Totally depends on the line up. The point I was trying to make is that while Liverpool remains a formidable team, their level of strength is not on par with when Salah was a part of the team. So, it's time for chelsea to take three points from liverpool and it's gonna help manchester city a lot. I would like to see what kind of lineup will be using by chelsea soon. Liverpool is not likely playing fully offensive against chelsea caused by the direct counter attack from chelsea will be also disturbing the performance from liverpool. Chelsea is now able creating fast counter attack and klopp may tell his players to play passively in this game.

IMO, choosing for both teams to score is quite a risky option considering that it is based on H2H meetings between these two teams. in the last 3 meetings, Nottingham Forest was only able to score a goal in the last match with a score of 2-1. however, because currently Arsenal concede quite often, especially in the early minutes of the match, it might be a good option for you with odds @1.90. unfortunately, I doubt it a bit. except, if Arsenal's defense is underperforming. or, Forest is able to score quickly in the early minutes of the match. even so, there is nothing wrong with your chosen option. btw, I just found out that currently Nuno Santo is managing Nottingham Forest after leaving Al Ittihad. I don't think Luton can score any goals because of their poor performance, and Brighton has been performing well; it's just that they're not maintaining their consistency well; if they hadn't been in seventh place, they could have moved up. We can't compare Luton to Brighton, instead we can compare them to Everton, who are also a weak team. Yes, City is now fully prepared, it won’t be easy to compete with such a team. But I don't know what lesson they should learn, Liverpool weren't very consistent last time and that's why they couldn't win, so far they've been fine. Yeah I agree with you but don't be surprised if Liverpool finish 4th before the end of the season because I believe they're going to have this crazy upset and that alone will make them drop points. I don't see Klopp winning any trophy this season.
The Manchester City you talked about is really trying to put things together and if Pep eventually leave the side I don't see them dominating the EPL. KDB who was absent worried the play of the squad and Haaland was not even in the mix so I think teams that would dominate the EPL from next season will be Man City, Arsenal, Aston Villa, maybe Chelsea (depending on where they finish this season) and I might add Bournemouth (they're cooking something big for next season), is not going to be only Manchester City, I don't even see Liverpool to be that strong next campaign.
