Emile Smith Rowe to Fulham is one news I got pissed about Arteta and the way he handles his players, letting this guy go could be another regret the Gunners are going to get just like when Arsène Wenger let Gnabry to join the Bayern side and we all saw the positivity he brought to the German side and it also continued with other players and I know the Gunners regretted letting those guys go too soon.
Fulham can be one of those teams to try to finish at a better position to give them an Europe competition opportunity and they are very close in getting the man Emile Smith Rowe. He has been a great player only that injury kept him behind the actions  in the EPL and he got back trying to get his position but Arteta should have kept him at least for one season, the squad Arsenal have is just enough to withstand any team only that an attacker is missing. With Emile Smith Rowe leaving the Gunners is it going to be a great miss and are the Gunners going to regret allowing him go? What do you make of this?
Both Gnabry and Rowe can't perform in Arsenal, that's why they need to sell the player rather than paying their salary for nothing.

Unlike Gnabry who joined Arsenal for 3 years, Rowe already in Arsenal since 2016, 8 years without any improvement, there's no time for Arsenal to wait him. Arsenal also have so many talented players, Rowe can't compete with them.

Move to Fulham is a good solution for both of them, hopefully Rowe can improve since Fulham is just a mediocre team.
ESR is one of the young players who in my opinion is the most brilliant and talented that Arsenal have had so far apart from Saka, but unfortunately he has developed in the Arteta era, who is currently starting to try to build a team by relying on young and senior players, so it is difficult for ESR to get a place in the Arsenal main squad, if he had played and developed in the Wenger era which prioritized young players, of course he would have been able to get a first place in the main squad, yes, currently leaving Arsenal is one of the right steps for him to take considering that his position as a midfielder is now filled with many senior players, apart from that, he also often plays as a left back, but now the arrival of Calafiori will also threaten his position as a substitute for zinchenko or Kiwior.
Arsenal and Fulham have found an agreement at a price of 36 million euros and with the additional funds available from the sale of ESR, Arsenal should immediately return to being active in the transfer market to bring in a pure striker which was their weakness last season.

Apart from ESR leaving Arsenal at this time, the latest news states that muhammed  ElNeny has also joined Al Jazira Club (UAE) after leaving Arsenal on a free transfer.

I agree with you on this. It’s surprising that Arsenal allow him join Fulham. I think it's about the precedent set by Arteta.
Since Arteta took charge, the progression path for young players has significantly reduced. Among the top clubs, Arsenal are the worst at managing young talents - sale, loan or game time. This is the difference between him and Arsene Wenger.

This is 2024, Everybody is soft- launching their promising youngsters at times of the earliest convenience with a path to the senior team.
Arteta clearly doesn't believe much in nurturing youngsters, I don't like it but that's his method. There's zero excuse for not playing these promising youngsters so any defense or rationalization is just funny.

Can we blame Arteta on this selling of young players who I feel can take the team to the next level, I can't seem to get why is always the young ones. The thing is they are going to find it hard to accept their mistakes when they see Smith Rowe doing much better than he did at Arsenal. Fulham can be a small team but they do allow players to showcase their skills and with time you'd see bigger clubs coming for these guys, I have that feeling that Smith Rowe is not going to be a waste to the Fulham side.
Arteta do have love for young players because if he doesn't players like Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and some other young stars won't be seen in the Arsenal squad till now, the problem with the Arsenal boss is that he doesn't know where to place Rowe and since that's the case he needs to let the player make way for someone fresh to take the spot, aside from that I don't see it that he doesn't have heart for young players.

Arsenal should forget about their hopes of lifting the trophy this new season if they don't bolster their frontline but rather depend on Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz because I don't see how doing the same thing over and over again will give you a different result.
I heard they've joined the race for Osimhen but I just hope it doesn't end there, but become serious and pen his signature else it will prove to be another disappointing season for them and fans. I think Arteta need to change the way he believes in a false 9 in his team if not it won't be a surprise to see them raise to get the league title but at the end of the season they will fail.
We think alike bro, I've thought about same things days ago and you're right cause if he's going into the upcoming season with Gabriel Jesus as the only top 9 then they could end up as runners up again or even finish in the third position, Gabriel Jesus is an injury proned player and since they're thinking of selling Eddie Nketiah, does that mean their only hope for that position in case where Jesus get injured is Kai Havertz? Arteta would be gambling with next season if he over looks that position, since Smith Rowie has accepted a deal with Fulham and could be leaving soon, they could use the money realized from his sale to get Ivan Toney or even Jonathan David. As for the defence position, he did a good job by landing Riccardo Calafiori who would help make that area remain solid. Talking about Victor Osimhen, Arsenal might have joined the race for him but I doubt if they'll be able to spend big like when they did and landed Declan Rice, Osimhen's release clause is something that could force Arsenal to back off from the deal, however it would be very surprising and fans would be very grateful to the board and Mikel Arteta, if they successfully pen a deal for Osimhen.

Its heart breaking to see ESR leave Arsenal. It is one of the transfer news that touched most of the Arsenal fans and his absence will be missed by the team. ESR is the best number 14 position Arsenal have had in quite a long time, his performances and appearances depleted when he suffered a severe knee injury that took him out for two seasons. On his recovery and return to the team, he wasn't given enough playing time. However, i know why Fulham had to go for him because they need someone like him to do wonders in their team.

What you should understand about Arteta is that he is trying to have more options for his defenders so that he would limit conceding goals. This means he needs more defenders than midfielders or strikers.

Leaving Arsenal is the best thing for him, because he wasn't going to ever see the first team shirt at Arsenal again. At the place where he plays,Martin Odegard which is Arsenal's captain is currently occupying that position and we all know that Odegard is one man we cant bench in the Arsenal squad. And even if he is sent to go and play on the wing,we have Martinelli and Trosard currently occupying that position, and Smith Rowe cannot bench them,so it's best that he leaves and go to a club where he will see regular match, and I'm quite sure he will do well at Fulham.

So far it looks like Arsenal have just brought in Riccardo Calafiori, because David Raya only made a permanent transfer which was previously only a loan player. Thus, then I also agree that at least Arsenal still need a great forward player, because bringing in a better forward player will make Arsenal's attack line stronger despite the rotation of players.

Indeed, at least there is also Eddie Nketiah but still, I think it is still not optimal, moreover Arsenal really want to get the Premier League trophy. Thus, then of course Arsenal must have to bring in forward players like you said too. Because if Arteta still relies on attacking lines like last season, it might make it difficult to maintain consistent performance throughout the season.
Arsenal are doing their best for fixing problems which they faced in last two years they are also in talk with Napoli about any possible move of Victor Osimhen even media reports are clearly saying they are not going over €100 million as Napoli already rejected few offers near this rang, so things are not favourable for them to have this star striker, but their search is on for their main striker because Smith Rowe is already offloaded, and he is going to have his place in another London club Fulham.

Arteta know how to fix things because now it's crucial time for him and his club after ending two time on second spot even both time they were doing impressive job but near the end they have problems which give them shock, and they fail to keep things on top next season is going to be more challenging because many clubs are preparing themselves for having better results.

Pep Guardiola's contract will expire at the end of next season 2024/25 will Pep stay at Manchester City again? he has served as manager of The Citizen for 8 years and if his contract ends it will be 9 years the same as Jurgen Kloop when he coached Liverpool but this coach has left at the end of this season.
The England national team is interested in appointing him as coach to replace Gareth Southgate but there is no certainty about this but it could be that Pep Guardiola is considering it and wants a new challenge to be able to achieve targets that he has never felt as a coach.

A few days ago Pep Guardiola stated that he was closer to leaving than staying is this a code that Pep Guardiola will not extend his contract and will leave Man City next season?

Source : Pep Guardiola

At this point, no one knows whether Guardiola will leave the club at the end of next season after his contract expires, or if he will extend it for another season. Guardiola has been Manchester City's manager for many years and faced many challenges during the years. Guardiola likes to take on new challenges, he has managed a great team in a different tough league and won the championship, so I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves Manchester City at the end of next season to start another challenge as a manager. I was surprised to hear that the England national team is interested in hiring Guardiola if he does not renew his contract with Manchester City. I doubt Guardiola would refuse to be the manager of the England national team because he is Spanish; how could he be against his country? I'm not sure that will happen, but we'll see how things go at the end of next season.

I wonder if this is the plane of Arne plans sticking more with academy players rather than getting new signing and using both.

Liverpool is the only Premier League team that is yet to sign a single player since the end of last season, Arne has rely on academy players while leaving his players on the bench. I'm not sure if Liverpool is experiencing financial difficulties, that's why they never sign new players and the manager doesn't want any of their best players to sustain an injury before the Premier League game.

They have nothing to regret about, besides he is one of their academy grown players. If you ask me, I'll say that they made good profits from his sale. I'm not just cool with the idea of selling to another London rivals. Y'all know what it is like to be in a London derby, yes?!

They Arsenal have plans to bring in a better replacement for Smith Rowe. Asides Smith Rowe, they should make sure they wrap up a deal for Eddie Nketiah ahead of a new season. These are names that should have left weeks ago, I don't know what's with the delay with these transfers.
I will not even liken this transfer to that of Sergio Gnabry. Mikel Moreno from Real Sociedad would be joining gunner's soon. He is a perfect upgrade in my own opinion. Smith Rowe is Injury prone and you cannot rely on such players if you want to win the Premier League Competition.

I agree with you but you see when Arsenal do sell some of these young guys they go out and become something bigger than when they were with the club which is bad, to me the profit should not be the problem but what will happen in the future concerning the player. Honestly the Nketiah transfer should be the first thing Arteta should have covered before the signing of the new defender and selling of Rowe, I don't even see anything positive Nketiah is bringing to the team, he isn't consistent and since Kai Havertz took over the attacking department his (Nketiah) form dropped, that's if he has got one.
You know getting more midfielders doesn't solve anything for the Gunners, the Gunners have Vieira on the team Jorginho, Rice, Thomas Partey and even Martin Ødegaard but Arteta is still struggling to get more midfielders, it won't help them go forward unless they get someone to cover that number 9 position I don't see Arsenal doing well in front of goal and they shouldn't rely on Kai Havertz.

Arteta know how to fix things because now it's crucial time for him and his club after ending two time on second spot even both time they were doing impressive job but near the end they have problems which give them shock, and they fail to keep things on top next season is going to be more challenging because many clubs are preparing themselves for having better results.
It’s been two major disappointment for him thus far, how he often starts good and ends not badly but, not as he would have expected. Don’t know if that’s terrible but, he ought to fix his mistakes this time. EPL fans will be thrilled to have Arsenal lift the trophy. They’ve done good since the last two seasons and Arteta is by far one that we could largely agree can fix things.
He’s been busy in the transfer market however, looking for a means to have club depth and options on the defense. We would see how that holds up.

When they are in good shape, there is no need to sign any new players. But their plan is the month of August which is tagged  as "busy August" for the club. And they don't want to rush things like others. They are aiming to sign in players that are not too old and it is be 24 and below. That is they need young players like Victor Osimhen. Slot knows what he is doing. let wait and see. Slot has been with the players so he knows them more.

Maybe Chelsea don’t really know what their problem is, because I am just kind of surprised that adding a goalkeeper is the only thing they could even think about. Goalkeeper isn’t even part of the problem Chelsea is having currently. I don’t know what Chelsea will be doing with so many goalkeepers that they are having, their defense is just kind of poor in all their pre season matches, they are not talking about how they will improve their defense or other positions. I am not just impressed with Chelsea's performance in all the pre season matches, and I have the feeling that their performance won't change even when the season starts.

After all, Kepa Arrizabalaga has also returned from loan and thus, the Chelsea defense or goalkeeper next season should be fine. But indeed, about the transfers made by Chelsea at least there is still no guarantee that it will be able to provide good results for Chelsea next season. But maybe,  because Chelsea has a wealthy owner and makes Chelsea's finances also remain good despite buying players, thus they are likely to continue to make player transactions.

But with this, then of course Chelsea fans also really expect good results for Chelsea next season. But, because Chelsea had poor results in these pre-season matches, it is likely that Chelsea fans will also doubt Enzo Maresca.  Although indeed, pre-season matches do not guarantee the same results for next season later, but at least Enzo Maresca is able to make Chelsea get good  results at this moment, at least to look good and promising before entering the new season.

Quote
Enzo Maresca says his players were "confusing things" on and off the ball; issues away from play around Enzo Fernandez, Trevoh Chalobah and the academy have also made headlines during summer of change
Source: Skysports

Enzo Maresca is obviously not going to try to find success with the squad that another coach made. He is obviously going to try to find success with his own squad that he is going to make. I really hope that Chelsea does not have any problems with the finances. Because otherwise these transfers are going to look really dumb for Chelsea.

I also want that this time, even if the Chelsea squad is unable to perform really well, the alternative is going to give time to the new manager. I was actually a little surprised and disappointed when I saw that they are changing the coach after Chelsea had very good performance towards the end of the last season. Maybe now the Chelsea authority will be a little patient.
This was the first mistake Chelsea made in preparation for next season by selling a coach who has finally started winning matches with his squad that he was trying to build to standard. It was a wrong move for Chelsea because Enzo will start all over again to start teaching them his own football pattern and that might affect the team performance for long.

I hope that Chelsea will not regret what they did if  they did not finish on top four next season but finished in a worst position behind 6th position. I am not underestimating Enzo but a lot of work needs to be done and not by bringing in many young players into the club.

We don’t really need to blame anybody here because ideally nobody needs to be blamed, there is no denying the fact that Emil smith Rowe is a talent but if you ask me I would say he can’t start in this current Arsenal team. The players favourite position is the number 10 role which is the same role occupied by the club captain Odegaard, so breaking in will be a bit more difficult at the moment, he could also be deployed as a winger and the two wings seems occupied by the likes of Saka, Martinelli and Trossard, so he is down the picking other there again. Although ideally for Stronger squad players like this needs to be in the team, but he doesn’t even get chance by Arteta to break into the team, so this loan move is the best option for him, it means more game time and he might even get the opportunity to come back to Arsenal again. My only concern is how the deal was done by Arsenal, I hope clauses like buy back and or sell on clause are added.

There is no one to be blamed for this move, it’s a correct move for both the team and the player because the current Arsenal squad situation is not to built stars but to win titles, they can built stars which we have seen in the past but have less trophies. Arsenal management wants to to raise money to sign a great striker, and selling these young players that are not given chance will be a very good one which has helped the team to raise some money to sign a striker.
Smith Rowe is a great young star with full potential , but he is just like Jack Wilshare in terms of injury, he cannot be guaranteed on to play at least ten matches straight without picking up an injury.

The main aim of Arteta is to make Arsenal a team of young players which is why I don’t like people saying that he is not given the young player’s opportunity. Selling of these young academy promise talented players is part of the aim of a good team because the players also wants to be playing consistently and there is no space for everyone unless if the players wants a team that will
Give them more playing time.

In short, Guardiola will simply wait and see how the League v City case ends and leave himself some room for choice.
If the League loses and City get away with it again (with the possibility of further financial fraud) then of course Guardiola will stay. If the League wins, Guardiola will leave, and I don't think England is a risk he'll take. He's used to much sweeter terms and guaranteed titles.

The Gunners have got the money to splash on Osimhen and if that's the only signing they make during this transfer window, I think they will be fine because they've got the other areas fully accounted for but rather Arteta is preferring to use Kai Havertz for the attacking role and even though the German is adapting, he still can't be trusted.
It's high time Arsenal remove this "let's make do with what we have" mentality and think like winners like Aston Villa are already doing because in order for you to go into a battle, you need to be prepared for it so you don't go there relying on them to make a mistake you can counter on.
If they don't clinch the title this season, Arteta should be questioned, really.

When the club is faced with sanctions, I am sure it will have a little effect on reputation and maybe as you say that Pep Guardiola will consider leaving.
Taking risks in the England national team is also good because he has reached all levels in several clubs he has handled.
So thinking about the national team level can also achieve what he has not gotten and maybe all possibilities can happen to the future.

Man City is at the peak of glory especially in the English League and they are enjoying the results.
Bad moments that occur when Pep Guardiola leaves and maybe the cause is like the problems faced by them.

You're right. The club will not be able to function properly without Pep that's why the management are willing to up his salary if that can lure him to sign more years at the club. He's the most decorated coach who knows how to break into any opponents with not just his team's pattern of play alone but also the use of mind games as well but presently, they aren't doing so well at the pre season friendlies. Out of three games, they haven't won any and it's looking like they aren't attaching much importance to the game which is quite surprising being how competitive they can be.
Pep Guardiola complained that most of his boys haven't returned from the Euros that finished some two, three weeks back but we know how Man City are built that even their second and third eleven can handle most teams' first eleven comfortably but from what we've seen in the past three games, they are struggling. Is this another mind game from Pep Guardiola to make his opponents feel they are weak and not ready for the League?

The EPL champions have been in several friendlies games and out of 3 games they have only gotten 1 draw and 2 loses but nobody is making a storm out of their poor form since they started playing their friendly games, no form of concern because we know "they're going to be at their very best when the league resume". Manchester City drew their game against Barcelona and I believe Pep isn't that worried that he has been on the poor side and his team are not even up to the task to stop their opponent, while some of his best players are on holidays due to the just concluded Euros, I believe it will take them almost a week before the community shield game before they get back and I have to ask, is Man City not going to be as good as they were like having a good start before the kick off of the new season? To me they haven't done anything to be recognized as champions, is this a sign that they might fail this season even if we fail to accept it that they're not going to be as perfect as before?

Guardiola has already stated that he is on the verge of leaving City. That means Guardiola is not interested in renewing his contract with City. Next season could be Guardiola's last with Manchester City. But Guardiola said this long ago. So Manchester City should take the necessary steps now. An experienced coach should be sought. If the City management cannot find an experienced coach after Guardiola leaves, then we will definitely see a decline in City's performance.

Guardiola is a very experienced coach. He transformed a mediocre team like Manchester City into a strong one. He was also successful with several clubs. I also think Guardiola should take charge of a national team now. And if Guardiola is able to win the World Cup with the national team, it will be the highest achievement of his career. England/France or Brazil national team could be the best choice for Guardiola.
