I don't really doubt them, but sometimes I think that the relationship between players and coaches also has an influence. I don't know exactly what wouldn't work internally, but the board is not on the pitch playing, the board can be very bad, but the players and the coach can make the Difference on the pitch. The case of Chelsea is one that intrigues me because of what is happening, because Chelsea has players and has had very good players, it is almost the same thing that happens in the MU, and if you look closely, the quality of each of the players is very high. Yes you are right that relationship between players and coaches is very important for team success. People in charge like board and management are important too but it is players and coaches who actually play games and decide who wins or loses. Chelsea is good example of this. They have a lot of talented players but they have not been doing well. I also think great coach like Ancelotti Guardiola or Mourinho could make big difference for Chelsea and Manchester United. It is interesting to think about how these teams would do with different coaches. I hope they can improve and compete at high level. Way players coaches and management work together is complicated but it ia clear that everything needs to come together for team to be its best.

It's okay if Manchester United fails in other domestic competitions. But make sure Manchester United is successful in the Premier League. Instead of thinking of hiring a new manager every season, Manchester United or Chelsea should think of hiring a quality manager. Pep Guardiola or Ancelotti are in charge of two different clubs at the moment so these two managers cannot take charge of another club even if they want to.
I will mention Zinedine Zidane in this case because he is also a manager with considerable experience.

I'd say Pep and Ancelotti may have failed at Chelsea. But, it's a bit different at United. Im concerning about the club policy, and in chelsea, there is a very strict policy for the coach. This may be preventing even Pep or ancellotti to bring a success for chelsea. Meanwhile, manchester united has less less strict policy than chelsea.

The club policy in chelsea made club signed various coaches to handle their squad. And, for the last, neither of pep or ancellotti will ever think to join in united or chelsea.

The Premier League is a competitive competition, and while Chelsea management should be able to build a team slowly without spending a lot of money and wanting quick results, that will never happen.

Yes, even if it's Ancelotti and Pep Guardiola who coach Chelsea or MU, I think if Tod is the one who organizes the spending of players it's the same, it will be tiring and have to work even crazier. As far as I'm concerned, Pochettino is actually a very good coach, from the start of their decline to being able to move up again because they find their rhythm very well in one season, management should be able to keep him one more season, maybe Pochettino can compete with the top three positions in the standings, look at the end of the league yesterday, Chelsea began to show itself slowly under Pochettino.

Absolutely right, these guys will never agree to work with the club if it cannot fulfill all their demands. This is the high league of coaches who value their reputation very much and they simply will not allow themselves to start coaching a team in such a state as Chelsea or Manchester United, or the management will have to almost completely update the squard, which implies huge expenses on transfers, which few will agree to. Money can decide a lot, but there will always be other criteria without which it will be impossible to become a champion.

I don't think it's possible to get this Chelsea squad into the top 3 in 1 season. Chelsea's situation was very shaky. Performance was unstable. However, Pochettino did his best to strengthen the squad and bring stability to the performance. We saw an improvement in Chelsea's performance towards the end of the season. However, Chelsea could not qualify for the Champions League or the Europa League. Chelsea management might not have sacked Pochettino if Chelsea had qualified for the Europa League.

Whether or not Chelsea's new Enco will be able to strengthen this team is uncertain. But I would say Chelsea management should let the coach work independently and not change the coach in atleast 2 seasons. Changing the coach so quickly has such a bad effect on the performance of the players.

Of course, that support will still be there for Erik Ten Hag, however it is very necessary if he still wants to continue competing in the EPL. It is not easy if you still rely on the same squad and the board must give Erik Ten Hag the freedom to recruit new players. If that stops, what's the point of them entrusting Erik ten Hag with a contract extension until 2026.

Regarding Rashford, I read that his relationship with Erik ten Hag was not very good last season so it is possible that he will be sold if he cannot adapt to his current style of play. If Manchester United is still interested in Osimhen, what will happen to Hojlund? Wouldn't it be a shame if this player had to be benched?
