Liverpool managed to win, even Nunez made a good assist for Moh Salah. Although indeed he has not lived up to the expectations of supporters. Arsenal began to stumble with 2 matches they only managed to win 1 point. Luckily they previously had a wide enough gap so that they were still able to maintain their position at the top even though with 2 minor results in the last 2 matches. And also they are still quite lucky because they have more matches than Manchester City and also Manchester United. They have just completed 21 matches, while Manchester City have undergone 22 matches and Manchester United 23 matches.

Arsenal was unlucky in their last match against Brentford because they actually played very well, seeing how so many Big teams have suffered a defeat in the hands of Brentford, for Arsenal to play them draw with an offside goal I think there is a little hope for Arsenal if they can secure at least a point against Manchester City.

Haaland's injury is a plus to Manchester City in my own opinion because Manchester City can now play the way they use to play as at last season when they don't have a stable striker and anyone among the front three can score the goal.

The situation now, after they lost points to Everton they also can't do a good right to face Brentford.
It would be great if indeed they could get at least 1 point later when they face Manchester City because indeed with conditions like that they are more able to breathe a little easier because 3 points with the condition they have one game remaining will obviously be very good for them.

Yes, because following the way Liverpool performed in this last game, I'm sure damn certain if only they can maintain such energy, they stand a better chance of winning against "Newcastle United" not minding thou they could be at 4th place on the table currently, because if you could make reference to the past 10 previous head-to-head matches, you will get to notice that Liverpool has always being at advantage, that could equally repeat itself. it's a big game that brings meet the top two teams in the premier league. if i had to say earlier i would support manchester city to be the winner in this match. Manchester city has a strong mentality to become a champion and arsenal seems to have lost balance in its last 5 matches. Even though Manchester City is still overshadowed by the problems that hit their team due to FFP, I don't think this will affect the Manchester City players when they face Arsenal.

these two teams are 3 points apart for the time being, if manchester city wins automatically manchester city will move arsenal from the top ranking because it is superior in goal productivity.

With Haaland back, I worry for the gunners defence. This ain't the FA that the match ended in a 1-0 goal margin in favor of Manchester city.
I mean, Arsenal knows they got to put in all they got. The point margin is almost bridged and if Mancity wins, am afraid Arsenal would have to struggle till the seasons finale. Although, I believe the gunners still have an outstanding match if I am correct.
Hopefully, a draw or win from gunners will help cement their spot on the table. Am rooting for the gunners. All bets in.

Lee Mason 1 of the VAR assistants has been removed from the game tomorrow because of obvious mistakes [1]. I think this might be 1 of the only times I have seen the Premier League admitted to their VAR mistakes and Arsenal has been hurt by a lot of the decisions of the VAR this season.

Manchester City will probably feel confident going into this game because over their last 5 games they are the better team and Arsenal are showing signs of weakness in their previous games. Drawing against Brentford was unexpected and they should have done better against a team that will probably be fighting for relegation at the end of the season and then their defeat against Everton who just lost to 1 of the worst Liverpool sides in history. Then late January they already lost against Manchester City.

I think based on these facts Manchester City will win by a goal or 2. Arsenal's title hopes might be escaping them but this would not be the 1st time that Arsenal perform badly after Christmas becasue they have a history of performing well in the early season and then losing it towards the end. I am hoping that Arsenal beat Manchester City but I am not very hopeful it will happen.

Yep. It is a big match and it is an important match for both teams. Arsenal should get points in this match if they want to keep hope about winning EPL title this season, they mustn't get lose. When they get lose, Arsenal and Man City will have the same points. So, Arsenal chance to win the EPL title becomes smaller than before. While for Man City, must get 3 points, too. If they fail to get full points, the point gap will be quite big again. Moreover, Arsenal still has 1 unplayed match, it will be an advantage for Arsenal. Anyway coming back to Liverpool, I don't think this is Klopp's fault at all. In the end Liverpool have been continuing with him for many years and there has been a great chemistry between. However there are some in-team problems as it seems and the players need to find a solution for this.

It is so easy to condemn players and managers, I believe if you are given the chance to be one as a manager, you will know how difficult it is to sculpt players into taste. Draw would be the best bet one should stake, all because Arsenal won't let Manchester City win and Manchester City still won't let Arsenal lead em tomorrow. Tough test for Mikel Arteta by the way.

I'd love to see Mikel Arteta dropping Gabriel Martineli for Trossad and Ben White, they've really dropped form, anyone else noticed something ? He should bring in Tomiyasu for White and see the impact. He has to show he trust his side tommorow.

I agree with this. Trossard should start and Martinelli can be brought in later on to finish off. the game against Manchester United is a game that we cannot afford to lose both legs, so we have to do as much as possible to even win the first leg or possibly get a draw to fight out and battle the second.  Arsenal can win because of the way our team plays, we just have to be very clinical in front of goal and ensure that any opportunity we get we completely make use of it.

It must be a punishment for lee mason. He has not done his job perfectly by letting the goal by brentford against arsenal. that proves that if all of complaints that redirected to the VAR was proven.

that's why arteta was slams lee mason. Arteta was so angry during the match against brentford due to the incapability of referee. I can only hope that the same problem will not be repeating again for arsenal.

It is good that Liverpool could win against Everton but I think it is not a very big achievement/progress. Everton is one of the teams in the relegation zone, it is a must to win against them. We cannot compare this match with the match against Chelsea or Brentford. Of course, this match is easier than the previous matches. So, I am not so surprised if Liverpool can get 3 points in this match. But Klopp must feel satisfied that Liverpool finally can win again and get 3 points.

Arsenal to come out victorious against Manchester City is very slim. I wouldn't bet on Arsenal winning tomorrow's match against Manchester City knowing fully well how bad they have been in their previous matches.
The match between Manchester City and Arsenal will be like a clash of the titans. Am highly anticipating the outcome of the match where both teams will play their best to show their superiority above the other team.
If Manchester City wins, Arsenal should forget the premier league trophy cos they can't get to the top of the league table again
