The match between Manchester City and Newcastle United promises to be very interesting. The visitors have been in a weaker form lately, they haven't won the last 4 matches, but today they will certainly be well prepared. I'm counting on a good show and a lot of goals, I bet over 2.5 goals.

Newcastle started the season well. But now they are not in the truck. Newcastle's performances have been poor in the last few matches and they have dropped points. It is very difficult for them to win against Manchester City in such a situation. I consider Manchester City as the favorite in this match and I am betting on Manchester City to win. My guess is City will win the match either 2-0 or 3-1.
Phil Foden scored a goal from Rodri's pass in the 15th minute to give Manchester United the lead. Manchester City is playing attacking today from the beginning of the match.

It is possible for Newcastle to play a draw game with Manchester City despite Newcastle have been finding it challenging in winning some of their previous games. Manchester City have more confidence in winning Newcastle,  this game is very important for Manchester City to win as to gain more point.  Manchester City have more chances of winning the match because they still remain better in performance than  Newcastle,  but Newcastle won't still be easy for Manchester City to win easily .

The worst result Manchester City can get against Newcastle is draw, I see the game as a sure win for Man city considering the fact that the league title is at stake and Man city need to close the gap between Arsenal to move to the top of the table, they will play with all determination to secure some points against Newcastle.

City really need this win so they can keep up their chances because even a draw will make them even more behind Arsenal, especially if they really want to get 3 titles this season even though one competition, namely the Champions League, has tougher chances than the FA Cup and also the English Premier League title, City's biggest chance this season is the FA Cup, the remaining two really need a struggle.

A very exciting match in the first round of Newcastle United also almost equalized the score. Longstaff has a chance to shoot in front of goal, lucky for City because there is Ake who blocks it.

Newcastle next trying to press more, but Man City's defense is difficult to penetrate by Newcastle players. The second half I was sure there would be an attack. My prediction is the final score of 2-1 for Man City's victory.

Potter position can be temporary safe if he can bringing Chelsea to gets the winning result from Leeds and Chelsea has odds @1.65 and indeed this looks very tempting to bet but i personally didn't believe this is the safest bets because we all know Chelsea under Potter is so weak even with the current squad which is better than Leeds i highly doubt they can earn 3 points from this match

The whole three game to prove himself rumors I'm hearing just looks odd to me. So the three games has to do with Tottenham, Leeds United then Dortmund. We have already lost to Tottenham but what what then happens when we loss the remaining two, the board will just come out with e statement of sticking with Graham Potter since we have nothing to lose or play for after this three games. I think Graham Potter should be sacked with immediate effect if we're to loss the game today against Leeds united.

Leeds united won us the last time they payed and it was a scoreline of 3:0 with us having no goal reply. It was disgraceful then and I just hope it doesn't get disgraceful again today. We'll be playing at the Stamford bridge so we should be having the home advantage but this days it seems like it doesn't really matter which stadium we're playing at as we get our ass beaten up always. I just hope as a watch the game today, I have some kind of hope that we can get something out of the champions league match against Dortmund because as it stands, that's all that matters to me.

I really hope Chelsea can get the revenge you speak of because at this point there is more pressure on Graham Potter to deliver and even though Todd Boehly has been patient with Potter and I think he is close to losing his job and a loss again today could fasten that decision or a win might prolong the patience of the management.

Im still waiting for the match between chelsea against leeds that will occur next hours. This gonna be a very interesting match compared with newcastle against manchester city. Let's see how good chelsea will be playing against leeds or it will keep play like a mediocre team. The main aim of the coach is to make its club able to win any match. I am not sure Manchester City will manage to beat Newcastle United in this week match. This is an important match for Manchester City as they already got 5 points less than Arsenal. Seeing the difference in their current performance, plus the home factor and motivation to continue to chase the standings leader Arsenal, Pep Gurdiola's men deserve to be the favorites to win.

But in the second half the tempo of the game increased a little more. and the match gets a little tougher.

They have done well but Manchester City are dominating the game and Newcastle are starting to lose their temper. Haaland just went crazy on Dan Burn which I think is hilarious. There are only a few minutes left of course they cannot get a draw...when you posted there was around 10 minutes left do you think Newcastle could score 2 goals in 10 minutes despite being dominated all game?

Actually today match was an opportunity for Newcastle to return to their position in the top 4, but unfortunately today bad luck befell them and had to lose 3 important points so that it made their position even more difficult, early in the season Newcastle looked quite confident by destroying the big teams but I don't know what's happening now as if they are starting to weakened, at this time the game only leaves a few minutes before the game ends and it seems that Newcastle hope for a comeback is very unlikely if you see how bad their game today was with minimal opportunities.

Newcastle United have been slipped recently from top fourth position standing in Primer League due few minutes match ended against Manchester City losing 2-0, current standing Newcastle left 4 points behind Tottenham Hotspur although have one match left and potential slipped drop to 6th or 7th standing position because Liverpool and Fulham having two points left.

Newcastle mentality still not enough how keep consistency performance in Primer League and exist on top fourth standing placed, after losing from Manchester City have easy on up coming two games later against with Wolves and Nott Forest before facing Manchester United and seems potential losing points again.

Yes, I did mean Manchester City. Perhaps, I’m thinking of the game between Manchester United and Liverpool tomorrow. Can’t wait for that game. The game between Manchester City and Newcastle is almost over. Just 4 minutes of added time now. I had thought Newcastle would be able to score at least one goal but I was wrong.
Newcastle had been playing better in the second half but still couldn’t score a goal. Manchester city is obviously the better team of the two and with their two goals in this game, they’ve gone ahead and claimed the three points as theirs.

Nice second goal for Manchester City and it came from Bernardo Silva in the 67th minute and a pass from Haaland, and he only came on for De Bruyne in the 65th minute and scored.
seemed to be Pep Guardiola's strategy when Haaland struggled to score, but in the second goal he was able to provide a good assist for Bernardo Silva.
Newcastle played well but Manchester City was much better in terms of attack and also defense, because Manchester City didn't want to be far from Arsenal. And getting full points is very important for Manchester City in every game, to continue to compete for the top of the standings with Arsenal.
