.

This is a very nice chance for City to increase the gap among them, Manchester Utd and Leicester to 10 points. Everton haven't been good for some time and City can benefit from the situation. I think City will beat Everton here.

I wasnt expecting cite to did such performans and i believe many of premier league fans thought that the battle for the trophy will be between the united and liverpool but cite did a fantastic winning streak with 11 match in row...they also didnt lose since 11 2010 (2-0 againts the spurs)

Many soccer analyst judged Liverpool based on their last season performances with an impression that the team will continue with that sparkling wining mentality this season however reverse was the case this season they really disappointed their fans meanwhile Man City capitalized on that poor performance of Liverpool and did well by winning most of their matches  even when other contenders like Man Utd, Chelsea and Leciester should have risen to the task but they all fumbled at a certain period thus were not consistent enough.

It's funny how everyone is suddenly on team City side to win the premier league title. A couple of weeks ago, some folks here were sure Man Utd would win it when they assured the top position. We're going to see a lot more drama before the season comes to a close. This is the PL. A lot can go wrong in the shortest time possible similar to Liverpool's sharp decline from the top of the table. Despite City's current form, there's there's still a possibility of them dropping points.- Everton and Arsenal might help them do so in their next two fixtures.

I would like to place my bet today in favor of Manchester City and Burnley. Manchester City is in good form. They will be able to beat a team like Everton. On the other hand, Fulham's past performances against Burnley have not been very pleasant. Burnley has won 4 of the last 5 matches they have faced to Fulham.

Burnley - Fulham: Both of these teams won their last matches in the EPL. Burnley defeated C. Palace 3-0 away. Fulham surprisingly defeated Everton 2-0 away. Burnley were superior to Fulham in the last head-to-heads. I think Burnley are still better and they will defeat Fulham again.

Everton - Manchester City: Everton lost an easy game against Fulham and they had also a terrible performance in it. Manchester City have been continuing their incredible performance and they have a 11-win streak in the EPL. Manchester City were also superior to Everton in the last head-to-heads. This is an important game for City as there is a chance for them to consolidate their position more by getting 3 points in their missing game. I think City will defeat Everton.

I'm also thinking that a draw wouldn't be surprising in this match. Both sides had a very bad form before both of them got a win in their last matches in the PL. Burnley are 8 points above Fulham and 2 places away from the relegation field. Fulham are in the relegation field and 7 points away from getting out of the field which means they must work hard not to relegate. We can see a competitive match but the result will be a draw I think.

City also have a game in hand, so there is a possibility of them extending that lead to 10 points, I wouldn't say a 10 point gap with 15 games to go is a small lead, City already have one hand on the title, and the thing is, they do not even look like stopping, between City and the other chasing pack, it's the rest of the teams that are even looking likely to drop more points.

I know we can't conclude things yet, but if I'm to be realistic, City are going to be champions and if United and the rest don't keep up with them, they could even win the league with few games to spare, Pep has fixed this team, especially their defense, a treble for them at the conclusion of the entire season wouldn't come as a surprise at all.

The odds are really interesting now, I agree. I wonder how Fulham can be the favourite side in this match. Burnley are at a better position in the table than Fulham. They also have a similar form recently. I was expecting Burnley to win but I've changed my mind since I saw the odds.    I also expect a draw now.
