While I am more interested in commenting on the Manchester Derby which is scheduled to take place on 2 October at the Etihad stadium and another Big Match between Arsenal vs Tottenham on 1 October. There will be a change in the standings if the teams fighting in these two matches are able to beat each other.

I think this is an opportunity for Manchester United to show that they have really changed now. Actually they don't have to win the match, a draw will increase their morale. Finally, someone is giving Arsenal the respect they deserve this season, it almost feels like every user here is just waiting for them to capitulate, or they feel Arsenal aren't good enough to compete for the title, but even if they might be correct, and sooner or later Manchester City might take top spot, but one thing that can't be denied is that Arsenal have been brilliant thus far this season, there is no question of that.

The management did a fantastic job in the summer transfer window, and now the club and fans are enjoying the benefits of that, we'd see how long they can hold on to top spot. When club football resumes next week, it is the London Derby for them, i think if they win that one, more people will believe in their aspirations this season.

It would be very good indeed if they could defend for the third time because indeed for the EPL it is very rare for a team to be able to defend the championship several times especially for a decade now considering the fierce competition in the EPL at this time.
But indeed this season will be a little more difficult. now there are several teams like Tottenham and Arsenal who are ready to tackle not to mention MU and Liverpool are starting to show their performance too.

The match between manchester city and arsenal will be a highly anticipated match for both clubs and Manchester City is a very good team both this season nd the previous seasons will try the best to win against Arsenal even though Arsenal have also played so well in this season after their won almost all their games against other average clubs but man city will be a hard nut for Arsenal to crack this time.

One way or another, all teams will one day play against each other. Undoubtedly, Manchester City will try to trample on the upstart who has taken their first position since the beginning of the season. Whether they succeed, let's not speculate and enjoy watching the match when it happens. I am absolutely sure that each of the teams will do their best and the spectacle should be excellent. It is a pity that their meeting was postponed, otherwise it would have happened in a month. But very soon Manchester City is waiting for a match with Manchester United. Red devils can ruffle the nerves of Manchester City excellently, and their meeting can be no less spectacular, than against Arsenal.

Both Arsenal and Tottenham utilized the last transfer market to buy quality players particularly Arsenal who formerly always lack quality reserve players incase of injury to any key player of their squad, however this season the club had become very formidable with quality backup players in all the departments of the team thus are real title contenders having been very consistent in their performance so far in the league, though the league is still young, if they can get good results from matches against the top teams like Man City, Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea definitely they will win the title.

Arsenal rose to become a strong team this season. but this is still early, some other teams still have problems with their squad. but Arsenal could take advantage of this by collecting more points earlier in the season. Of course, this fosters determination and trust from players.

I think given a lot of support it is certain that Arsenal are more confident about winning 6/7 but the one thing that can make a difference and can survive is Arteta how he can convince players not to be a weak point against Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea or Tottenham.

Chelsea sack their managers all the time, they have one of the biggest turnovers of managers in the league. Sacking Tuchel was a joke tbh, after winning the CL he should have been given more time. I notice many of their fans on social media being disappointed about how he was treated.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Potter was sacked before the end of the season, especially if he doesn’t get top 4.

This is a harsh approach on the part of management, but in modern conditions it is justified. Nobody can wait for a new Alex Ferguson and building a team from scratch in a few years. A modern coach has a planning horizon of one season - if he failed it, then no one will take risks and give him a chance to fail the second season. This is quite reasonable given the amount of money at stake.

I'm not so sure about Arsenal, they're an experienced team who can be pretty good for a while and then go downhill quickly as the season draws to a close. Beating top teams is Arsenal's problem so far, they can't be favorites in big match because Arsenal often lose.

There are plenty of facts about my assumption, so I wouldn't be surprised if Arsenal would drop out of the top 4 before the Premier League goes into matchday 20. Anything can happen this season, but for me Arsenal are nothing more than an experienced team who seem less interested in winning titles than business.

I think Arsenal fans are also surprised by Arsenal's position at the top of the points table. They themselves cannot believe that Arsenal has been able to hold the top spot in the points table for 7 rounds. However, I agree with you that Arsenal's aim is not to win the title, they will be happy to qualify for the Champions League from the top four in the points table. Arsenal's performances against Liverpool and Tottenham in the coming months will determine whether Arsenal is worthy of a place at the top of the points table. They did not win against Manchester United. Besides, the teams they have won against are all relatively weak. I think Arsenal will drop points against Tottenham and Liverpool. Defeat against Tottenham and they will be able to share the points with Liverpool.

Manchester City are in a good position to win the league, they are sitting 2nd with just a point difference but we shouldn't give them the trophy just yet, Tottenham are also sitting third with few points different so its still an open competition at this stage and you can say any team will finish top because it is unsure at this point which team will keep up and stay consistent till the end so let's not be in a rush to declare one side as the favorites to win the league.

In the last 5 years Manchester City have won the PL-Titel 4 times and they will do so in the coming year. A bigger success would be to win the Champions League and Pep Guardiola won that trophy 11 years ago with Barcelona, so it's time for a win with City. City's health department must be strong, there are few injuries. They need that to win the Premier League and CL.

Actually when reflecting on the Arsenal match against you some time ago they were too confident with their squad especially with your poor condition that made them a little on the wind which made them focus on the attack because they knew your condition at that time with their maguire was not too good But MU is good at dueting Martinez and Varane who are in the first time quite good.
Now it will be different because they realize that Tottenham is not as simple as imagined by their current performance.

If you can judge, which of the 6 teams above has the opportunity to be called a better team than Arsenal every season. I hope you will answer Leicester but so far they are very bad with only 1 point from 7 match. So it's natural that Arsenal won in those 6 matches because the quality of the players and the team will determine a lot of the results of the match.

The main thing is that if Arsenal are able to beat Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Tottenham then they deserve to maintain first position in the standings. So I'm looking forward to that match.

Arsenal have been really performing good and creating goal scoring chances this season. They’ve played few good defensive teams but I’m sure they’ll commit Tottenham’s defense. Arsenal’s weakness is the midfield. Now there first choice midfielder Thomas Partey is back in the team. Just having Partey on the pitch changes the way Arsenal play. The build is so crisp and there's more confidence playing for the other players to go forward causing havoc.

I disagree. I think Arsenal midfield is strong and which is why we are creating so much pressure. The reason why Arsenal lost against United was because they are playing very high line and Arteta has given license to lot of players to go up ahead and create pressure on other side of the pitch for example Xhaka and counter-attacks are answer to high line so I think that is why we lost the game against United as we didn't have any counter strategy in case we got caught at counters. We slightly undermined United in that game. Arsenal is perfect in every department, just needs to avoid some mistakes and need some good strategies in case we are caught out and that's it.

If they can win the possession, Tottenham will have little or no chance to counter.

Believe me possession doesn't means much. City maintains lot of possession and yet they have been caught on counters. Even if they have one counter and score goal in that attacking drive, the possession means nothing. At the end they will be going with 3 points mocking us with the possession they maintained throughout.

Well ^that reminds me of the game of Spurs against City when Spurs parked the bus and won the match and Mourinho when asked about it came with savage reply. He said -  "They can take the ball with them at home if they want, I take the 3 points ..."
