Being out of the relegation zone and then thrown back down there due to points deduction from sanction is one act that could damage the entire team’s morale, Everton who’ve been struggling to get 3 points in recent matches were struck with points deduction and this has demoralized the team as you can see in the team’s play against Manchester United yesterday, they played good football but were poor in decision making in their final third.

 The match yesterday saw Everton struggled in possession and to even get a goal, this is one problem the head coach needs to sit and take necessary and immediate actions because with this type of form, I fear for them that they’ll be relegated, I think there’s still a little more time to get this Everton back on track and out the relegation zone.

The conditions experienced by Everton so far are almost the same as those experienced by juventus last season and for everton they still have many opportunities to improve their quality to be better. However, when the punishment comes suddenly and it is very surprising, it is quite appropriate that the players mentality experiences problems and that is very unfortunate.  It's safe to say Man UTD are slowly getting to their winning ways but I wouldn't rush into conclusions because they've not really met stronger teams and gotten a win out of them like they did to Everton.

It will be a tough task for Fulham today, but they will have home advantage and will hope that the Craven Cottage faithful can push them to a much-needed win. I want to give my shout outs to Andrea Onana, Luke Shaw, Victor Lindelof and Harry Maguire who all contributed to the solid defensive performance last night. They all helped Onana moved his clean sheet to five last night. And whoever handled the game did well tactically.

Tottenham were a bit unlucky. They've had some good chances, but it's not to be. After Harry Kane's departure, they seem to be attacking faster. That's the impression I got. Tottenham is my favourite team to watch this year. Even if they don't win they give me a lot of pleasure with the positions they take and the way they play. I feel sorry for coach Ange, there is so much missing in the team that if they hadn't been unlucky they would have been champions this season, they don't have any European games and that was a big advantage. It won't be easy for them to win like at the start of the season. I tried to remind you how they robbed Liverpool of victory in the 7th Premier League match. Visiting the Ettihad stadium on 03 Dec 2023 in the 14th match, I couldn't analyze how Tottenham could get points because teams like Wolverhampton and Aston Villa were easily beaten by Manchester City, but Tottenham lost.

It will be very difficult to know when Tottenham is going to be stable because there main players are yet to recover from injury and there midfield is very weak, center back is the same that's why it was easy for Aston villa to penetrated them easily even when Lo Celso was the player that gave Tottenham a lead goal in the first half, it was quick for Aston Villa to revenge and lead with another goal. Tottenham Hotspur has really been exposed this season they started off hot and many would have thought they would be a contender for the English premier league title but with their recent matches they have not leaved up to the expectations.
Aston Villa on the other hand are a strong side and they showed it today after going down from an early goal they came back to be winning, I think Aston Villa would go home with all three points.

A disappointing result for Tottenham at home as they continue to suffer back-to-back defeats and have now started to drop points in addition to this Aston Villa win they have overtaken Spurs in the table at the moment.

Since several players have been injured they have started to falter and this being the first half of the season, it is still very difficult for Tottenham to remain consistent because in the absence of key players they start to lose their way while the coach with his makeshift players is unable to win well despite controlling the game all the time.
But obviously now Aston Villa are doing a great job at being behind now it's 1-2.
