Manchester City is going to take on Everton in their 35th match of the English Premier League shortly. Manchester City will enter the field to win today's match to increase the points gap with Arsenal. 

After playing 35 matches, Arsenal's points are 81, but Manchester City's points are 82 after playing 34 matches. If Manchester City can win today's match, Manchester City will be 3 points ahead of Arsenal after playing the same number of matches. 

Everton have been having a tough time this season, winning just seven of their 35 matches so far. After playing 35 matches and winning seven matches, this club is in the 17th position of the points table with 32 points. If for some reason they win against Manchester City, they will improve their points table by one step.

The only chance Everton has to get a point or even three points by winning today is if Manchester City plays with not their usual eleven as they try to conserve power for this upcoming Champions League encounter not that far away from today,just a couple of days ahead.In all normal circumstances Manchester City should have no problems winning against Everton,I am a bit worried though as the odd of Manchester City was 1.42 for today game and rarely I have seen such odd for Manchester City in the Premier League when playing against weak teams.

I think the Football Association of England made an error to let City play before Arsenal,considering how things are they should have both played in the same time.

The match is already on and from the line up Guordiola featured his regular first team except Kevin DeBryne that is on bench, of course Guordiola knew the consequences of dropping a point at this crucial stage of the league with Arsenal likely to win all their remaining matches. Everton also needed a positive result to keep the hope of surviving relegation with few matches to the end of the league a loss will dent that hope of their survival.
Meanwhile with another crucial Semifinals match coming up on Wednesday against Real Madrid Man City should thread softly in this match to avoid injury to some of their key players like Halaand, Álvarez and  Foden etc.

This match will start in the next few hours, this match will be no less interesting than the other matches. for sure, both teams will target to gain maximum points. speaking of Arsenal, in this match the Gunners will play as the home team at the Emirates Stadium. playing as the home team, making Arsenal more favorite than the opposing team. naturally, because Arteta will not waste the momentum to bring his team to victory in the remaining matches this season. plus, continues to overshadow the position occupied by Manchester City at the top of the standings. I think 4 points behind is no longer bridgeable after today. I still think of the season in which Manchester City managed to turn a 1-2 deficit in the 90th minute into a 3-2 victory and thereby grab the title. the United players then did not know what hit them in that season. Still a great season for Arsenal by the way.

Of course I'm sure Man City will win. With three points, of course, they will be easier to win the championship. Man City must pick up three points for the rest of their matches. And they have opened one goal from Gundogan.  As always Man City controlled the game, I think they just need to be patient to break down Everton's defence to add goals. As usual they always pile up a lot of players on their defense. Everton relied on counterattacks.

Just two minutes later, Manchester United scored 2 goals against Everton, and the first goal thanks to Mahrez's sweet cross was completed by Gundogan's shot against Pickford in the 37th minute and Haaland's second goal in the 39th minute.
Even though from the first minute to the 35th minute, Everton defended well and also created several chances, but for some reason they changed and were easily broken into so that Manchester City were able to score 2 goals in just two minutes.

Manchester City does have a good squad from all fronts and the game always dominates from opponents, and actually I hope this match is a draw so that Arsenal's chances are really wide open. But we all know that Manchester City is a very good team and always produce good results in every match, so it seems difficult for Evertom to even the scores and also considering this is only the first half and already 0-2 behind.

He is indeed a frightening monster for the EPL team.

Meanwhile, Everton, even though they are the host, will not be able to withstand the onslaught of attacks from Manchester City and it seems that they will again lose the match because the difference of 2 goals is very difficult for a team like them to be able to equalize or reverse the situation in the second half later.

Their is nothing left for everton, the first half has just ended and Manchester city is ahead of Everton 2-0, Manchester City played a fantastic ball in the first half of the match, i see no reason why Guardiola will have to make use of De bruyne when he is already winning 2-0 in first half of the match, am sure he is still going to substitute some main players in the match so that they can rest ahead of other important matches they will be playing. Manchester city might still end up scoring more goals in the second half of the match, Everton performance is not really bad but Manchester city is just better than them.

After Manchester United lost two premier league matches in a row while Liverpool won in those two matchweeks, the gap between the two teams was narrowed and to just one point thus the panic from Manchester United fans.
But after winning their match yesterday, Manchester United went 4 points ahead of Liverpool and also having the same number of games played.
Erik Ten Hag must do anything within his tactical ability to make sure that Manchester United finishes the season in top four and yesterday's win was a great step to achieve that.

Erik Ten Hag is doing a great job for Manchester United, the result for those back to back loses for myself should be as a result of fatigue of which they've already had two days break before preparing for Wolverampton.
The loss the Brighton was understandable but I couldn't condone the loss to West Ham all because they weren't the better side and team that day, the error from David De Gea gave them all the three points.

Right now, three games are left to play, if Manchester United can just focus to win all three then we can successfully qualify for the Champions League next season, Rashford out and Garnacho back in, I pray the young lad remains in same formation and momentum next season.

It’s the half time mark and I don’t think anyone thought Everton stood a chance against Manchester City. Man city, having scored two goals in the first half is ahead and on its way to finally win the game. Gündoğan is a great and experienced player and this showed with his goal today. He was flanked by defenders and couldn’t afford to waste any time trying to turn, therefore flicking the ball into the bottom corner. Knew where the goal was and didn’t need to look. Amazing player.
Haaland on the other hand, had the advantage of his height and jumped well above everyone else and easily with a header, put the ball at the back of the net to give his side another goal.
Everton has tried in holding their own but they actually can’t do much in holding back the pressure put on by Manchester City.

As much as I like this Arsenal side, I have told myself never to depend on someone doing our job .. if Manchester City wants to win let them win. Even if they lose the game, they are still a point ahead of Arsenal. Then you ask how did we come from 8 points lead to begging. Yes Manchester City took the lead, they got two goals in a short of time at half time. That's right, it is likely that De Bruyne will remain on the bench because Manchester City current situation is leading very well. Unfortunately with this situation it seems like Everton will lose although playing at home, Manchester City can't be stopped in their remaining matches.

Brentford in the half time also currently leading with a score of 2, they have no trouble against West Ham.

Looks like it was going to be a tough game until the end and I was not expecting the goals to have reached up to 2 goals in the first half either, As Everton was able to hold down city on a draw till 30+ minutes, plus Everton mauling of Brighton Albion 5-1 makes them look solid for City side to break in. Pep side is unstoppable in their title race and are incredible in creating chances for goal scoring which they've just proven once again.

This season Everton looks very inconsistent, at least 13 matches in the Premier League they suffered defeat, thus putting them a level above the relegation zone. The first half of Manchester City dominated the match and the intensity of the attacks built by Manchester City was very difficult for Everton players, so they were able to take advantage of the opportunity to score two goals.

Two goals in the first half have made the game Manchester City more coordinated, the match has been going on 65 and Ilkay Gundogan added one goal for Manchester City in the 51st minute. There was no chance for Everton to stop Manchester City and I thought there were some additional goals before the second half ended because Manchester City dominated the attack.

Manchester City cannot possibly make a mistake in this important match, they will try to win as much as possible with the goals that are created, maybe there will be even more goals if Everton are still unable to withstand attacks from Manchester City who continue to press him.
It's too difficult for the opposing team, they will only surrender to the ferocity of the Manchester City players who are so confident in their victory tonight.

It was very difficult for Everton to equalize up to 3 goals but I think this is an unbalanced opponent even though it is true that Everton is trying to win to keep out of the relegation zone but for the match with Manchester City it means nothing for Everton to try to win.

Still, Manchester City's chances are in sight with the Premier League title.
