Arsenal is still finding it difficult to find the back of the net, due to the quality of Nottingham forest defense. Arsenal almost scored but the ball is always cleard out by one of the defenders. Nottingham Forest were able to calm the pressure on their defense by Arsenal. However, Arsenal took dominne of the game and won possession, but they need to create chances for them to be able to score their host. I believe that we will be able to see goals coming from both teams in the second half. The first half is over and none on the clubs were able to score.

Arsenal are in complete control of the game, but I want to point out how well Nottingham's defense is playing so far, with only one shot on target in the entire half. I hope that Arsenal's attack will play better in the second half, in recent matches they had matches when they could not score, the most important thing is not to let this happen, they have excellent strikers. And Nottingham's defense is not strong enough to keep their goal dry.

I wrote today that I expect Luton to play well, but I didn't expect them to be able to cause Brighton serious problems after only the third minute of the match... I don't know if Brighton can do anything after such a start, but I hope for a goal from them...

Looking at the score, Luton Town is now 3-0 ahead of Brighton. It's surprising and I don't think it's a result that could have been predicted before the game started. Of course, this is only the first half and there is still a possibility that Brighton can recover in the second half. The problem is, a 3 goal deficit from your opponent is always difficult to overcome if your opponent also plays well and is able to create lots of goal chance.

Regarding other matches, Arsenal have not been able to score a goal against Nottingham. Arsenal dominated this match but had difficulty scoring goals. Nottingham's defense was really good although I don't think it will ever be the same throughout the game, but I think the goals will come soon. Arsenal must win and Arteta needs to adjust his strategy against a team that is completely playing a defensive strategy.

Indeed Luton took Brighton by surprise because they did not see it coming, imagine within 3 minutes of the starting of the match Luton manages to score 2 goals against Brighton, however the two goals Luton scored was actually what weakens the performance of Brighton because the plan Brighton has on this match was quickly intercepted by the goals Luton scored them on the three minutes of the match, so perhaps after the goal Brighton began to reduce performance because they feel that they had already lose the match so Luton decided to utilize the opportunity again and score them 3-0, so if Brighton come back there second half without any improvement Luton may likely score them more goals.

The reason why I said so is because immediately the first half ended you can see how Arteta ran straight to the dressing room to wait for his players, so that he can talk senses into their head.

Edit: Gabriel Jesus has finally break through the defense of Nottingham forest as he sneak into their defense to receive a throwing ball. A good reward for all that wonderful possessions in this match. He scored with a clean finish on the 65th minutes when the the host goal keeper was thinking that he will cross out the ball.

Luton had a great first half. They finished the first half leading 3-0. Brighton were almost absent from the match. The players couldn't even shoot accurately. Luton will most likely win this match and this win could take them away from the relegation zone. Unless Brighton pull off a miracle in the second half, Luton are playing a great game. I guess no one expected this result.

I tip Arsenal to get over 3 goals in this match and that’s my prediction, however it didn't work out as a thought cause they only managed to score a goal. The good thing is that they got the 3 points.

Losing 2 goals in the first 2 minutes made Brighton's spirit falter and honestly they seemed to be down in this match when they were 2 goals behind very quickly.
TBH i didn't expect this from them because after all, even though their performance this season is not as good as before but I expected more from them in this match but the results were quite disappointing.
Currently the score is 3-0 to Luton advantage and i think its over for Brighton in this match because seeing from the game they are doing now, it looks like they don't have good motivation to continue the match and Luton is playing without burden now.
This is really bad and I'm not too happy about it.

I have no idea what is going on in the Premier League today, but this is quite exceptional. Aston Villa being two goals down in a spectacular way and Luton is destroying Brighton. This is probably two records at the same time or something. The highest win at home for Luton Town I guess and who knows where this game is heading, but it is certainly one of the most devastating defeats that Brighton had to swallow. If I had placed any bets this round, I would be totally lost by now. Even if it is still Newcastle, I didn't think they would take Aston Villa by storm in the first half.

I wasn't expecting to see a horrible Aston Villa tonight.    I know their previous match against each other ended up with a huge Newcastle win. But Newcastle have been really weak recently. They lost their last 4 league matches. While they were in a vulnerable condition I thought Aston Villa would have revenge on them.

It is 2-0 for now while the second half has just started. Aston Villa really need to be more active in offense line. Ollie Watkins should also quench his thirst today by scoring a goal.

Yes. Arsenal pocketed 3 points with a score of 1-2. This was a perfect result for Arsenal after Jesus and Saka each scored one goal. Even though Jesus was the best player in this match, Saka was the sweetener, so Awoniyi's goal in the 89th minute did not reduce the number of points obtained.

Great performance by Arsenal tonight after a disappointing first half that saw them playing with fatigue. With this three away points, Arsenal are a step closer to the Manchester City and Liverpool who are the major contenders for the title this season. Newcastle's attack performance was quite impressive this time. However, Aston Villa is currently on fire and they are also competing with the top clubs in the EPL. But this time, they really made mistakes and their performance couldn't be that optimal. Newcastle is ahead of Aston Villa so far even though one of the goals was due to a mistake from Moreno which really benefited Newcastle of course.

However, Newcastle still has to be alert because time is still quite long and it is still running out. Currently, Aston Villa has managed to score a goal in the 71st minute with a kick from Watkins. So in any case, this is a warning for Newcastle to continue to be optimal in maintaining a goal gap until the final match.
