Burnley tried to bring Victor Moses from Russia based on that new rule saying that players from Russian clubs can be signed on a part-time contracts until the end of the season. However - the move has been blocked by the Premier league. These moves are being blocked by Bundesliga and Serie A clubs as well and I have to admit that I don't see any sense in that.

I too cannot see any reason why those moves should be blocked, i mean even if they are doing it on the part of sanctions then such moves should be fine as we can take it to be that it is the Russian clubs that are receiving the sanctions as they are going to be losing some of their players to non-Russian clubs for the meantime, so everything still works fine, and i also do not think the Russian clubs are going to receive any payment, so everything is still in favor of sanctions, and i do not also think it is Russian players than can be signed but non-Russian players playing in Russia, thus i would really like to see the reason why they block such moves.

But that 1 point difference slightly led me to choose Man United as champions. What about your opinion.

I thought you would mention one of Liverpool and Man City, but why go for Man United? I know that people's preferences will differ, but when you are presented with the two choices between Liverpool and Man City, it is impossible to say anything other than the two options presented. Btw or maybe it was just a small mistake. Hmmm, if I were you, then I still don't have a strong excuse to drop a dime for Manchester United.

Manchester United is still very far from winning the top 4 of the EPL, the competition is so tight that many doubt they can finish there, because of your doubts that you put money on man united which makes you lose to a low team.

@AakZaki I know it's a tough choice, but either way it's a good choice choose from one of Manchester city there's a chance of winning, and I don't think it's a small bet that doesn't cost you much.

With a match on both of them will definitely stabilize on his squad.

Yes, it's a very interesting confrontation here... Liverpool and Man City are both in contention for the Champions League final and the EPL championship... Gotta agree on this but the match decider will be on the next round between City and Liverpool. Both teams are pretty even right now despite of their recent form, City had it easier because they were far ahead then the other teams few rounds ago but it is getting on their nerve now because Liverpool is already closing in on the gap

It's going to be a tough week for Arsenal.
2 Big Match in 2 days is not something easy to do and they have to deal with this with some rotations so that the players don't feel tired there at least to maintain hope by being able to make a draw, it would be very good indeed if they win.
On the other hand, one week later, West Ham could not be underestimated. they're one of the real dark horses now and it's definitely going to be a pretty tough fight too

I'd think Arsenal would struggle against Chelsea, but should be able to beat Man U and West Ham without too much trouble. There's definitely a bit of a gulf in class between Arsenal and those two. Arsenal will be fighting for a Champions League place, those two won't. The only team outside the current top 4 who I think has a reasonable chance of Champions League qualification is Spurs.

They have to make this game a draw if they really want to create momentum in the next match.
Chelsea is not an easy opponent to deal with them but losing is not the right choice because it could be a loss that can be a decrease in motivation in the next match and they must not let this happen because considering their competition for positions is quite tight now

I wonder where you found the class gap between Arsenal and United? If you compare the line-up, United is more likely to be a top-class team than Arsenal. Another issue is the current results and stability. But if United is "in the mood" he will easily outplay Arsenal.
As for West Ham, I'm also not sure that it will be an easy match, as they are fighting for getting into the euro cups and will be as motivated as possible.

The only and very important thing Arsenal need right now is a solid scorer. They need to focus on finding the right centre-forward for them this summer. If they become successful about this, we can even watch a much better Arsenal than now. I would really like to see them going back to their prime time. Because they have been like a team of middle places for many years. It is time for them to get stronger and fight for even the league title from now on. It is not impossible for them but they need to strengthen the lineup a little more to do this.

Arsenal are gradually returning to their best form as of the time of Thierry Henry. The young gunners are playing clubs in the premier league like professionals, and they need to settle for the top 4 spot on the league table. Gunners need a top striker that's always there to delivered. Although, they missed the presence of their former Striker Pierre aubameyang, who is excellently doing well at his new club Barcelona. Mikel arteta would look for another alternative striker to replace him.

Thierry Henry's times were really awesome for Arsenal. They haven't had a striker like him since. I get Arsenal about making a squad full of young talents. But they are still doing great despite having this strategy now. And I can't even imagine what they can do if they strengthen the squad with top players. And they can start with signing a top striker. Vlahovic was on their radar a few months ago but Juventus acted faster than them for him. Now I wonder who will be their main target. I hope to see the right transfer for that position.

In recent past weeks , City however showed a sign of stumble and I think Liverpool have good enough chance to shatter them. Although City also have lot of talented players so I think it's pretty much even. I am not sure whom to pick but I hope for an exciting match. Whoever wins gets the lead in the title race so yeah very likely would be an intense one.

The match against Real Madrid is controversial. Real Madrid have a better chance there, but I want to believe that Chelsea will win as well. Personally, of course I do) But after the Champions League matches the team will be able to decide for themselves whether to continue to fight for a place in the league or focus on winning the Champions League (in the event of beating Real Madrid).
