This is completely new thing for me as Arsenal which was very strong contender for the title fix this match and sell out to Brighton because I never expect things like these in Premier League but if this happens then surely we need some investigation in this matter, but shameful act is now Arsenal is out of the competition and Manchester City is successfully defended their title with now going for the double or treble is on card for them because they are at their best for these successes.

After the end of first half I was expecting narrow win for the Gunners or draw, but suddenly we have few things which ruin this match shattered Arsenal fan's dream for the title shameful lost and surely embarrassing end of this season after amazing start.

Asernal has become unpredictable lately and the questions about the reputation of the club as accusations border on possible March fixing even though it is not clear how true that is,  but also what surprises me most is the fact that Arsenal started the season so well taking the lead from the beginning of this season up until now but lately, Arsenal lost the top position to Manchester city for the second time in this season and haven't lost this match which could have given arsenal some level of hope as to whether or not the club could reclaim the position.

But with the 3:0 result against Brithom, it's clear that the chance for Asernal to make any remarkable change to its current standing is dead already.

3.0 is a shameful defeat on Arsenal, really shameful, I never expected that a team as Brighton would beat a big Arsenal by such a huge margin, to the ton of 3 goals to nothing from Arsenal, super angry with this performance sincerely, I can't even raise my head up and be proud as an Arsenal fan, it's such a very bad time to be called an Arsenal fan, really really disappointed.

And also, a big congratulations to Manchester City, I think this is the best team to start supporting, with their victory against Everton, they have indeed secured the premier league title this season.

Just that I expected much from Arsenal in this match but then it turns out that they failed to make any attempt to salvage their already bad situation in the EPL and at that Manchester City now has a slide chance of winning the title in this season once again.

Many Arsenal fans are already speculating that the game was fixed,  I doubt the authenticity of that claim but then since the club already knows that they're out of the title in this season,  so selling the match to Briton may be current in this situation.

I can't just help but agree with your last sentence, it is a really shameful end to Arsenal, for indeed, they had a really great start, but ended in a very shameful and most embarrassing way.

And again, if indeed, they sold the match to Brighton, then, that's a really big mistake they made, Manchester city was ahead of them with 1 of 2 points, if I remember correctly, best they could have done is try to win all their games, they never can tell, a miracle could happen and Manchester  city would lose a game, and with that loss, Arsenal can climb to the number one spot in the table again, but then, they've messed up all their chances of wining the title this season.

We might just have to agree with the scense that we are seeing now but, its what everyone never thought possible (Arsenal loosing the league the way they are doing right now) but, they lost it all to a team that is so concerned or obsessed about winning.
Arsenal had there chance. I think they grew over confident given the fact that, they've held the run for so long and at some point, fatigue is going to set in. They've got no squad depth to enable them rotate players and the players are constantly been worked out.
Still, I won't say they don't have what it takes. They just lost a little bit of rhythm when they played against Everton and there, the issue with the team continued.

There is nothing shameful for Arsenal to lose to Brighton.
Arsenal has given their best right from the beginning of the season. I even least expected them to perform to this extent. So they gave the best from the beginning, till the ending of the Season. It is quite unfortunate that they were caught up by fatigue which can happen to any club and they do not have enough squad depth like Manchester City, to battle to the end. Besides Brighton is not a small club. They won Manchester United few weeks ago, so it is not shameful as you said. It happens.

He is one of the personalities I like the most in soccer. That also applies to Kevin De Bryune. Their attitude is unmatched in soccer given how much success they have had. They are never arrogant and Gündogan is one of the most inconspicuous people in soccer I have ever seen and yet he is a real captain.



But as I said De Bruyne is quite the same and would be a worthy captain as well.

With the effort they are currently putting into the Manchester City game, they are two leaders who are as important as Kroos and Modric for Real Madrid. Interestingly, those two are also similar characters. Their calmness and experience gives the games of their respective teams a very special touch.

I can't wait for the next game between the two teams in the Champions League, but in the Premier League Gündogan has once more delivered a great show against Everton. His body control when he scored the first goal was impressive.

How did Totenham fall out of the top 4?
How did Aston Villa make it to where they are?
And really alot of questions will arise if Liecester is relegated.

There is no doubt Premier League is one of the most exciting soccer league in the globe, and we have too many dramas and shocking results every year with now this year is also full of these dramas as Arsenal suddenly out of the title race with Liverpool is now again fighting hard for the fourth spot and Tottenham is also out of the top four these are shocking results because no one was expecting things like these few weeks back but now all happening around us.

Southampton is relegated, and now we have Leicester City, Leeds United and Nottingham which are fighting hard for the survive and most chances Leicester City will be also relegated with Leeds United or Nottingham who is going to give company to these two relegated sides it's not clear, but we will have all clear soon I am really enjoying this season after many years.

I think that after Arsenal fell behind, they were demoralized, so this result is nothing to be ashamed of. The players were not in the experience to play the end of the season, there was a younger squad, they couldn't handle this pressure. I can't blame them. Being a Premier League champion is really hard work. Manchester City had placed an embargo in recent years, they were a very serious competitor. Arsenal led the race for a long time, but that's it. Even if Arsenal had won today, their chances of winning the title were low. We can say that today's defeat determined the champion.

Still, in this case, this is clearly a crushing defeat. they appeared with the full squad at the start of the game and this is actually a bit regretful.

But on the other hand, if you really see that it is Brighton, then indeed something like this is still possible, especially since we know that on several occasions Brighton also often does the same thing for other big clubs in the EPL.

Although I understand how aggressive Brighton were because they were fighting for the Europa League ahead of Tottenham, which I am sure they have come a long way to achieve for the first time since being promoted to the Premier League in the 2017/18 season, which will be a very good achievement for the entire team if they can keep it up.

Didn't expect Nottingham to be above the relegation zone and be able to draw with Chelsea... Chelsea are really bad... With a game like that, they could end up in the relegation zone next season too... What is surprising is that they have a lot of good players in the team and such terrible results... Villa, on the other hand, have pleasantly surprised this season... They now have the same points as Spurs and have a chance of qualifying for the Conference League next season...

Chelsea has changed four managers this season and things hasn't changed. First it was Thomas Tuchel then it was Potter before the interim manager that took over the one game against Liverpool then now Frank Lampard. If after all this manager and you still think the players are the problem then there must be something you know and we don't because to me it's the players that are the problem not the managers. Also it could be we haven't been hiring quality managers but I doubt that's the problem.

The problem has to be from the players themselves and it's the right time for we to start disposing of them before they poison the club to a point that's unrecoverable. Chelsea hasn't been this bad to my knowledge. We couldn't win a struggling Nottingham forest then who can we win when we have three very strong games coming next. Chelsea had many chances in the match against Nottingham to win it but since we couldn't score and we don't have players that we can relied on to win games for us, it's now difficult to win games.

The Arsenal defeat at home was an embarrassment and a shock to me. I honestly didn't expect Arsenal to have to give up like this to Brighton, but either way the match and the stats say it all. Arsenal's defeat made Manchester City automatically happy because they knew their chances of securing the title were getting higher.

Manchester City only need 1 win from their other 3 matches remaining in the season to claim the title. The next match is difficult to predict even if Chelsea are not consistent with their performances, but Manchester City might force it if they also qualify for the Champions League final.

I see that Arsenal played quite badly in this match and even seemed unable to balance Brighton game even though in this match Arsenal were playing at home.  The first goal from Enciso was quite stunning and changed everything because Brighton was able to put Arsenal under even more pressure in this match. With this win, Brighton has narrowed the gap in points with Liverpool and even an advantage for Brighton, they have only played 34 matches so far and there are still 4 matches that can make them finish in a better order.

On the arsenal side this defeat is quite disappointing for all their fans because manchester city has a big advantage over this result. For Pep Guardiola, I think they will use this opportunity as best they can in the upcoming matches. It can even be said that Manchester City is one step away from locking up the EPL trophy this season. There is no hope for arsenal after this defeat.

Newcastle is having trouble right now. After their great win against Tottenham, they are experiencing a bad run now even against much weaker teams. They are still up against Brighton, which is going to be hard but it is a home game, and they are going to play against Chelsea in an away game. Now Chelsea isn't very good at the moment, but that doesn't mean those will be some easy three points for Newcastle at the Stamford Bridge. Given that they are in trouble themselves, it is not impossible that they do lose at least one of those games. If Liverpool wins, it is a 1-point game between them for the Champions League qualifiers.

What I was afraid of finally came true, even though yesterday in the second half Newcastle was 1-2 up but Leeds managed to equalize in 10 minutes remaining, of course it hurt a lot because Newcastle got a draw. If you look at the list of Newcastle's next opponents, maybe only Brighton will make it difficult for them and for two other teams like Leicester or Chelsea I think Newcastle will still be able to win.

But still, Newcastle must not underestimate all of their opponents and they must be more vigilant, at least if they want to secure victory in every match, they must score at least 3 goals to make it easier for them to secure a Champions League ticket.

Now we have a couple of answers to pending questions I think. Brighton showed what is possible even against Arsenal in their own stadium. This was a big exclamation mark also for Newcastle who now understand what is going on. The game against Brighton is going to be very tough. It is getting wild now. If Brighton wins that game against Newcastle and they also win their game that they still have to play to catch up with the number of games, they would be only 1 point away from Newcastle!

The table is getting much closer now than expected. Sure they still have the best chances to stay in the top four, but we may be seeing some crazy outcomes in the next two weeks.

I wasn't expecting Arsenal to lose in today's match, their performance was not really encouraging today, Brighton played a experienced game today, Brighton performed above my expectation in today's match, they humiliated Arsenal, I wasn't expecting Brighton to even win the match, but unfortunately they won with 3 goals to 0.

Arsenal have being struggling to win the league from the beginning of the season and at the end all their efforts have been wasted, if Manchester city can win their next match against Chelsea, then Manchester city is the one that's going to win the league and Arsenal efforts have been wasted.

I can't wait for the next game between the two teams in the Champions League, but in the Premier League Gündogan has once more delivered a great show against Everton. His body control when he scored the first goal was impressive.

Yes, it was impressive on how he scored that goal. He didn’t have to look to know where the goal was and succeeded to flick the ball towards the goal without having to turn around. An inexperienced player can’t successfully pull of that move without some sort of luck. Gündoğan Is an experienced player.

I particularly liked his goal scored from a free kick position. That goal too showed a player with skills. There wasn’t much pressure on the shot yet he was able to very precise and had the ball go over everyone’s head and into the goal. A very good goal. He was impressive in scoring both goals in this game.
