Why would you say that Chelsea ate not planning of winning the league to to finish on top four when this was the reason why the management fired Pocchetino to achieve success but I don't see them on that track because it might only be a dream.

Selling the players that are more experienced in the club is a wrong move and that can affect the performance of the club. Maybe the new coach already have his own players that will suit his game strategy at hand.

Do you know one thing about the both players? They both played for Erik Ten Hag during his time as head coach of Ajax. When you look at the defense, then you'll see he wants to play and build same way he did with players who understands him and his project. It'll make his job better and easier.

Why will you even think Chelsea will end next season in the top 4? I haven’t seen any sign that Chelsea is really prepared for next season, and I am not really satisfied with their performance in the pre season matches that they have played. I know pre season matches shouldn’t be used to judge how a club's performance will be when the season starts, but Chelsea isn’t really showing they are prepared for the season.
 
Chelsea getting a new coach will really affect them because the new coach will have to start building the team, so Chelsea might not end the season in a better position. I just hope they will be able to have patience with the coach. We all know Chelsea is not always patient with their coach.

For someone to think Chelsea would finish in the top four with their recent condition is a fantasy. By the way, I see Conor Gallagher as average player as well but for Chelsea to allow the youngster to leave is the greatest mistake they would make this season and it would definitely affect them. Everything they are doing now is to maintain their position in the mid table and not get relegated.

Let me talk about what you said about Chelsea not winning the league next season, I never said that and can never think of it, instead of talking about Chelsea winning the league this year I'll rather talk about Aston Villa because they have a goal of keeping it hot for the other league competitors and you know it. Take a good look at their investment level how solid it has been for the Villains, you can't compare it to that of Chelsea and is like Chelsea doesn't have a structure or anything to say this is how we want to go about things concerning the team, with the coach Enzo Maresca trying to make things easier but is not going to work the way he wanted since the boss above him isn't letting him take care of things the way a coach should.

To be frank I hate the way management are treating academy players firstly Chalobah and now Conor Gallagher, it breaks my heart from the fact that I'm a Chelsea fan and the management are acting as trash, which is disgusting to me now.

That performance by Chelsea team towards the end of the season came  as a surprise and all thanks to their coach then. That performance he showed by end of the season doesn’t warrant him to be sacked but in the end, they sacked him. He might not have performed as they agreed on, but at least he was able to finish in a better position than the previous coach. With that performance, replicating it for next season is not too certain because the new coach might want to change the strategy and use his own that might not suit them well to win matches with it.

It looks like it’s just their second season without playing in the champions league and the next season will make it the third one if they fail to qualify again. I also Second your motion that he needs to have a very good time to actually start working his wonders in the club. Chelsea already is filled with young players that you definitely can’t not just get success with. Without having to patiently guide them,  Chelsea’s position is even worse as there young players are new and will also require moe time to settle in the league. So when Chelsea fans talk of quick success I usually smile at them, they are In a position where this season they can not simply predict where to finish or even expect a very good position.

If it was the same manager last season which is Pochettino, at least many of us will be aware that as an already experienced manager and also been there for over here he already has had his time to bring in trophies and we could clearly see the changes he had made to the team during the second half of last season
