To my surprise, the last seven games Liverpool - Chelsea ended in a draw. No club in the Premier League has reserved the guarantee to win any of their games and we have seen it multiple times this season that the top teams in the EPL had big issues winning against the underdog teams. For me personally that is what makes the league so attractive and superior to other leagues. Chelsea can’t be written off just like that, they seem to be inconsistent with their performance but we have seen what they are capable of doing when they are faced with a stronger opponent. The rivalry is still very much on and i believe it won’t be an easy game for Liverpool. Chelsea might be losing against smaller teams but they know their way around when playing against bigger opponents.

Liverpool are definitely the favorites to win the match but it is still unpredictable and Liverpool should not underestimate them in any way if they don’t want to reduce the gap between them and 2nd placed team. It will be an interesting match and a match not to miss because when they face each other in the first leg Chelsea was the better side but Liverpool was still struggling to find their rhythm.

Liverpool have a bigger advantage in this match because they will be playing at home, after all Chelsea are still said to be less stable while Liverpool are in good condition even though they are being tested by the news of the departure of their coach Jurgen Kloop and there is also no Moh Salah in the team. My assumption is the same as yours, Jurgen Klopp will work professionally even though he has made a decision that shocked the Anfield public. The opportunity for him to present trophies for Liverpool including a treble is still very big because Liverpool are still active in several competitions and have the opportunity to win trophies based on their current performance assessment.
