The last games have seen Arsenal going from bad to worse regarding their results and this lost game will have a huge psychological impact in their players and as such it is critical that Arsenal starts to get their form back again starting directly from their weekend game,if they can win it and the game that they have less then there is no reason for them to worry,the psychological pressure will be on Manchester City side this time.

Manchester City came to this game clear in their intentions and played open football knowing that it was life and death game for them and they managed to win it,now the Premier League is super open.

To be honest I could never imagine seeing this happening to Arsenal I was thinking Arsenal is going to win the game against Brentford and they could still be on top of the table but here I can see they lost 2 points in that game and Manchester City won the game against Aston Villa. and last night Manchester City faced Arsenal and they could easily win the game because of starts like Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish while the only thing Arsenal could do was score a goal Saka from penalty.

It was obvious that the quality of players that Manchester city  brought to the filed was higher than that of Arsenal. It would have been a balanced game if Thomas Partey was in the midfield and G.Jesus was at the top striker. These two important players were missing while Manchester City came with their best and grabbed all the 3 points.

The deed has been done, they were outdone by experience yesterday and I think this experience grows through games like this, they will learn but this is why it’s not good to have a team filled with 90 percent young boys.. the only leader in that team that held their own yesterday was Jorginho. They needed to inject more quality into the team if we wanted to win this league, but they didn't. They lost the league in January, it is just manifesting now. Arsenal do not have the urgency anymore, the orchestrator of those win is out since December.

In this great encounter I never saw Arsenal doing much in the second half, they felt relaxed like they have already won the game but City played like a team that's hungry for the title. With this I don't think Arsenal can convince anybody again until they get the job done %100 without any mistakes. My question now is, would this be the end of Arsenal's struggle to go back up and win the league?

Extremely disappointed with the team's performance against Manchester City. Despite showing promise in the first half, Arteta's team was unable to continue this momentum. Due to its defenders' apparent disregard for their responsibilities, Arsenal allowed three goals. The team needs to play better defense and attack with more caution, IMO. Despite having a higher percentage of ball possession (64%), Arsenal did not automatically win. Arsenal should have put out as much effort as MC, who played like a team that was desperate to win the championship. It will be challenging for Arsenal to keep first place in the standings now that both teams have the same number of points. I still have faith that the team will bounce back and get better, though. To correct their shortcomings, they only need to learn from their mistakes.

I think this game was more about the weaker stress resistance on Arsenal's side. Manchester City and Pep Guardiola had countless situations like this one and there was more to lose for Arsenal than for Manchester City. Guardiola has won the EPL four times already. That doesn't mean he wouldn't care, but a team is less nervous when they are not chasing a dream that has never come true so far. Arsenal was under pressure.
But it is also not completely weird to lose a single game against Manchester City. Sometimes games go the way they go, like with the starting goal of De Bruyne. The pass to the goalkeeper was bad and the finish of De Bruyne was superb. I think he didn't even hit the ball right with his foot. Yet that is how it can play out. I still think the competition will stay exciting.

Manchester city victory is not a surprised to me, because I knew Arsenal will not stop them in this match not to take over the first position in the premier league table. I think, this a sign that Manchester city coach has introduced some skills on his players to be in a solid ground to make it happen again by winning the premier league title this season which they are in that direction. Of course the Manchester City coach has a special strategy to beat Arsenal, after all before Manchester City could get rid of Arsenal in the FA Cup with a thin score, there I saw Arsenal not really being able to beat Manchester City, I would also not be surprised if Manchester could beat Arsenal, after all they deserved at the top of the standings than Arsenal 

In my opinion this is not about special strategy which makes Manchester City can able to beat Arsenal yesterday because we all know Arteta and Guardiola has been working together before and Arteta as manager assistant in Manchester City for Guardiola and that's why Guardiola know how to counter Arsenal strategy because he know what Arteta will do before the match but i have to say this is big alert for Arsenal and they should be restore their consistency but still not late for them to overtake Manchester City position in the top of standings league especially Arsenal have just played 22 matches

Still you can not compare English premier league to leagues like Bundesliga that Bayern is always the winner. We never know even if Manchester City would win this year.

How can you think that when this same Arsenal team were in a comfortable position last season to finish in the top 4 position to secure them a slot at champions league football while having few outstanding games but they threw that chance away. Arsenal has also lead the table for other seasons and still not lift the trophy. Arsenal doesn't have a squad depth of a team wanting to win the premier league and the players they settle for are Chelsea rejects. Who signs a player like jorginho if he want to attack when all he does is slow down the pace of games?

Since arsenal signed in Jorginho that was when arsenal started poor results in their game, it is so sad for Arsenal to miss this opportunity.  I think arsenal was ahead of Manchester City by about a difference of 8 points.  At this point, I'm not very sure if arsenal get back to the first position or if Manchester City to lose the first position.

 It is a terrible situation for arsenal to make their dream of winning the Premier League to come through. Even if they can't get back to the first position it will be better for them to maintain the top position, because it will be too worse for them to fall beyond this after an impressive performance for the season.

one player can not make a difference for a whole club if the team members don't a contribution to making that happen, I believe more that Arsenal was not prepared for the position and topping the league table for all the while was not a sustainable position for Arsenal and that is why they have been pushed down.
Arsenal has been booked to lose the position since last week back but chances kept them and Manchester City failed in multiple attempts before finally beating Asernal with a 3:1 goal in the last night's games.
This is a victory for Manchester city the luck was delayed but it came finally and I am sure manchester city will end the season remaining on the top of the league table.

Yes, the Gunners have one more match to play, but the crisis of form seems to be a fact. 1 point in the last 3 matches is a terrible result. Actually, in this case, it's a bit unfortunate when they lost with possession of the ball and had more opportunities.
But indeed things like this are what most people have predicted, because regardless of anything they really need points after a few games that don't go well but against Manchester City it was fifty-fifty actually and they failed to maximize the finishing and the defense was a little shaky when facing counterattacks that make them have to be willing to lose points again.

At the moment their position has shifted because Manchester City is superior in terms of goals which puts them in first place but Arsenal's chances are still big because they have 1 game remaining.

City just played too consistently and pressured Arsenal all game. Arsenal expected that after that first half, City players would be too tired to keep playing the way they did, because even if you rest on the break, you should be tired by 70th minute the way City played, it was a high tempo game and Arsenal went with it and played a high tempo game and kept it close as much as they can.

After a while Arsenal players got tired and City showed that they tire the other team by passing well, and not just keeping the ball, hence why Arsenal had more possession, City just tires other teams out and plays smart and that's why they end up beating everyone.

Arsenal's defeat against Manchester City is certainly no longer a surprise for us because in the last 13 matches Arsenal have never won against Manchester City, we have to admit that Arsenal played superior in the first half and even they had several opportunities but unfortunately they were not utilized to the fullest, in the match Mancheater City really deserved to win because the quality of the players was better than the quality of Arsenal's players so I don't blame the defeat that the Arsenal team got because of Arteta but that was purely due to the inferior quality and mentality of Arsenal's players.

One of the strongest teams currently in the Premier League are Manchester City and Arsenal, and it seems that Manchester City can still be said to be more prepared to do this match than Arsenal. Despite playing at home, the fact is that Arsenal have not been able to keep up with Manchester City's game and sharpness in attack. The chelsea virus has recently infected Arsenal as a result of the purchase of jorginho, but you can't argue that they haven't tried hard enough. They lack squad depth, and I've predicted that sooner or later certain players would get injured and that will cause them problems. Thomas Partey is a crucial player for the team, so the team should have signed a backup player with abilities that can almost match his. Jorginho is not up to the task. To be a title contender, Arsenal needs to start acquiring players of great caliber. It seemed that Arsenal would continue their negative trend in the league, after losing to Everton, they should have been able to get their win against Brentford, but they couldn't make the most of the opportunities they had. And after losing again to Manchester City, their task will be even tougher and the team's motivation to win the EPL title will decrease. I really hope we have another winner for each season in the EPL, so, hopefully Arsenal can maximize their 1 match difference from Manchester City.

Yes you're right. All possibilities can still happen considering there are still quite a lot of matches remaining in the EPL. We don't know whether Manchester United, which isn't considered, will become the leader of the standings.

Since they have only gotten 1 point in the last 3 matches, their players need to improve their performance. Yesterday's score is just something so usual in the EPL. Arsenal has really tried a lot to top the league in about seven months, and I guess that they may still be able to win the league if they can stay focused and get good strikers and defense. I wish them luck in their next matches.

Of course we all hope that there will be a new champion this season, hoping that Arsenal can end their period after last winning the EPL in the Henry era. 2x losing 1x this draw can affect the confidence of Arsenal players. Arteta must be able to bring it back, if they can manage their mentality, I believe they are able to get 3 points in 1 match which is become Arsenal opportunity to return to the top of the standings.
