This result have increased their motivation level much more for certain. I don't think they would run the risk of caring less about the Premier League in my opinion.

If you can get the second title why not get the CL and PL, as a Manchester City supporter I'm quite satisfied they played well yesterday against Munich and Guardiola didn't disappoint all the supporters. Manchester has great players both in the English league and other competitions. to be honest, as long as madrid hasn't been eliminated in the CL, it will be difficult for manchester city because they always lose to madrid like last year, but with a better team now, maybe they can beat madrid in the next meeting, at least one dangerous club like munich can be eliminated in this quarter-final

They need to keep every single possible game they can until City loses a point somewhere.

I bet that since we are this close, there is a chance that City may not lose any points at all, and get the title. Not like that hasn't happened before, we have seen City win all the possible games when it got close to beat out Liverpool before, they really went for the record book for a while, they were so close to 100 points and that's a very scary thought if you ask me, beastly to reach 100 points.
