From personal observation it seem EPL clubs are finding means of curtailing the exploit of Haaland by blocking Man City players who usually link him up with clear cut passes, one of such players is Kevin DeBryne, it obvious that in their last match against Man City Fred and Casimero gave DeBryne thorough marking the only chance he had of the cross he gave Grealish who scored their first goal, Foden and Mahrez were never effective at the wings, truly it's left to Guordiola to change the team tactics else the club will continue with their goal drought in their subsequent matches.

Arsenal have performed well since the start of the season, while Manchester United have performed well since Ronaldo's exit, so it is clear that the bookies have given Arsenal a few chances because this team is quite consistent and has the chance to win in its matches whereas in the first leg Manchester United  win, but maybe in the second leg it will be different. I think it will be more difficult, but they already believe in their respective superior teams.

However I am tempted by the big odds for Manchester United at stake they are quite dominant also in the game it might be more balanced compared to the current performance but I have to look again at my analysis on this bet I prefer to see about the news before the match on start.

Most supporters of Man City believe the game was rigged in favor of Man UTD but I'd not know that since in football, one has to lose some and win some. I enjoyed the performance of Ten Haag's men and it was quite refreshing to see they where not daunted by the presence of the Citizens' golden boy(Haaland), but instead blocked all the attempts they made.
 I could see the frustrated look on Pep's face knowing they were going to not just lose three points, but also another chance to win in a Manchester derby.

They are different, I don't understand there are indeed several fouls committed by Man United players that may benefit Man City. But discussing the game that has already passed seems like a waste of time. Because it will not change the final result.  The most appropriate next step is to improve their appearance. Against Man United Haaland couldn't move much and I think that's what cost them a loss. Next they will play against Tottenham. Of course, it is not an easy opponent even though Tottenham also lost to Arsenal 0-2 in the last match.

In my opinion, I would not say that the match was rigged in favor of Manchester United, but rather that Ten Hag's team played exceptionally well in that game. I do not think that before the game the team is instructed to "give all the goals to one player", most likely it is more convenient, and besides, it did not make the team worse. Indeed really low odds less than 1.40 for Manchester City, therefore both team to score will be a good option later because it is more than 1.70. Also the half time odds for Manchester City are a more worthy another good option because more than 1.80, but this is difficult to guess. By the way, I still haven't sure to place a bet, waiting other opinions from community for comparison.

I definitely would agree with you, with the way Tottenham played against Arsenal yesterday, which drove Arsenal to beating them 2: in their home, I think they would not stand a chance against Manchester city, though like you said, Manchester City still do have their own internal problems to deal with, but i personally think Tottenham would be an easy win for them,
This is just my prediction though, Football games have really shifted from what it used to be, so on this note, I think we should also make some room available just incase we are hit with surprises.
