He is ambitious and with his characteristic, I don't think he is good to be a coach. He will behave more seriously than Mourinho, Conte against his boss. That is never good as a coach so it's best if he won't do it.

This is the English Premier League, up to currently fixture the fact is West Ham is better than Manchester United, West ham's victory dealt a crushing blow to liverpool which I think liverpool came with a big name and superior status.
They took a quick lead from Alison's error in anticipating the ball and West Ham's next goal made it clear that Liverpool have serious problems in their defence.
the season is still rolling i think with this winning and league standing other teams will count west ham as serious opponent.

You are right about West Ham, honestly it has surprised me and I see that the English league has a high level, as for Liverpool it surprises me notably, they seem to play only 1 game well and then they have all the faults in the next one, This is strange, and as for Manchester United I have really lost money here, I am surprised that they are playing so badly having great players, in fact Manchester United and PSG have made me lose, I guess Man United with New coach everything will be different, or at least if he stays he has to give a great turn to the team and urgently.

Not necessarily a great former player becomes a great coach, Moreover, Gerrard has just started his career as a coach in the English Premier League. The English Premier League is known to be very tough and has a lot of strong teams. Aston Villa will be very difficult to compete with the top 4 teams.

Currently Liverpool have found a coach who suits the character of the team. In the hands of Jurgen Klopp Liverpool have returned to being the seeded team in every tournament they have participated in. Gerrard chances of returning to Anfield are slim. unless liverpool have cut ties with jurgen klopp.

He may not be ideal, but quite suitable to be a captain and even if his influence on the team and its spirit is not as strong as we would like, but it is definitely not negative. Now it is much more difficult for me to imagine someone else in his place, each has its own shortcomings (for example, Pogba is emotionally unstable). And of course I hope that there will be players like Keane or Neville again at United )

Maguire is not Worth it,look at the past center backs that has played for Manchester United he simply doesn't fit into the team.
The team is built base on players with speed and techniques,as well strength he simply lacks the first two,hangs on ball too long,and he's total ball loss is too much.
If you're a Manchester United fan,when vidic and Rio Ferdinand paired at Manchester United,it's totally rare to see Ferdinand loss possession of the ball.

I pray that Conte realize that Japhet Tanganga is the best Tottenham Hotspur defender in that squad,his best position is at CB their you see all his qualities,take a look at his performance at crystal palace earlier befor the red card he was superb,even Zaha compliment him after the game.he took more responsibility by covering Emerson Royal at that time the Brazilian right back is not fit and still getting use to the league.i think he we be playing at the right side of the 3 defenders.and Romero and someone else should complete the three at the back.

Japhet is honestly good at he's position, although coaches convert player's they think are too good for there current position.
Conte already made request of some players like Victor Moses, and John Mikel Obi,this are the kind of players that suits he's tactics,I see him improvising on cheaper player's do as to gain trust from the board and get a strong team set for next season.

Atletico Madrid have already lost to Liverpool twice recently despite having so many star players in their squad, and it was surely not an easy task for West Ham to beat Liverpool with the limited number of star players in their squad. I wonder how did David Moyes messed up as the manager of Manchester United in the past when he had so many star players under his lead. I guess it will be interesting to see if David Moyes could lead West Ham to gain a spot as one of the top four teams on the table in the English Premier League at the end of this season.

I think there is a difference between coaching man united and west ham because man united as a big club there is much pressure on their managers to win titles, that is why many managers failed because they are not given the appropriate time since many come with their own game strategy and sometimes they fail in adopting it but i think he is already succeeding in west ham like he succeded in everton he made a strong team out of them.

Manchester City ended Manchester United in the derby last weekend but Ole hasn't still got sacked. I wonder what Manchester United aim to do by not doing this. Maybe they want to find a new manager before sacking him and I hope that it is the situation. Otherwise, a very problematic period of time awaits the team. Manchester United have a very tough fixture ahead. Maybe the Watford game is the easiest one but even it is going to be hard for them as long as they don't make a change.

It's too funny to keep Ole to the point of sacrificing players being bombarded with miserable scores many times. Manchester United seems to have been made like this on purpose, since Solskajer was there. It can't be helped that the Manchester United manager does not tolerate criticism from outside parties and continues to force a coach who is clearly incompetent to manage quality players.

Yeah I also have doubts over Lampard managing Norwich well. With all the resources and players Chelsea had he made a mess out there but it was Tuchel who came to Chelsea's rescue. Well it's a good chance for Lampard to take shot at managing again and Norwich couldn't have found a better manager than him IMO but well let's see how it goes.

Norwich City are not a big team, let alone their current position at the bottom of the standings, the question is, will Lampard become a coach at Norwich with a slumped condition at the bottom of the standings? there are only a few positive things because the bottom of the Premier League standings is not far apart in points, only a few points adrift and if Lampard agrees to become Norwich coach there may be hope of escaping the relegation zone.
