Chelsea needs to stop buying players because other trans are going for them and target players who can fulfill the loopholes in the team. Arsenal bought Jorginho because they needed someone to calm down the pressure at their central midfield when the tension is very high and also deliver accurate and intelligent passes when possible. Their last 5 games is even at equilibrium with 2 win, 1 draw and 2 loss and they consistently stay between number 10th and 11th place in the table.
