This cannot be a benchmark, Everton is not an easy opponent for Liverpool to face because there is high tension every match between these two teams because this is a Derby match which is full of prestige.

Sallah wonderfully scored the penalty, which gave Liverpool the lead. Liverpool took possession of the game and dominated the match and Everton was reluctant to put themselves back in the game. Everton couldn't play well in the second half as they allowed Liverpool to be in control of the match and this made it uneasy for them to equalize the penalty scored by Sallah on the 70th minutes of the game. The pressure of Everton to equalize the goal made them to stay focus in the front and this gave Liverpool another advantage as Nunez took the ball and ran through the middle to score but didn't and he made the day for Sallah by passing the ball to him as an unselfish player. Sallah was happy and took advantage to bang the net the second time on the 7mins of the extra time to seal up the match with a 2-0 victory. Liverpool deserves all three points today.

Everton really did thier best despite the red card, you know red card is a very big challenge in a match because the vacuum it creates when a player is being sent off can really be spotted and red card kills team spirit as players will get exhausted trying to cover up the vacuum of the player being sent off, however, the end justifies the means as it isn't how well a team plays that justifies a match but who won and add 3 points to their campaign matters alot, kudos to Liverpool fc they also played a nice football at Anfield and they sealed the win with a score of 2:0 by Mohammad Salah who scored a brace for the Reds

Well, even without the red card, I doubt Everton would have beat Liverpool, or even score any goal, I did not get the chance of watching the match, so I can't really tell how good or bad the both teams played, but what I did expected was that Liverpool will win the game, regardless of how good Everton prepaid and played in the match.

A big congratulations to the Liverpool club, they indeed have made their fans proud once again, and hope fully, they will keep the winning momentum going like this the very end of the season.

I don't think that Everton really played well, but all they were doing was defense, and I really credit them for that, but apart from that, I don't see anything special that I need to hail Everton for today's performances. Liverpool was the team that dominated the pitch both in the first half and second half, and it was because of pressure that Liverpool was given  Everton, which led to the two yellow cards Everton player received and resulted to red card and been sent off the pitch. But I think if it was not because one Everton player got a red card, I believe it will not be seriously easy for Liverpool to win the game or the game would have ended up in a draw, or it may just be one goal by Liverpool.

Speaking of Manchester city and Brighton game, i highly doubt Brighton will have any chance to score any goal in this match, Manchester city on the other hand have already scored two goals in this first half, which puts them in a very good position to win the match if Brighton isn't able to equalize before the first half is over.

I would congratulate Manchester city in advance though, for I don't see how Brighton will be able to equalize two goals before the first half is over, except they really play in an extra ordinary way.

Speaking of Arsenal and Chelsea, I would say that a lot of corners mean nothing, what matters and what i believe we all are really interested is the team that emerges as the winner in the end of the match, this is all that matters .
