With the way we all are praying for Arsenal to win the title next season I still can't find a spot to digest this whole near success syndrome because I some how feel they might make same mistake like they did last campaign. But let's face the reality of the Arsenal road to becoming this season's champion, Arteta has been with the Gunners for almost 4 years now and up till this very moment they haven't gotten that league title and he has been coming close to win it but Pep and his ways of making the Gunners fail has also been working perfectly well, even when the Man City coach praises you as a coach to win the league or you're doing well as a manager just watch your back because he's going to beat your team.
If this season ends the way it has always been ending for Arsenal can we say Arteta out? Because he hasn't been a winner and the Gunners and as well as the fans need a manager to give them this title they have been dying to get not finishing second and from how I see it, you mustn't beat Manchester City to win the league, just go about winning your game and wait for the opportunity to fall in line. If Arteta fail to win the EPL TITLE can he be shown the exit door?🤔

I think every club has its uniqueness & Arteta wouldn't have a job at any of those clubs if He had the same set of results that they had during his darkest times. But Arsenal afforded him stability & patience.

However, if Arsenal wants to win the Premier League next season, they must sign a striker who can score as many goals as Haaland, they do not currently have a striker capable of scoring 20 goals in the Premier League. Building up with youngsters and adding some star players with experience to the squad is a thing but it shouldn't only end with that, the question is would Maresca be able to bring out the best from those youngsters? if he can good for them this season but if not it's going to be bad for Chelsea this season cause Boehly has shown that he's impatient and would sack Maresca if he fails to qualify for the Champions League or win a trophy, winning the Conference League could buy him another season but going trophyless and not making top 4 could get him a sack letter, and that means the players have to learn the strategy of another new manager again. But I expect Maresca to try as much as possible in winning the Conference League if he fails to qualify for the Champions League especially if they succeed in signing Victor Osimhen. However those young growing players would benefit Chelsea for years, that's if they have a very good season with Maresca and development into future stars.

Arteta is a great coach no doubt but when it comes to achievement and all that you can't say that to him, he transformed the Gunners to be as good and challenging as they are and even more aggressive but that patience of the fans has been there for a very long while and how long do you think it will last? These guys need something to cheer for and they're not getting it which I find disturbing from my own end, having everyone on your side to do your thing and they hope one day you can get them the trophy but is not coming, do you think they won't start panicking? They would, so if he knows what is good for the club, he should step up his game.
