Leicester City winning against Manchester United made it possible for Manchester City to be this year English Premier League Champions.

Even without Leicester, City would still win the EPL. The only way for United to slip in the 1st spot would be City needs to lose all the remaining matches and United win every matches so thats impossible

Oh well, season over, but now the United/Liverpool game is so exciting to see!

Probably the last exciting match this season. Liverpool is expecting to win to get a chance to get to top 4 while Manchester United is going to try to stop that. If somehow Chelsea lose and Liverpool win then there is hope for Liverpool but I dont really see how Chelsea would lose to Arsenal tonight.

I personally would love to see some twist and West Ham ended up being top 4 at the end of this season would be hilarious twist

Liverpool chances of making the champions league next season is thrown to the dust, it's over for them after Leicester won Manchester United yesterday making it mathematically impossible for them to qualify, Europa will be tough next season with the likes of Juventus and co

Mathematically, Liverpool still has a chance since it still has 4 games to play but we all know that waiting for Chelsea or Leicester to lose all their remaining matches is very hypothetical. I agree that playing in EL next season might be interesting next season

Leicester City still have dominance in top four and get chance to participant on champion league next season, still waiting what happen with other candidate like West ham  United, Chelsea and Liverpool who get one place left to be top four position standing. Left two or three match still have bigger chance for Liverpool, West Ham and Chelsea can finish and get one place left for champion league or not.

Chelsea have good points and good forms to stay in the top four at the end. They are staying in the fourth position and with their performances, I think they will secure their position. Champions League final might distract them from Premier League a little but they will not sacrifice the Premier League.
West Ham and Tottenham are out of the fourth position race and only Liverpool can fight for it. If they win their unplayed match and get 3 points, they will still have 4 points less than Chelsea. With 3 matches left in the Premier League, Chelsea will finish their job if they win 2/3 rest matches.

So for the remaining 6 league matches left for the teams on the table they are just playing for position at this point of the remaining league play.


Look at those who are relegated out of the EPL for the upcoming season.

That win of Leicester probably broke Klopp and Liverpool the neck in regards to their qualification for the Champions League. Now a little miracle needs to happen or otherwise LFC is out and just plays the European League. I would hate it but Leicester deserves it. They once more played a decent season I have to admit.

Well even Ole wasnt expecting the team to win in this match which is why Bruno wasnt included in the starting lineup and Greenwood was placed as the striker.

I think Ole was playing for a win or a draw with the squad he chose against Leicester. It can also be argued that he kind of underestimated the Foxes even though they are a tough team to beat.

Ole is probably preparing for the next match against Liverpool because that would be the match that he wants to win at and it would be the match that would decide wether Liverpool could get the top 4 spot or not

It's one of the things that I don't get with managers. Ole could have secured the win and the CL spot first so there's less pressure on his players. They could play freely against Liverpool. It usually yields a good result when they're having fun on the pitch.

Chelsea will all but confirm their top 4 spot if they win tonight - which I expect them to do. The odds are not the highest but I'll still go for a win @1.9.

They are way more balanced and currently better than Arsenal, this is a high stake game for them and they will want to secure CL spot for next season before their CL final game.

They have Leicester in the cup final on Saturday as well so they will want to win here to build some momentum for that game as well.

I am still curious about Chelsea, whether Chelsea can maintain this good trend until the UCL final. In previous matches Chelsea won 2-1 and successfully beat Manchester City and in fact, at least two or three days earlier Chelsea played against Real Madrid and still had good energy. After these two matches now Chelsea will play against Arsenal, if Chelsea can still win the match then of course that is an extraordinary achievement because even, after today's match there is still another match in the next 3 days of the FA Cup - Final against Leicester.
The schedule is very, very draining for the players' energy, if Tuchel can manage it all well, I think no doubt next season in the EPL will probably belong to Chelsea!

I also hope Chelsea sustain their form and tempo till UCL final no doubt they had been playing very well beaten Man City twice including Real Madrid let see how they going  to play against Arsenal today definitely those matches played will take toll on Chelsea players and fatigue might set in I don't expect Tuchel to field full strength squad today if they want to win FA cup in the next few days,

Manchester Utd still had a chance for the title mathematically but they lost it after losing to Leicester 1-2 home. They even rotated the squad which caused them to be defeated easier. And after this result, Manchester City are officially the champions now. Congrats to the team and all of his supporters! They absolutely deserved it.

Man City's ambition is only 1 left that is the UCL trophy. Their preparation will definitely be very thorough to face Chelsea in the final. even so, I will keep supporting Chelsea.

Yeah, Manchester City can win another title also if they manage to defeat Chelsea in the Champions League final. I actually like both of these teams so I would be happy whichever team win. I think both of them deserve to win it also.

Leicester will be stepping down from the 3rd position only if Chelsea gets strong enough to win Arsenal, Chelsea are 2 points behind Leicester and getting 3 winning points against Arsenal will slide them to the 3rd position. That's the reason why I say that if Chelsea were in high motivation after beating Real Madrid, surely you can see how enthusiastic the Chelsea players were when the game against Manchester City was 1-0 down in the first half and was able to turn things around to 1-2 at the end of the match.

Arsenal seems woke today but still not convincing enough!

They scored first against Chelsea via a corner kick which is nice to see these guys scoring while on the road but Chelsea will not risk dropping points here knowing the risk losing their fourth spot which is a UEFA golden ticket, missing out means going to win against City who should be wounded after a loss from the blues.

It seems you are unaware that City was not playing with their 1st tier squad. Mahrez and De Bruyne wasnt included in the starting lineup and Aguero was starting as their striker but City managed to pull a draw on that match if it wasnt for the injury time goal. In conclusion, if Chelsea is having hard time with their 2nd tier squad then That means currently City is ahead of Chelsea currently
