Tottenham are having a really disappointing season now. This is going to be another season without getting a title and some players must be running out of patience with it. The best example for this is Kane of course. He has already indicated this issue with the team before. He said that this wasn't enough for Tottenham. Because they are playing for top 4 as usual rather than going for a title run. Actually the season started really well for this team but they started to lose points frequently later on.

The only thing this team need is consistency now. Conte has left the team so I wonder who will be their new manager. Whoever it will be Tottenham fans will hope for a big change in this team. They have what it takes to go for titles normally.

Tottenham almost every season is like that. There are no significant changes from each season. I think Conte's words are very true that Tottenham is like a club that doesn't have the instinct to win. For Spurs fans there is nothing to expect more from their favorite team, being able to qualify for the champions league is one of the achievements to be grateful for. Not getting a single title in a decade is a bad achievement for club owners. Even though as is well known, Tottenham is not a poor club, they have strong finances. Hopefully next season the lilywhites will be more serious in setting targets.

There isn't much thing to talk about the Arsenal v Leeds match this week truthfully. Because there is an obvious big gap between these teams and it is even played in Emirates as well. It wouldn't have changed much thing if Leeds were the home team though. Arsenal already defeated them there once this season. This time I will be expecting to see a much more reassuring win than 1-0 from Arsenal. They are on the road going to the league championship and the gap is quite big like 8 points with Manchester City.

Of course I'm aware that Manchester City have a match missing but there isn't any guarantee they will win that one either. Arsenal had better make use of their chances as efficient as possible.

Indeed, not many people talk about Arsenal vs Leeds, that's because Arsenal seems easy to win it. After all, the Manchester City vs Liverpool match is much bigger and more interesting, that's why many people are interested in talking about it.

Manchester City will fight very hard to win this game from Liverpool. Arsenal's appearance has remained consistent so far, so the game against Leeds will completely belong to Arsenal. I don't see Leeds having a chance in this match. Leeds can only get 26 points from the 27 matches they have played, so it can be considered that their performance is fairly bad, for that it is very unlikely for Leeds to make a surprise.

It's been a tough week for Man City because they need a win to keep their chances in the title race but their opponent was not a weak team. Liverpool has less consistent performance but in some situations, Liverpool can play brilliantly.

It's too soon to equate Arteta with Wenger because after all, Wenger has a long history at Arsenal but for Arteta I think Arteta is just starting to be successful. So yes, it still needs another good result to level Arteta with Wenger who then you can call a legend.

Yes he has a long way to go. I think recently Wenger just got into Hall of Fame so its a very long road for Arteta to be considered like Wenger.

But apart from that, Arteta's success is in daring to create a young squad for Arsenal and also, the process to achieve this success has taken quite a long time too at least from last season.

It's a long process and even with money you can't usually get that success easily. Take Chelsea for example, they have spent so much money getting players but yet they aren't performing like the way we expect them. Its just because they still lack lot of things which obviously needs time.

So yes, this season Arsenal and Arteta deserve an award.

Many people said that after the World Cup that Arsenal would drop from the top 1 of the English Premier League table.
But I was of the opinion that if Arsenal could maintain their stand till what come they will equally maintain eat after the World Cup, they will win the league and with what I am seeing now with the form of Arsenal and the determination of their coach and team in general there is absolutely nothing stopping them from being champions of English Premier League for this season.
Manchester city can wait till next season and they will start good but for this season it is gone.

They still have a challenge on their hand and every game is important for both clubs with one trying to remain top which is Arsenal with Manchester City closing in while the other trying to remain in the league and not becoming relegated. Arsenal will be without Thomas Partey and Saliba most likely and if Jorginho starts, Leeds can have advantage through the midfield which they can really use. Even if Leeds score the first goal, they will have to be able to defend well because Arsenal at home can really impress. Wilfried Gnonto has been a good player for Leeds this season, just like Tyler Adams, they will not be playing due to injury too, and that can really affect Leeds chances.

Like previous seasons, they can only become one of the strongest teams in the EPL, but not to win the EPL. The last time they won the title was during the 1960 - 1961 season. They almost won the title again in the 2015 - 2016 season, but unfortunately they failed to get it.

BTW, based on the news in the sports media, there are 3 strong candidates to replace Conte, they're Pocchetino, Thomas Frank and Roberto de Zerbi. Hopefully whoever becomes a manager at Tottenham will have a good impact on Tottenham, especially Harry Kane who is one of the loyal players for the club.

It is too early to write off liverpool. The fact that they've not been really good this season doesn't mean Manchester City can easily beat them. Don't be surprised when the put up their best performance of the season against city. Against United, though the match was at anfield but Manchester united went into the game as favorite and what happened? The got their worst defeat in decades. Liverpool are still fighting for champion league spot and would be giving their all against city. Arsenal would want to keep up the pressure, win as much games as they can in the remaining games they’ve got to play and try to have as much distance from second place Manchester City as they can.

No doubt arsenal have done a wonderful job this season and they have shocked everyone on their consistent performance through out this season but something in me just tells me that its still early to call arsenal the champions of the league because they are still lots of game to tackle upfront and Manchester city, over the years are fund of overtaking the current league leaders, they did last year against Liverpool, they have done same feat against Manchester united too so arsenal should very careful for the same thing not to happen to them.

I agree too, Asernal is in a better position to walk away with the premier league this season since there are some points ahead of Manchester City who is their closest rival this season and the current title holder.

-If Manchester City failed to win their upcoming match with Liverpool that will give Asernal more advantage against them and possibly finish the season as the club with the highest point on the table for this season.

Well Manchester City have an abysmal record against Liverpool at the Anfield, City have won only once in 17 games against Liverpool at the Anfield (in all comps), that is indeed a terrible record, and since the first leg was at Anfield, i don't think it can be used to predict the second leg at the Etihad this weekend. City do well against Liverpool at the Etihad (not so well, but at least better than at Anfield), they have won 6 games out of of the 14 played against Liverpool at the Etihad (in all competitions).

Having said that, this weekends crunch encounter at the Etihad is a must win for City, if they lose it is safe to say the title is travelling to the Emirates, but if they get a big win against Liverpool, it changes the mood in their camp and it would lift their spirits for the league run-in. For me, City win on Saturday.

if the three coaching candidates you mentioned where one of them will succeed in becoming Tottenham coach next season or in the rest of this season I also believe they will find it difficult to bring stronger changes to Tottenham progress next season I mean they are like having a big curse for  become EPL champion.

even for this season I think Tottenham will have difficulty at the end of the season to maintain the top 4 because they are overshadowed by Newcastle United and Liverpool who will put pressure on them.
