Wow! This is some worth overly the edge for Manchester United's performance thus far. They've not been that bad if you ask me. At the start of the season, they were at the bottom table but, sooner found a rhythm and with the form of Marcus Rashford, they pushed on to be 4th on the league table.
That's way better than we can say for Chelsea that haven't been in any particular form all season. Just lose after lose.

West Ham United happened to have an excellent performance because, this is supposedly there tough game before the season runs out and closing this game in a win means a lot to there league standing.
David De Gea just happened to have given away that Benrahma goal way too easily. He ought to have made a good save out of that and he knows it.

Indeed. Many people predicted Arsenal will be defeated by Newcastle because of their bad performance lately. However, by winning the match today, Arsenal shows us that they still have the spirit to win EPL. Sadly, I agree that it is too late, there are only a few remaining matches. The chance to overtake Man City at 1st place looks very small, especially Man City performed very well lately. But it is good that Arsenal can defeat Newcastle, it may give a little pressure on Man City.

Yes, if they could try and win three games out of the four left, they would finish in the top four spot and qualify for a spot in the champions league. While I want to be optimistic Manchester United could win those games and remain ahead of Liverpool, I’m fearful. It’s a bit difficult for me to have complete faith in their ability to win a game as when you think you’re sure of an easy win for United, it would turn out to be either a loss or a draw.

It is a painful match loss for Manchester United and Newcastle just as it is a joyous match win for West Ham and Arsenal. West Ham's victory over Manchester United has preferably kept them 7 points above the teams in the relegation zone. Since they are 7 points ahead of 5 clubs, namely: Leicester (30), Leeds (30), Nottingham Forest (30), Everton (29), and lastly Southampton (24). ideally, West Ham have secured their stay in the premier league next season, at least there won't be any more worry about them being heading down to the relegation zone by the end of the season.

It might seem like Arsenal didn't have big problems on defeating Newcastle by 2-0. However it wasn't the case in fact. It was like the opposite because Newcastle found many critical goal chances in this match. Especially the one they wasted in the 2nd minute was unbelievable. I'm curious what would have happened in this match if that end up with a goal. It was one of the breaking points for Arsenal.

I'm saying breaking points because there was really more than one time. While Arsenal were 1-0 ahead Newcastle wasted important chances once again. They threw their chances a lot by targeting the goal post and Ramsdale's superb saves. This was a tough match of course so I won't judge Arsenal harshly. But to maintain this winning streak they had better improve their defending more.

Today can also be said to be a bad day for De Gea because indeed as you said, mistakes like this should not happen to goalkeepers like De Gea but indeed by looking at him it's actually not too strange because he often does things like this.

I think Man United will evaluate their game today and will play better in the next matches. There are only 4 remaining matches, I am very sure they will struggle all out to defend their position in the top 4. In the remaining matches, Man United will play against Wolves, Bournemouth, Chelsea, and Fulham. 3 matches will be at Man United home, it will take advantage for Man United. Since the remaining matches are only against smaller teams and even 3 matches are at home, I assume Man United possibly wins all the matches. So, the chance for Liverpool to replace Man United in the 4th place seems a bit small. However, I don't say it is impossible because there will be always the opportunity for a surprise to happen.

They don't have a too good squad but some excellent matches in middle of season made their fans think that they are competitive for Premier League title as well as Europa League title. They are all wrong with that naive thinking as recent drop of performance shows that Manchester United need many big changes in their squad especially in their defense area. From goalkeeper to defenders,they will need better players.

They still have an advantage against Liverpool but losing one more match, they will feel bigger pressure from Liverpool. In fact if Manchester United win 3 / 4 remaining matches, they will win this competition but will they be able to do that?

Manchester united missed one big chance to climb up to 3rd position on the table, losing to the hammers was a shocking results to Erik Ten Hag. The club is in crumbling at the moment, they have serious issue's in the backlines, most of their key defenders are injured and the available ones doesn't fit in the pattern of united. They make punishable errors on the pitch, for instance David de gea careless error sealed the winning of the hammers. United dominated the game but never had clear chances of goal scoring opportunities.
