I actually understands what he is trying to do here, he is just biding his time, by keeping people in the dark regarding his future, so that if he feels like staying, no wan will questions it , and if he also feel the need to change, it wouldn't be like a surprise to anyone, but in my own perspective, I really do think he might seek a new challenge elsewhere, if what he is expected from the hierarchy of Manchester isn't met.

It seems that Unai Emery is busy preparing Aston Villa for the upcoming Uefa Champions League and English Premier League as he has been very active in the transfer market. Even though a lot of new players will be joining Aston Villa but a few key players have also left the team through the transfer market and I wonder if Aston Villa are still able to keep up their excellent form last season. I guess the real big test for Aston Villa will be coming soon once they start their Uefa Champions League journey by playing against other top European football clubs and I hope they could at least progress to the round of 16.

The answer is yes, because Aston Villa have found an equal replacement and Unai Emery's observation is no doubt for the readiness of his squad for next season. Both the EPL and the champions league will remain high standards for him and Unai Emery does not want to lower his standards and wants more than what he achieved last season.

The problem of challenges will certainly always surround him and I think with everything he got in the summer it should not be a hindrance and instead make it easier for him to play every match in different competitions. Friendlies are a whole different ball game and I wonder why punters even take them serious because most teams have experimental tactics and new signings need to find their feet with a new team..which means it's difficult to predict an outcome for such games

Leicester City played a funny match for me, they played with a full squad but were unable to even get a draw. Before the match was held, Leicester got around @1.5 odds while Palermo got around @4.5 odds in 1X2 betting, imagine you choose Leicester City and find the result like that . But what caught my attention was Insigne, after I never saw him again in Serie A it turns out he is currently playing at Palermo, nice try for Leicester, maybe they weren't that serious about this match and just treated it as a practice match.

I just hate small odds because they are usually the culprits when you have an accumulator mixed with bigger odds, and such an odd would never be me especially when it involves football.

Btw didn't Leicester city sack their coach before coming to the EPL, thought it's a new manager in the driving seat hence the result.. correct  me if am wrong

Pep ending up with another contract with City could definitely change premier league forever. We are talking about someone who is getting enough titles to put City at record books already ,and that's right now, think about keeping him for lets say another 10 years?

He would put City name all over premier league and build such a gap that it would be very tough to keep them down even after he leaves, they will probably keep winning qite frequently even after him, because he would be basically building a legacy there that doesn't require much. But also, when you think about it, Sir Alex Ferguson turned United into a team that is incredible, and the moment he left team start to crumble, so if City is mismanaged then even after Pep they could be terrible too, we are really not sure. Because of this, they should keep him managing as long as they can.

At certain point money makes no sense, when you have made so much money in your life that it doesn't matter to your decisions, City can only hope to keep him as their coach for as long as he wants to, if he ever wants to leave then he is going to have trouble for longer time and that is going to be something that will take a while for sure.

Lol, there are no rumors about PSG because after all, the rumors that happened before were about offers from the England national team. But anyway, from Pep Guardiola's statement and also basically you also quoted the post, that Pep Guardiola prefers to stay longer at Manchester City. Both Pep and Kloop has done very well in the Premier League, their competition for the title was one of the reasons why the Premier League is still the toughest League in the world, but before Kloop left, Arteta joined the race to another top competator for Pep Guardiola which has kept their mandate of the Premier League till date.

I don't think Guardiola will be interested with any national team job, because he said that he cannot be able to sign players he want which means he will be only limited to the players in that country.

Pep Guardiola is just waiting for the outcome of the charges laid against Manchester City, if they didn't succeed I am very sure he will leave the team which can be a good reason why he is yet to renew his current contract. Nevertheless, I will want him to stay to keep given the EPL the competition it needs because if he leaves now, it can be less competitive unless if other managers do well to keep the competition.

Sometimes I don't know if Chelsea do have those who scout players or they just sit down and watch some old clips of players around the world then decide on which one to go for because Chelsea as of before it is the players who have the hunger to play for Chelsea not the other way round, see these players they have got even the new ones which I believe sooner than later they'll send them on loan to create space for the squad, these players don't have it in mind to play for Chelsea and they agree base on the money and nothing more, the club has lost it completely and not giving the coach his privilege to do his job is another sign of failure because is the manager Enzo Maresca that will make use of these players but he wakes up in morning and hears that the club have signed a 16-18 year old, that I know can happen under the manager's nose, it doesn't work that way for a club that wants to improve.

Not the owners, not those rich European clubs sniffing about, Guardiola's not going to allow anyone push him about. He has all of them dancing to his song. Also, you know what? Great for him. He's earned it. He is a great winner and the finest in the business.

Now, about this contract stuff. If Guardiola sees no winning team in front of him, he will not stay around. Thats the bottom line. He wants to rebuild, and he depends on the owners to support him absolutely. Should they not, he is outta-there.

Manchester City has successfully won the treble winner. I can say Pep has successfully made City one of the strongest teams in Europe. There are rumors that Pep is trying to find a new challenge in another club. But I think it's just a rumor. Pep has won everything with the citizens. But does it make sense if Pep wants to leave because he feels bored? If Pep is an ambitious coach I think Pep can still try to get other records with City. Building another squad from scratch will take a lot of time to adapt and also requires a lot of money to get the desired players.
