This is one of the news I've been longing to, hear, read and lastly see. I don't think everyone has such hopes, because so far I have only heard statements from those who want Manchester United to fire Erik ten Hag. At least, this is the first time I've had anyone say that, because it seems like Arteta and Erik ten Hag have different loyalties to theteam. Because as far as I know, that Arteta has a high love for Arsenal, so Arteta is still doing well to improve the quality and performance of Arsenal. But about Erik ten Hag, at least I feel that Erik ten Hag only does his job as a manager but does not have a high love for the team. Therefore, it will probably have a difference in results between Arteta and Erik ten Hag, even though Erik ten Hag still gets the chance for one more season,  but I'm not entirely sure Erik ten Hag will succeed like Arteta.

Why does Arsenal have love for Arsenal? because he has an emotional bond with this club because he previously played at Arsenal, so that love will grow naturally through that emotional bond. However Erik Ten Hag I don't know if there was any previous ties with Manchester United? What I remember is that this is the first time he has worked with Manchester United. However, he still has to be professional in his work, even though he doesn't have anything to say beforehand, he also has to have a feeling of love as a form of professionalism while working.

I don't know what he's thinking and I can't say whether he feels that way or not, because it comes from within and only he knows the truth. Apart from very little patience, Chelsea management made a big mistake when appointing Pochettino as Tuchel replacement, they should have seen the situation that occurred at that time from a positive angle. Pochettino is not an accomplished coach, he was often fired due to his inability to handle the club according to management's expectations. When clubs often change coaches, the players have to adapt again to the tactics and strategies used by the new coach. I think you get it wrong. Pochettino wasn't the direct replacement of Tuchel. Chelsea had already appointed two different managerial coaches "Potter and Lampard'' before they appointed Pochettino as the new head coach of Chelsea.

Apart from having little patience, the Chelsea management is very judgemental in making decisions about coaches. I said this because I don't understand why Tuchel was sacked in the first instance when the PL matches haven't gone half with matches played. It's very unfair how Tuchel was sacked by the new owners of Chelsea without giving Tuchel enough time to continue heading to Chelsea.

Enzo Maresca who has just received the trust of Chelsea management, must be able to make Chelsea appear consistent. Management has high hopes for him because he is amazed by the achievements he has just made with Leicester City. His first season in charge of Chelsea may not go as desired because the level of competition in the EPL is very competitive. Management must be patient with Enzo's work because the success or failure of a coach is seen when he enters his second season managing the club.

Forget about Enzo having the trust of Chelsea management. If he didn't get the Chelsea team to the PL top table, he would be sacked like others. I just hope he makes Chelsea to be formidable the way it was during Tuchel's time as head coach of Chelsea.
