Chelsea in my own perspective is a club that's got the needed quality of players to put up a strong fight for as many trophies as possible but because of the inconsistency of the team, they've not been able do that. When they faced Tottenham Hotspur in their first league fixture of the season, the North London club finished the game with 9 men which made many believe it was the reason Mauricio Pochentino's men were able to leave Tottenham Hotspur home ground with a win but in that game yesterday, the both team finish with complete 11 players but it still didn't stop Chelsea to win the game without conceding a goal. If Mauricio Pochentino can do well to make the team remain consistent with the kind of performance we saw last night, Chelsea might just be considered a strong English Premier League club once again

Chelsea were able to complete the double against Spurs yesterday and that win took them to 8th position and keeping alive their hopes of an Europa League qualification. Well the performance of the boys yesterday was really impressive and deserves every round of applauds. They were able to make a statement that the red cards of Tottenham in the first leg weren’t the reasons why they defeated Tottenham but rather with a complete team they were still able to defeat Tottenham. This Chelsea team is really fierce and you can see how young the players are, I mean the oldest yesterday was 21 which means the squad was really young.
 
This Chelsea side can achieve a lot if they make sure they avoid injury and also maintain this tempo, they might probably be finishing in 6th place of they’re able to win their remaining 4 matches. As for the Tottenham side, they weren’t bad but I think the teak still needs to gel more and I also think injury had its tow on them.

 The loss of the defender and also Madisson has really affected them and I wish they will be able to still stick around and get ready for mext season. For Chelsea, I stil need they need to sign one or two players in the defense and striking position and have a feat squad them they’ll real be a team to be on the look out for.

I think I agree with you because Chelsea football club has been through a lot of ups and downs lately as a result of poor performance and poor management and all through the beginning of the season they started so badly but as the season is ending there has been a lot of improvement in the team this means that the players are understanding themselves very well and the motivation that left the club for a long time is coming going with their recent performance so going with this, I think the current coach needs to be given a second chance to prove himself and his ability to lead the team but from next season if the team is not doing well they shouldn't hesitate to sack him and bring in a replacement for the team.The players are doing well lately but next season will tell the players will get better or worse but right now i don't think Chelsea boss is willing to have the patience that Arteta was given since the two teams are owned by different people.

The ups and downs in performance experienced by Chelsea have been very significant in the last two seasons, where changes in club ownership are the main factor in why Chelsea has turned into an average club today. But if you compare last season, the Blues are currently a little better, if last season they finished in 12th place in the standings, this season Chelsea has the potential to finish in 6th or 7th place. If your gut feeling says that Arsenal will lose against Bournemouth, I think I doubt it because looking at Bournemouth's current performance, they are not consistent and the previous 2 wins that Bournemouth got for me were just luck.
In my opinion, it is unlikely that Arsenal will lose but it will most likely end in a draw and if that happens it looks like the competition for the Premier League title will end if the upcoming Manchester City match is successful in getting 3 points. Arteta will definitely have to admit that he will fail again.
Even though the match is difficult to predict, looking at my gut feeling, I am sure that Manchester City will still be the Premier League title holder this season.

What you said about their inconsistency is true, but I'm not sure if the squad is enough to win the cup. When I think about the other teams running for the cup, Chelsea is a little weaker as a squad. It's not just their technical play and incompetence, but also their squad is not perfect. If Chelsea had achieved this form earlier, they would have been one of the teams that could have entered the league. They beat Tottheham in incredible form and destroyed them without even conceding a goal.

Everton start the games for this weekend against Luton who are fighting to make sure that they do not get relegated. Everton were able to score the first goal from a penalty that was given after a very clumsy defensive technique from Luton Defender, but Luton from a very good center forward play did not let Everton go to halftime with their one goal advantage. Luton need to win this game, a draw is not enough.
