When a club is performing poorly, the first person to be blamed is the coach, because he is in control of the players. If a particular player is performing poorly, then he should be replaced, but if the coach doesn’t do that, then at the end he will be blamed. There are some players that we know are not really ready to play for the club, I don’t know why Ten Hag keeps on making use of them when you have better options on the bench.
 
Any player that’s not in form, then make use of another player. I don’t know why Ten Hag is still making use of Rashford when it’s obvious the guy has not been in form since last season, but Ten Hag keeps on making use of him in almost all matches, which he does end up performing poorly.

Honestly speaking, when Manchester United make any mistake the blame is always on Ten hag because that’s how it’s suppose to be. I had this same discussion with a friend about Manchester United and the opportunity Rashford get always despite his poor performance, I think Ten Hag is sending a warning and a last chance before making any move, Manchester United need a strict coach right now not the one that will be considerate that’s the reason Arteta and his boys keep performing good despite the recent game. Just watch out The next match Arsenal will play against Tottenham, Arteta will never hesitate to bench a player who performed poorly previously but, when it comes to United Ten hag always act different.

The manager of the year will likely be between Pep Guardiola and Arne Slot because both have them have not lost any game. Fabian Hurzeler of Brighton and Mikel Arteta of Arsenal do not have 100% 'performance. They have both had one draw in three games. Arne Slot might be the preferable candidate since he is new in the Premiership and successfully won two games. But Pep's Manchester City have won more games than Liverpool, this might be the advantage the Spaniard have over Liverpool's coach.       

The manager of the year awards will not be determined by the performance of coaches in the current season besides it's called manager of the year and not of the season so Pep Guardiola has done exceptionally well even though Mikel Arteta has also been a back to back competitor with Pep Guardiola but yet he hasn't done enough to win the award. Fabian Hurzeler has also done well for Brighton but I prefer Unai Emery who displayed world class performance for Aston Villa last season and project them to the champions league and as for Arne Slot, he is just new to the premier league and hasn't really done much even though he started the season well so Pep Guardiola is technically outstanding and i believe the award suits him well.

Let’s see what happens over the next couple of months. I would love Salah to get a 2 year extension (after this season) to take him to aged 35 but I don’t trust our owners at all. FSG hate giving big contracts to players over 30.

Mohamed Salah has amazing and unbelievable stats in total goals he scored for Liverpool in Premier League. Since his highest and most successful season in 2017 - 2018, with 32 goals in Premier League, in other seasons after that, he managed to score goals very stably around 20 goals each season. So far, there is no signal in latest season and in early matches of this season that his ability to score goals will drop significantly.

How can you replace a player when you dont have the right replacement for the player? Manchester United substitute players cannot make any changes when they come into the field. For quite some time, Garnacho has been starting replacing Antony, when he is subbed for Antony there isn't any good performance from him as well. Manchester United should sell their players and buy new players or better they should bring young boys from the academy. Because it pains me a lot to see that it's their first team that is having this bad performance its better that the academy boys lose to some teams in the EPL than see the almighty Manchester United players including Rashford doing nothing.

This will be more problematic when the substitutes have skills below the core players so that the rotation carried out will have a worse impact. Although in some cases this actually happens better where the substitutes can play a much better role. I remember how Maino's debut was and who said he had the best ability as a debutant but he proved he deserved to be given trust so that his game got better and improved.

The problem faced by Man United is because their players are too selfish and they don't play collectively because they are too focused on individual achievements. Garnacho and some other players held the ball too much and sometimes they did not pass at the right time. Even though the chance of a goal would be much greater when the ball was passed to another player, that's what happened.

Well, it's actually true that almost all Manchester united fans want Eric Ten Hag to be sacked, which is quite understandable, because since he came to the club, this year is going to make it three seasons at the club, and their is no significant improvement made by this Manchester united side as hoped for, so I understand the angle the frustrations are coming from, but let's be sincere here, Eric Ten hag is not the sole problem of this Manchester united team.

The hierarchy of Manchester united are also part of the the cause because over the years, since sir Alex Ferguson left the club, they have practically turns the club to a commercial club just as Luis Van Gaal rightfully said, and they have cared less on what have been happening in the field of play, so that winning mentality has gone out of the players as it were in the days of sir Alex Ferguson.

 so for Manchester united to return back to it glory days, they actually needs to invest heavily in the team and give the coach time to implement his playing system, and in my view, Eric Ten en hag is the right man for the Job, because he has proven to be a winner, by using Manchester united to win some trophies in his two seasons at the club even when they are not in good form, so I still believe that he can still turns things around.

I agree with you on your points above, because Mourinho is a coach can cannot do without wey itu players and he knows the kind of players that he needs to become successful at the end of the season. When he did not ha ve those players he will not be able to perform well in that season. Assuming Manchester united gave him the players he needed, he would have done something great during his time in United.

It was the same thing Mourinho said in Roma that led to his sack because he asked for players but look at it now Roma is suffering from a big problem because their performance is declining since the last quarter of last season. Wrong decisions by a club management can make the club suffer for long.

Jose Mourinho knows how to win trophies. He doesn't need the club owners telling him how to do his job. The Glazers did not give Jose Mourinho the freedom to pick the players he wanted in the transfer market like other teams he managed in the past. I saw in one of his interviews where he was asked about signing Didier Drogba at Chelsea in 2004. Jose Mourinho told Roman Abramovich to pay and not speak. We all know how successful Drogba went on to become in the premier league and for Chelsea. This was Mourinho’s style and he must have rubbed club owners the wrong way. Clubs do not like a manager they cannot control and will look for any excuse to sack you.

With all the trophies and achievements that Jose Mourinho has won, he has publicly acknowledged that finishing 2nd place with that Manchester United squad in 2018-2019 was his biggest achievement. That speaks volumes about his challenges at the club.

He is the most fruitful buyer of LFC in the previous few years while other Buying is also fruitful but as a right winger and the contracts Liverpool fans are very much concerned about the expiration of top players like Van dijk, trent and salah

No one doubts that Arteta can present the PL trophy for Arsenal if they can continue to consistently improve the team's performance throughout this season, I'm sure it will happen because we can see in the last 2 seasons that Arteta has always been able to make Arsenal's team performance development even better, for this season too.

Building a team is not easy, everything takes time and process and what Arteta has been through with Arsenal so far is clear evidence that they are on the right track.
I have no doubt that this can continue to be maintained, I even speculate that Arteta can bring Arsenal to win the title this season.

Until the last season, Arsenal with Arteta was progressing, they were even able to avoid the usual decline, but it was still not enough to become champions, and statistically they were assessed as one of the strongest teams in the Premier League. But Guardiola managed to create a winning mentality in City and it will be very difficult to break it, besides, I understand that the selection of players in City is stronger, I do not want to say that Arsenal is much inferior, but in my opinion there is a difference.

One of the most unique thing with Manchester City is the availability of individual brilliance for each of the wings, take Jeremy Doku for instance, he is one player that can drive the ball from the wing, move it forward towards the goal mouth of the opponent and cause havoc, Jack Grealish can do the same thing but doku does it better, same thing on the central midfield with Kevin De Bruyne, he is an incredible individual that can make an impactful difference in a game and this same applies to Haaland as well upfront, so you see that Manchester City have individual players that make the difference for them at different angles. Arsenal on the other hand play with a combined effort of teamwork, which to a large extent has been working perfectly for them but they can spice it up by getting individual players just the way they recently got Raheem Sterling to help make individual brilliance in contribution to the teams effort, this will actually help them to stand strong and be unique.

I also agreed that some of those underperforming players at Man Utd would cost Erik ten Hag his job, it's very obvious Rashford had a dismal performance in all their matches why not bench him for another player unfortunately Sancho who would have been a better alternative winger had been loaned out, if Erik ten Hag continue to play definitely nothing would come out of the team positively, truly Arteta start his squad based on player individual performance for instance in their last match against Brighton he started Leandro Trossard ahead of Martinelli based on former instant impact after coming on against Aston Villa by scoring a goal that exactly how I expected Erik ten Hag to play his squad.

The relationship within the owners has not been the same from what I understand, their philosophies look no longer to be aligned, and I understand because it is a common problem with consortium. I understand the owners of the club have spent a lot but I see them as being too impatient, too impatient with managers, and too impatient to see results. Chelsea look better than they were last season, and even more promising that almost everyone can see that. They are expected to do well.
Ricardo Caliofori's injury update has come and luckily for Arsenal, it was not a serious injury, and he should be available to play for Arsenal against Tottenham.

Southampton fought their way through to the English Premier League this season and it seems they’re going back to relegation because they’re incapable of handling the tough oppositions. Manchester United lost their peak and winning becomes very challenging for the Red Devils. Seeing them start the season very badly by experiencing two consecutive defeats certainly makes the rumor of Ten Hag's departure stronger, but I have not heard any definite news regarding when the rumor will actually come true, and for now I think it might be too early, because I also read some news that if in the near future the situation does not change, meaning that in the next few matches Manchester United performs worse then of course the rumor will most likely come true.
Of the several candidates you have shown, I think Thomas Tuchel is the most suitable figure to replace Ten Hag, we can see how his career was when he was still managing Bayern Munich who managed to defend the Bundesliga trophy for quite a long time, but I also heard that Tuchel now chooses to take a break first, but yes that doesn't mean it is impossible that in the end he could change his mind.

Chelsea are too excessive in buying players, there are so many expensive players who are recruited but do not bring positive and it is evident to see Chelsea's performance now, is it the club's fault for being too wasteful? Or is this Todd Boehly's desire to recruit that player?

We know that it's not wrong for Chelsea to have 46 players, they also buy a lot of young players, isn't it better to look for them in their own academy? I know this is for the long term with their investment in young players, but for me this is too much.

I don't think Todd Boehly will sell Chelsea sooner, maybe he is a little frustrated because of many failures in buying players but in the next few years who knows there are changes which bring positives to his club.
