I can understand why a lot of people feel these protests went overboard

What happens with any protest about anything is that most of the protestors are genuine, and then a few troublemakers turn up and attach themselves to the protest just because they want to fight with the police. It happens every single time that there is a protest of sufficient size that is reasonably well publicised in advance... I'd think it very likely that the same thing happened here.

You are right; it is mathematically possible for Manchester City to still lose the league; but it is realistically impossible for that to happen at all; MCFC are in the champions league final and recall that their B team dismantled Crystal Palace 2 goals away from home last game week. MCFC are premier league champions already.

Today,  Leicester City ? - ? Newcastle United It is in the best interest for Leicester city and Newcastle United to win today; which makes the game a very complicated one. Leicester face Chelsea, MUFC and Tottenham in their final league games and a win against Newcastle can atleast assure their champions league spot. While Newcastle also has to win, to stay 6 points afloat the relegation zone, Newcastle meanwhile face MCFC, relegated Sheffield and, relegation struggler Fulham. I think a draw will suffice.

Yes but seriously,,, they need one more win and can lose the rest, PLUS United just need to lose one game and City can win without doing anything so it would only be the most optimistic person who can think United will snatch the title at the last minute.

We will witness a pre final game between City and Chelsea tomorrow in EPL, obviously this has nothing to do with the real CL final since I doubt Guardiola will play with his full squad, because simply he is confident about the 1st place.
I find West Ham and Spurs games interesting too since its results will impact directly on the fight for EL spot

Other clubs in Premier League are lucky and have a free gift from Manchester City. They have too many trophies in Premier League and they have more desire to win Champions League. I don't say they readily to sacrifice Premier League trophy but it's sure that they have more priority and spend more player resources for Champions League.

If Manchester City only focus on Premier League, they can dominate it more seriously. If they win the coming Champions League final match, the next season will be interesting. Usually players lose their concentration and motivation after they achieve big trophies.

Newcastle can't do much anyway they are already safe in EPL this season they're out of relegation. because it only takes 1 more win for them but not against Leicester city

^  Took the safer route with Leicester -1 at 1.73.  It’s not much value but seems like the sharps like it cos it’s at 1.63 now.  So I beat the line there which is always good...  And it feels like it’s gonna be a tight game.  What does everybody think of the under 2.5 goals at 2.18?  Seems value...

Indeed Leicester must win against Newcastle, because from the top 4 in the Premier League, only Man United and Man City are certain
to get the Champions League spot. So Leicester still really need points to be able to secure a position to stay in the top 4. It is natural
that many people predict Leicester will easily win the match against Newcastle. Because the positions of Leicester and Newcastle are
far different, and the quality of Leicester's players is slightly better than Newcastle. Moreover, Leicester are not safe in the top 4 position,
meaning that Leicester will try to beat Newcastle to get 3 points. The matches are very predictable, but football is always full of surprises.

My guess is that Leicester will easily score 3 points against Newcastle. I checked the results of the previous matches between these two teams. Leicester have won the last 3 matches and Leicester have scored 10 goals in the last 3 matches, while Newcastle have scored only 1 goal.
