I think they know how important is for them to win this match. After some difference in between them and City they now are close to taking them off from title race and I don't think they have any intention of throwing that chance away. He is a great manager who ends up scouting the other teams like crazy, and adjusts his tactics accordingly, but at the end of the day his tactics are known after a while, even though it is a bit more on the unusual side for the opposition, they get used to it eventually.

Plus, his high work rate for his players end up causing injuries during the season many times, and along with covid scare as well plenty of times, that resulted with Leeds not being able to field a full team for a long time. Combine all these together and you got yourself a team that is having a very difficult time.
