I believe it is early to think that Liverpool will struggle to challenge other Premier League clubs. I would not be surprised if Liverpool wins the Premier League title next season because they are among the clubs with the best players in the league. I believe that the Premier League is not an easy job because it is the top league, and it seems difficult for some coaches to manage in their debut season.

I agree with you, those three teams will still going to be among the top of the season next premier league competition to embrace the title, because they are still in good form to display to make their fans happy through out the season. If you watch the match of Leicester City and Southampton last season, you will no that relegation zone is not going to be far from them next season, because their managements are not ready to sign in new potential players to boost the team next season. Champions league competition, I think Chelsea and Manchester united will going to try to be among the top in that competition but it will be difficult for them to win the title, because Real Madrid will not allow such thing to happen next season base on some kind players they are using next season.

My prediction is that in the English Premier League, Manchester City and Arsenal are going to dominate. I am not sure about how the performance is going to be from Liverpool because I have to wait and see what kind of performance Arne Slot's squad are able to bring in as he joined newly with Reds. I would personally like to see a better performance from Tottenham in the next season. I personally have not been satisfied with the result that they have been able to at the end of the season, especially with how well they had started the season. Aston Villa have surprised everyone. If Arne Slot is planning on adapting to the same style of Klopp then I don't see anything new and there's no way we're going to see a difference Liverpool. Using Klopp's methods isn't the way to upgrade the team, the midfield need someone to assist Alexander Arnold to make some creative passes to come from all angles, I think that's what Klopp was missing and also to not always make Salah the target man because the man Mo Salah doesn't have those abilities of doing things he normally does when he was playing alone side Mane, things about Salah have changed so he needs a replacement for him.
If he wants to challenge the Gunners and the Citizens he should start up his own project which I believe the fans can have that patience or use more of his tactics and a little of Klopp's own to make a balance because if he uses the former manager's style it only shows he doesn't know what he is doing Arne Slot need to reshuffle the team to get a much stronger Liverpool than that of last season.

Current Manchester City manager Guardiola basically likes to take on challenges. When he left Bayern Munich to take charge of Manchester City, it was a challenge for him to achieve success for Manchester City and he has been able to complete that challenge without proving himself a failure. He turned Feyenoord as a machine that took down the Eredivisie which we all know but never forget that Manchester United also hired the former coach of Ajax (ETH) and the EPL humbled him, I know both clubs Liverpool and Manchester United are different but never forget that this is the EPL, one of the strongest and best league in Europe.
Arne Slot might have excel in the Eredivisie but it won't be the same here in the Premier League, we can be seeing positivity in his moves for Liverpool but when the battle begins his plans might not work the way he wanted it, so I don't feel you should use what he did at Feyenoord to rate his performance in the EPL. The pressure is on the coach not to make any mistake because all these new coaches all eyes are on them so they're going to be careful before fully get into the game on how things are being done in the EPL.
