Yup, this is the last time this season when any of the top 3 teams will play with each other, so that match has a lot of weight.
But you're kind of assuming that all 3 teams will win all the remaining games, but I don't think that's very likely to happen. i.e. all 3 will be playing both Aston Villa and Tottenham (4th and 5th in the league) who are also quite tough opponents.

Bukayo Saka has withdrawn from the England squad for friendlies against Brazil and Belgium because of injury.

The Arsenal winger, 22, has not been able to take part in training since reporting for international duty.
The Football Association said Saka had reported to St George's Park earlier in the week with an injury.

Saka has returned to Arsenal, who play at title rivals Manchester City on 31 March, for "continued rehabilitation", according to an FA statement.

Arsenal are not bad but I'm not sure of what these outcome is going to be like. But what if Arsenal win Chelsea and then draw Manchester City, that will start to look like beginning of success to Arsenal because not winning the Premier League is my biggest fear right now as I'm already having some doubts about there success in the Champions League. I think it's easy for Arsenal to play just a match here in the Premier League and draw than for them to do that in the Champions League, no way Real Madrid or Manchester will show them mercy.

In as much as guardiola is testifying to the fact that Arsenal will be a tough team for them, I still believe that Manchester city will not be at all lax about the fact that they can still win Arsenal especially in their home as the record has always been except Arsenal comes up with a different strategy that will put away Manchester city's form or probably be able to out play Manchester city which I'm not seeing to be possible in that game because Manchester city will be very much prepared especially with the fact that they have so much at stake with this game.

If the match gets to end in a draw or Manchester city losses, I think it will be the first or one of the very few times Manchester city had lost to Arsenal at home or even draw to Arsenal at home aswell but I'm expecting to see that Arsenal losses this game and Manchester city gets a chance to hope for the top of the table and possibly defend the trophy as they are the current defending champions already.

I don’t think Manchester City vs. Arsenal will end in a draw, I am expecting a win from one of the clubs, but it’s just really difficult to predict which club will be winning the match. The two clubs really want to win the match, and if Arsenal can win the match, they will be able to maintain their first position, which they will try their possible best to maintain. With a draw or a loss from Arsenal, they are going to be dropping from their first position because Liverpool's next match will be against Brighton, and I am sure they will be able to win the match. If Manchester City can win their next match and Liverpool wins also, Manchester city will be in second place, and Arsenal will be dropping to third place.
Currently, the two clubs really need the match. If Arsenal can win the match, they will be motivated, and they will try to win any club that comes their way. But let’s just wait and see how the two clubs are going to play in the match.
