Honestly speaking, I have not witnessed a transfer market as dull as this before. I don't know whether it's due to financial crisis affecting some clubs that is affecting the entire transfer market. Surprisingly, even clubs who are not struggling with finance are not too active in the market as well.

Talking about the active clubs in the market, Chelsea has been active in the market more than any other club thou I see their activeness as a misplaced priority because they are bringing in players who have no much impact on the club. In fact, some of the players they bring in will become a bench warmer despite spending huge amounts in the transfer market.

Maybe Chelsea just listened to what Enzo Maresca said in buying some of these players in the transfer market this season in order to maximize the condition of the Chelsea team itself next season. Because who knows, the players that Chelsea have acquired could be better next season even though we judge them very mediocrely at this time with a level of influence that is not that big on the Chelsea team. But it is true that this season's transfer market is really not as fierce as the previous season due to the inactivity of some big teams who are targeting great players.

Arteta must try to fix the front line especially for the striker position and in the match that ended in defeat for them, it was seen because the finishing was still inconsistent. If Arsenal can focus on a good striker, splash funds on him, I believe big teams will begin to take them seriously.

They definitely needs a striker, Gabriel Jesus isn't doing much on the finishing for them or maybe Jesus can be coming from sideways to assist the striker, because looking from the current standpoint they need a standing top 9 like victor osimhen to help them. If you look at the Manchester city team, you will see that Haaland is a standing 9, who easily scores the tap in, he does little or no other job apart from that, so Arteta needs to look for a permanent fix on that, because That's the major hiccup the arsenal team has now, their central midfield and  their defence is solid.

After all, Chelsea also has a new coach and of course every time they have a new coach the team will experience changes. Thus, even though Chelsea sold senior players in their squad so far, I think the results could be good or bad for the performance and results that Chelsea will get next season. But at least,  any result can still happen and we also can't predict the exact result, because maybe Enzo Maresca will really succeed in making Chelsea compete in the top four, who knows.

Because after all, if Chelsea experiences failure again if they are only stuck in the middle of the standings, then of course there will be many targets who can be blamed. But of course, when they fail then the problem will return regarding the change of coach which is carried out every season. But at least, I personally might still think Chelsea is able to compete strongly in the top six but even so, of course it is highly hoped that Chelsea will return to the title race.

I understand that after Maresca managed to win the Championship with Leicester, he feels confident in himself, but the Premier League is a completely different level. Trying to chase a 4th place finish with a new manager is difficult, Chelsea have made changes several times but there were no better results before, if the upcoming season we need to see the game.
Gallagher? Yes not so impressive at Chelsea or at the EURO yesterday with his national team, if Chelsea sells then for me it is not the wrong decision after all it is the coach who guides it not the player because it becomes his tactician.

Bro my hands are not on the waters of mockery at all😂. I never believe for ones that Chelsea would be in such situation where they only play football for playing sake and nothing to say is their target, they could make the top 4 if they make things right but from all they have been doing is go after what's not worth it in any way and they seem to be comfortable about it. Their legends John Terry, Lampard and the rest of them can't even come out to help defend the club, the name C.F.C at least for ones say something to make the decision makers to stop making dead decisions that would kill the club completely, they (Chelsea legends) only sit and watch how bad the club they played for is making a mess of themselves.

Chelsea was a team that was wasteful in the previous transfer market, the problem was when the players they brought in couldn't contribute much. It's different when they are wasteful but they get players who have a significant impact on the team's play, that won't be a problem. But unfortunately everything that happened to them was not as expected, especially the players they brought in with a lot of money.
Questioning whether they will be able to be in the top 4, for me it is a difficult question to answer now, because we have to first see what their game is like. I won't rule out the possibility that they can achieve that or even more, but I also can't say that for sure because it's possible that what they experienced in the last few seasons they will experience again in the next season. The English League is a tight league, there are many teams competing here, so it's not easy.

Fulham have completed a club-record signing for Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal

Fulham have made their first move in the transfer window, bringing in Emile Smith Rowe in a big-money move from Arsenal.

Fulham have confirmed the signing of Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal for a club-record fee of £34million.

The 24-year-old has penned a five-year contract with the option to extend it for a further year in a deal initially worth £27million with a further £7million in potential add-ons.

Haha maybe that's his personal opinion but the fact is that almost all clubs are fighting to win the title it's just that they know their capabilities and they sometimes don't want to expect more, especially for Chelsea I believe they are one of the clubs that are aiming for the title since the last 3 seasons and that is also the reason why they spent a lot of money in 2 transfer windows. For next season, Chelsea is not the main candidate to win the title but for the top 4, I think it is not impossible and currently Chelsea is preparing a young squad maybe not for this season but who knows next season. Why will you even think Chelsea will end next season in the top 4? I haven’t seen any sign that Chelsea is really prepared for next season, and I am not really satisfied with their performance in the pre season matches that they have played. I know pre season matches shouldn’t be used to judge how a club's performance will be when the season starts, but Chelsea isn’t really showing they are prepared for the season.
 
Chelsea getting a new coach will really affect them because the new coach will have to start building the team, so Chelsea might not end the season in a better position. I just hope they will be able to have patience with the coach. We all know Chelsea is not always patient with their coach.

With all the players they have bought in that club things are still not getting right and it's really sad to see, some of the things that even get me annoyed with this Chelsea club is that they still fail to manage their way up the to the reputation that had befits their name because I know for a certain that this Chelsea club is not a team that's supposed to be struggling with the bottom half of the table then let alone relegation.
