Arsenal are still in a solid situation in the standings despite this draw. However I must also admit that this was a match they could have really won there. They just gave away that one point to Liverpool with their own hands. Because somehow their defending started to be worse after some point in the match. Liverpool didn't have much thing to lose as well because they didn't have any goal left in the league anyway. It was too hard for them to go for the fourth position as of then.

Arsenal couldn't even keep their opponent under pressure very much after the score became 2-2. They were like they were okay to a draw as well. But their general effort really deserved a victory here. Manchester City were in profit this week but Arsenal have left one of their numbered tough matches behind at the same time.

It was quite an exciting match actually and it wasn't too strange with the score although I was expecting something more from Arsenal for this match.

when i saw the first 45 Minuten and the game should have been won by Liverpool. Then i see the second 45 minutes and that should have won Arsenal. But the last minutes, very close. Now 6 points ahead of Manchester City, but City have 1 game less, so you can say there are only 3 points difference. 8 games left in the season and the match than Team win this year the Championship can be on 26 April. Manchester City vs Arsenal, Matchday 33. Otherwise both have to play vs Chelsea, all other games are not really top matches.

I also thought something like that, the Liverpool vs Arsenal draw was very much in Manchester City's favour.

I think Arsenal are really under pressure if Manchester City wins against Leicester, that means that the point gap between Arsenal and Manchester City will only leave 3 points.

Arsenal currently has 8 match left before the season ends, the next match are against West Ham and Southamton, but the next two matches against Manchester City and Chelsea are fierce duels for Arsenal. If Arsenal lose points while Manchester City win, then City will likely lead the standings until the end.

Actually, with the current conditions of Manchester City and Leicester, it's clear that it's a little easier for Manchester City, especially since we know the difference in quality this season and their statistics so far are inversely proportional, which makes this something actually easy. In this match, Arsenal were quite good at playing and defending, but as we can see, Liverpool did not give up easily to score goals and tried to equalize the score and succeeded.
and I see this game is very interesting because of buying and selling attacks and Liverpool had some good chances including a missed penalty by Mohamed Salah that was too wide, maybe if the penalty was successful Arsenal would have lost to Liverpool.

Yeah, penality is always become the main problem by salah. it's not the first time he was not able executing the penalty. It must be a big evaluation for him to be honest. Liverpool was able to give penalty to the another player like firmino.

Arsenal playing against Liverpool got my heart broken them playing a draw, was not that bad we move, I was not certified with Arsenal's performance and I end up not finishing the game, I expected more from Arsenal and the truth of the matter was that Arsenal was neatly played and arsenal was just lucky to have played draw and am sure that salah will score, and from the stats starting from the ball possession to the shots on targets Liverpool is leading all and an equal record of yellow cards and the interesting part is that arsenal still leading with 73 points.

For the fact that Arsenal made their first goal scored in the first 10 minutes of the game is a show that it was a misplaced advantage that made Liverpool equalize much later in the match which was an unexpected outcome of the event for the club, must Arsenal fans already predicted 3 goals in total for this match but then football is an unpredictable event so anything can happen just like the reality of things today.

If care is not taken, Asernal may not be able to handle the outcome of this match and this could be the beginning of their failure this season because this result will affect the team's overall motivation,  and Liverpool on the other hand, may have nothing to add to their point going forward since they're only left with a few matches to play in this season.

Newcastle are like in a perfect shape on the recent match weeks. They won their last five league matches and one of them was even against Manchester United. Newcastle are really pushing over limit despite having an average level squad now. Eddie Howe has done a really great job with the team so far and it looks like they have a big chance for ending the season in top four as well.

However if they finish like this and they start bringing top players to the team because of their Champions League ticket then I wonder what will happen to Eddie Howe. I mean he will have to deal with a much more powerful team in this case. I don't know if he is competent enough to handle this kind of a team. In this situation maybe the board might think of going for an experienced and more quality manager.

I totally agree, arsenal team is playing for the title and trying hard to not waste any point, Manchester city team still fighting for this trophy and they will surely not give up easily, the gap now is 6 points and Manchester city have an additional match to play so the gap may get reduce to 3 points, also there will be a direct match between them soon so the fight for the title will be insane in the last rounds

I was very disappointed to see the penalty that was done by Mohamed Salah, it was not on target, I saw today Liverpool was messed up they committed too many fouls, already 7 yellow cards produced by the two Liverpool 4 and Arsenal 3 teams, it seems that many bettors for Liverpool have fallen this time, but time is still long, we will see the continuation in this second half whether Liverpool can beat the score for Arsenal or draw.

Well, if this penalty really depends on intensity and mentality, it's quite unfortunate for Salah in this match because his shot was too wide. But on the other hand, when talking about actual performance, I personally don't think they can or can't because in every match their performance is always not the same. For example in the previous match their defense and midfield were very bad and now it is the opposite of that, Trent Alexander Arnold in this match was quite good and disciplined even his movement and passing produced momentum which allowed Firmino to equalize but for the previous match we can also see the conditions which is different again because now consistency is still a big problem for Liverpool.

With the current points and it's not even possible for arsenal to win the trophy if city will able to win the rest of matches in EPL. City will have same points as arsenal but it will be winning the trophy as city made more goals compared with arsenal.

Liverpool is always a good side at Anfield; they defeated almost all of the Premier League's top teams there this season, including a 7-0 thrashing of Manchester United; they also defeated Manchester City at Anfield, which is why the match was very interesting to watch even though Arsenal's second half performance was not so good.

The last time Arsenal defeated Liverpool at Anfield was about twelve years ago, and Liverpool had won their previous six matches against Arsenal at Anfield, so Arsenal did everything they could to get at least a point in the match, which they did.

I have to breathe easy today about the spectacle of Liverpool and Arsenal. We didn't look good in the first half but we came back on time in the second half scoring 2 goals. To be honest that I am very disappointed about Salah's performance, he completely squandered his good chance to get a goal. But in the end, Firmino saved us again today not to lose.

At least a draw was a disaster for Arsenal even if I don't really hate them as a whole.
