I agree with you. I've said it before that it's not every player that played well in his time can be a good coach. Chelsea has lost 8 games under Lampard and 16 defeats as a whole this season. One would say Lampard is not the problem, but I strongly disagree, because if there's something I've observed about him, he doesn't know how to utilize his players well. Imagine always starting Kai harvertz as an attacker and benching D.D.Fofana.. The way I see it, the purpose of spending heavily on buying players is lost if he only uses English players. I think he needs to take coaching lessons from either Pep or Vincent kompany if he hopes to continue along the coaching path.

Nothing can be expected from Chelsea now, they really have lost everything. Lampard's presence was the same as Potter's, could not bring any change to the team at all. I thought Chelsea would have been a bit different before, making the game difficult for Manchester United in order to prevent Manchester United from qualifying for the UCL, but yes it was too late. Manchester United are already in third place in the standings and have succeeded in shifting Newcastle. A relegation is a suitable place for Chelsea now. But despite all of Chelsea's poor form this season on the other hand I have heard that Pochettino will be in London this week to sign a contract until 2026 with Chelsea management to replace Lampard. I hope this will be a good start for Chelsea in the future, and on the other hand, with Pochettino's leadership, hopefully, Chelsea's career can recover.

He has had experiences in coaching small clubs and he has actually had some experience in coaching big club like Chelsea, he has handled clubs that have distressed time and has also handed clubs that are settled. So, all these things will count as accumulated experience for him and he will later become a renowned coach.

Lampard as " best coach in the world" I don't think so because Lampard coming back to manage Chelsea is his third time managing a premier league club and even with all his previous stint his records has been abysmal performance despite gaining some experience in his previous clubs his present performance at Chelsea had been very woeful thus getting a new appointment after leaving Chelsea will be hard, I think he will perform well or better as a soccer pundit or analyst just like Theiry Henry, Gerrard e.t c being a very good players during his playing career does not equate he will be a good manager only few former good players later became competent manager.

This is so surprising if I must say, UTD got a 4-1 win over a Chelsea side that's not in form and is like a big deal. They [Manchester United] did well no doubt but the game against Chelsea yesterday was like they are playing against a division 2 team. Chelsea is really having serious issues that even the fans don't know about, the blues have everything it takes to win that game but they are lacking one thing which is that winning mentality, they don't have it at all, I said something about Frank Lampard and his tactics and have come to realize that he's not the problem, the major problem is the team they lack that winning mentality.
And some players ain't suppose to start to begin with, why not try Forfana instead of Kai havertz. He [Kai havertz] is very low and doesn't contribute much up front and that guy Madueke is just killing every runs they make. Well, like they say, the manager knows best.

For Manchester City, the match in the premier league is not really important and I think, they should focus on the two finals match against Inter Milan and Manchester United however I think considering the last games we saw from both teams the game against Manchester United and Ten Hag won't be a hard game for Manchester City.
