I don't know should we pay so much attention to Manchester City. The Premier League has other teams.
I came across an analysis about why Tottenham is capable of achieving something big in this season of the Premier League.

2.The transfer of James Madison from Leicester is a success. Madison has two goals and five assists so far.
3.Son Heung-Min is doing just fine without Harry Kane and keeps showing top performance.
4.Tottenham has great wing-backs, who help a lot in the attacking phase. Destiny Udogie, Pedro Porro and Emerson Royal are in pretty good shape.
I really hope spurs to become the big surprise in the Premier League.

Recently, Manchester City has become the club that has been in the most news and is also talked about a lot by all of us. Especially after Man City suffered defeat by Arsenal. Talks about Man City are becoming increasingly heated.

But I agree that there are many other clubs that are currently more interesting to talk about and one of them is Tottenham. Tottenham do look to be getting better even after Kane left. And the fact is that Kane is currently not very productive at Bayern. But still, I'm happy that Kane is now playing in the Champions League with Bayern. I hope he can win an award there.

I personally prefer to talk about Man United where they currently have a lot of problems and I personally want to highlight two players at Man United whose performance this season is not very good. Namely Casemiro and Onana. Onana, maybe he really needs adaptation and has to build a stronger mentality at a big club like Man United. Because the mistakes he often makes are actually clearly visible because he always panics easily. As if he wasn't a pro player who had played in the Champions League Final. Maybe the Premier League has more pressure than the Champions League. 
And Casemiro is currently not as good as last season. I don't know what happened. But its performance has indeed experienced a fairly clear decline. But I don't want to blame Casemiro. Because actually the decline in performance doesn't just happen to him. But it is indeed one of the most visible declines.

In the next match week, three matches catch my eye. These are City vs Brighton, Chelsea vs Arsenal and Aston Villa vs West Ham. I think these matches are more important than the other matches and I think they can be more quality matches in terms of viewing pleasure. Although Chelsea is out of form and trying to recover, I expect that they will show resistance against a championship candidate team. On the other hand, I hope that we will see plenty of goals in the other 2 matches I mentioned except the Chelsea-Arsenal match.

These are interesting games to watch, especially Chelsea vs Arsenal and Manchester city vs Brighton. Chelsea are gradually returning to form. Things look to be clicking into gear now for Chelsea, who have won successive Premier League games for the first time since March and head into the international break in a good place. I don’t think Arsenal would find it easy even though they’ve the upper hand in the game. Manchester city would want to return to winning ways but it’s unfortunate that they’ll have to face a a good Brighton side to do so. It’s going to be a tough one for them but I think they’ll win this one.

De Bruyne and Rodri are like key players in Man City and without the presence of these two key players Man City is less than perfect in terms of performance.

That's true, sincerely speaking in every club there are key players, people whom there absent could easily affect the team in times of performance in Manchester City De Bruyne and Rodri has been one of there best playmaker, not that they are the best players in Manchester City but the role the play in Manchester city is one of there tactical pattern use on all there matches and if those players are not there the pattern became ineffective and finding it hard to win a match.

Although even with losing there last match against Arsenal that made them third place on the table, however there are more chances of them going back to first on the table because they are known for that, even last season when Arsenal was leading on the table with many points higher than Manchester city but in one way or the other Manchester city manages to come out first on the table so there is a likelihood that the same thing may likely happen in this reason if De Bruyne and Rodri are back, Manchester city will surely maintain there record of there best performance.

Tottenham's performance this season is quite impressive and it is beyond many people's expectations. Since the entire squad had been centered around Harry Kane for so long, I had a hunch that the team would struggle to crack the top 10 when he left. However, the team's success has stunned everyone, and they continue to be one of the unbeaten teams in Europe. Nobody anticipated that the new manager would find it so simple to adapt in such a short period of time, but he has done an excellent job. Too early to predict who wins BTW.

Ten Hag made a huge mistake about De Gea and Onana in this season. They had De Gea while he was performing well in Manchester United and he was an experienced goalkeeper there but because of the good relationship between Ten Hag and Onana, Manchester United decided to hire Onana and they didn't extend the contract of De Gea. While Onana could perform well in MAcnshter United.
After the poor performance of Onana, now De Gea posted a picture of him training in Manchester which means this goalkeeper is still already to come back.

Regardless of whether it was a mistake or not I don't think it's something to be concerned about now that it's happened and all they have to think about is how Onana can get back to the form he was in when he was at Inter.
Simply making comparisons with De Gea and blaming Onana for what happened isn't very ethical either so it's important for Ten Hag to realize that rash decisions can make fatal mistakes.
De Gea back training at Manchester United? If that's true I hope he doesn't get wasted again because he's been very good when he's been dumped and insulted by some fans but still wants to come back.

Onana has not been the only one who needs to improve his performance, but so many critics shall be directed to the defenders of manchester united as well. Onana has made some mistakes, like unable to block the weak shoot from its opponent, but it cans till be tolerated.
I must admit that if onana played so badly during the previous match but anything looks very different when it comes to the defenders of united. These guys also must be blamed.
Their poor defenders are also disrubting onana to play safe. I kept see many complaints were coming for him on twitter. I don't know how long the fans will still send his critics to him, but onana needs to solve his problem as soon as possible.
De gea was coming back to the manchester caused by he was willing to watch manchester united women football club. I see no intention for him to be back as a goal keeper for manchester united again.

I do not agree that they are not very strong this season because they have almost the same squad as last year and they also added an important defender like Gvardiol to the team. They still maintain their good squad from last year and are still one of the strong teams in the EPL. I think they are still the strongest teams for the championship.

I am not too worried about Manchester City current condition, which has suffered two consecutive defeats in the EPL. I am actually happy that Manchester City was defeated by another team in the race for the EPL title, this defeat will make Guardiola put more emphasis on his players to continue to maintain their performance and close every space tightly for the opposing team.

The possibility is true, Arsenal is currently very strong and that is in contrast to Chelsea which is very messy even though they have just improved and won 2 consecutive matches in the Premier League but I don't think that they will be able to match Arsenal.
If we look at it realistically, by comparing the strengths of the two teams, it is clear that Arsenal's chances are very big. If there is a big surprise then Chelsea can get points in this match, even though the possibility is very small.

I don't think Chelsea stands a chance against Arsenal honestly,they have come after 2 consecutive victories recently but their bad luck that we have the International break which will impact them negatively and not positively most likely.Arsenal is in a great form,they have lost 0 games and in the most recent game they beat their direct competitor for the title of this season,Manchester City and for me one team that can beat Manchester City have really high chances of beating any other team,especially teams like Chelsea who had a really bad start overall to the season.

I agree with you, winning against Manchester City in the previous match gives Arsenal momentum which will give them more confidence when facing teams with strengths below City.
Playing at Stamford Bridge will not provide many benefits for Chelsea because this season they are not special when playing at home, some of the defeats they suffered in front of their own fans at home, without underestimated Chelsea, the best result they might achieve in the match against Arsenal later is a draw and even that will be achieved with great difficulty.

Actually, we don't have to pay too much attention to Man City and leave other EPL teams behind, but the moment of consecutive defeats experienced by Pep Guardioa squad is a rare item, so everyone is moved to pay attention to what is actually happening with their squad. Regarding Tottenham success at topping the standings, I have to say that Ange Postecoglou squad was only hot at the start of the season, in the end they always failed in the hunt for the EPL trophy. They're still very strong league contenders all they need to do is put their heads together as team and look for a possible solution to put them on track again, and I believe Pep would be  working on a game plan currently to put his team in other and not allow their 2 consecutive defeats in the EPL to affect them mentally,  well it's a good thing that one of their key player who got booked with will be returning to the team again after the international break after serving his 3 match ban.

 Pep Guardiola really misses Rodri, he's very impressive in his position and finding a suitable replacement is not something easy for Pep Guardiola and hopefully he'll come back from the international break in a good shape to help his team defeat Brighton in their next match,well City needs to sit up cause the competition this season is more tougher than the previous.
