However, there is high tension between Liverpool and Real Madrid. they still have a second chance in the next leg, but, we don't know if they can optimize the chance and make the opposite condition. However, we all know that it will be very difficult. Now in the Premier League, Liverpool also doesn't have a very good situation, moreover, they are only at 8th rank in the standing. It is a very bad season for Liverpool indeed, them conceding 5 goals to 2 against Real Madrid is very shameful i must say, and even though they still have a chance to redeem themselves from this shame in the second leg, i personally do not think beating Madrid would be possible for them, since I believe that Madrid, on their own part, still will not relent in their effort to prove their worth against Liverpool.

A lot of people did not really think Arsenal would stay this long at the top of the league. I guess everyone underestimated Arsenal up until this point and that’s why i think it has been surprising for some to see Arsenal at the top. Arteta has given the club a face lift this season as they’ve been playing really good and still very much in the fight to win the premier league.
For Arsenal, there is still a lot to be done to do away with immediate threats like Manchester City. They shouldn’t relax for a second if they want to remain in the fight.

Liverpool advantage is that they are lacking 2 matches so they can theoretically get 6 points and advance near Newcastle which already lacks 1 match by the way.
Liverpool is favourite vs Crystal Palace and Wolves but definitely will have hard time vs ManU and Real Madrid in March, without mentioning City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs in April.
I don't have much confidence on them and I feel they will play in EL or Conference League next season, at best.

They've always not had a chance to make it major this time around. This season is very unsatisfactory for them as they've been struggling to win a single game to keep their position on the table.
I see how hard it is for them to keep along in the competition this time around; they're currently on the 8th position, which is so unusual and hasn't happened for a long time.
I was even expecting that city would drop form greatly too but it turned out the route-wise. Liverpool will be playing against crystal palace and I'm just tryna think what will happen tomorrow...Cus crystal palace actually played draw against Brentford and I don't think they'll wanna lose or draw again either.

Liverpool of this season can't stand against a Madrid team that is the most experienced when it comes to the Champions League.
