In my opinion, among the coaches who are suitable to replace Erik Ten Hag is Ruud Van Nistelrooy. Recently we saw a bad performance from Manchester United, especially in the game they had against Liverpool in which they lost the game with a 3-0 result and the fans of these teams started blaming while the teams especially some players because of their bad performance. He is expected to have set the team to a standard where he can now have successful team that will be reliable just as Arteta did to Arsenal and just as Pep Guardiola did Manchester City. It is not too late to for him to change some of his pattern but it seems he can’t change because he is making a lot of mistakes in his management decisions which is affecting the team in terms of performance and the fans are not happy about that despite all the money given to him to sign new young players.

Now one of these players who couldn't have a good performance is Casemiro while he had a key role in Manchester United before but he recently said he doesn't have any problems with leaving the team.
It seems he even has an offer from Galatasaray and this won't be surprising to see him leaving the team soon.

Casimero is an old player, I think Real Madrid has used him before given him to Manchester United because his performance since joining Manchester United is not as expected from United fans; the fans hyped him so much but he is not performing to their expectations and he is causing the team some errors.

Casemiro made two errors that lead to goals which is why Ten Hag removed him from the game early, and I will expect him to leave the team in the January transfer window, and as you have said, Galatasaray showed interest in him and even if he didn’t go there he will surely get offer from Saudi Arabia.

Michael Carrick is the one who so far has impressed me as being the future coach of Manchester United, of course because I think he really understands English football. Michael Carrick has served as Manchester United coach before, but that was only for a few matches when Manchester United did not have a coach. Manchester United have performed well under Michael Carrick, so I think he deserves another chance for at least 2 seasons.

Jose Mourinho has become the most successful coach for Manchester United since Alex Ferguson retired. Mourinho won 3 titles although he also failed to win the Premier League title. Meanwhile, 5 other coaches including Ten Hag, Ralf Rangnick, Ole Gunnar Solskjær, Louis van Gaal and David Moyes are not better than Mourinho. Ryan Giggs and Michael Carrick look good to get a better chance, but I'm not sure if the management will appoint either of them as coach.

I don't think it's a good enough decision to let Casemiro go at this time because even though he is in a bad phase, Man United still needs his strength, at least he'll be available for rotation squad needs if necessary. Moreover, there aren't many options for the midfield position anymore because McTominay has already moved to Napoli, while Eriksen doesn't seem to be in good condition either. I think he still deserves to be given another chance, as well as to see if he can still get better and improve his level or whether he is already below Premier League standards.

Good relationship between the manager of a club and the owners helps the team to be together, a divided house can not flourish, when the manager is not in a good terms with the management the whole situation may affect the performance of the club entirely because the manager may not be concentrating in his coaching jobs and players also may not have the zeal to give their best in the football pitch in so doing politics may be introduced in a way that individual players may decide whom to support or take instructions from as the ugly situation is going on either the club owner or the coach and this may lead to underperformance of the football club.
No matter how good you are as a manager in as much as you were hired by a person or group of persons, you are answerable to them because there are conditions and reasons that made them to hire you as such you don't act on your own, although many managers has used their coaching strategy to bring success to a club and thats the purpose for their employment but before you make any step as a manager, you must involve the owners of the club before anything although sometimes club owners are very annoying in terms of decision making.
As for morinho we know that he is not a bad manager but he is arrogant although am not judging him because different people has their personal character but I believe that what happened may be as a result of his attitude and nothing else.

People think that being a good manager only means getting good results, but that is not the case at all. Plenty of good managers who got results still got sacked, biggest example would be Napoli firing their champion manager just recently, did much worse after he left, and yet still sacked him.

Mourinho or anyone else, if you are a jerk to owners or the other office management team, then you are going to end up with trouble. Directors are there for a reason, and if you are a jerk to them then you are going to end up with a bad result. Mourinho realized too late in his life (probably right about now) that he needs to listen to the owners and presidents of clubs to keep his job, even a cup may not protect his job, he has to do better.

If the team plays badly, why is it the players' fault? Don't keep arguing that the players are wrong and can't implement the coach's strategy, wrong passes, blunders, etc. I see all of this is Ten Hag's fault who can't implement a good strategy in every match.

Just look at the beginning of Arteta becoming Arsenal coach, he was widely criticized for strategy, tactics, and timing of player substitutions so that many statements came out that Arteta should be fired. You're just as uncool as other users when you can't accept differences of opinion. You definitely have reasons why Ruud Van Nistelrooy is better suited to replace Ten Hag, but you can't stop other people having opinions about which other coaches would be better suited because they probably have reasons too. After all, you and they only have differences of opinion, but that doesn't determine who is worthy of being Ten Hag's replacement.

It doesn't matter how many finals Ten Hag can reach in a few seasons, you would want him fired because he failed to deliver a title. Issue with United and Glazers is that Glazers never did transfers for success reason, they aimed at not getting blamed. So, if that meant they would overpay for a player that would suck but fans would be fine with glazers then they would actually do that, they don't care about the results, they care about fans blaming someone else.

Just like getting Ronaldo, they paid him a lot, he played great, ETH was the one that got blamed and Glazers got away with it. Good? In terms of which statistics? Yoro has never played more than 2 games for Man United due to injury. And in his first appearance against Rangers it was not something we can judge overall. So I'm confused how to judge him? I even have trouble finding the source of his achievements. Except from the Local article that said Erik Ten Hag was satisfied, it seems 1 game is not something satisfying if it ends up sacrificing a much more important game due to injury. I don't oppose your opinion, while you seem to say my opinion like nonsense without explaining why Ruud Van Nistelrooy is more worthy of being a coach compared to Ryan Giggs and Michael Carrick. In many cases, even if the manager is right, the club owner is never wrong. Most managers are fired because they want to have a greater influence in the team, in terms of player transfers, long-term plans and so on, which are very likely not liked by the club owner. The number of trophies presented will be a consideration, but differences in vision with the club owner are a disaster in a manager career, Jose Mourinho is a very relevant case where his relationship with the club president often ends badly.

For now, only a few managers have stayed at one club for a long time, maybe one of them is Pep Guardiola, we can see that he is very rarely or almost never heard of having a conflict with the club owner in any way. I saw in one of his interviews where he was asked about signing Didier Drogba at Chelsea in 2004. Jose Mourinho told Roman Abramovich to pay and not speak. We all know how successful Drogba went on to become in the premier league and for Chelsea. This was Mourinho’s style and he must have rubbed club owners the wrong way. Clubs do not like a manager they cannot control and will look for any excuse to sack you.

But it is important for managers to establish a good relationship with the club owners. If the club owners think differently or have doubts in some certain things, if the manager has a wider range of knowledge in those issues, I think it is wise for the manager to explain to the owners and make them understand why they should do things his way. No CEO would want to keep or aid a manager that's they think is not loyal to them. We only heard Mourinho side of the story, there must have been a reason why the Glazzers didn't backed him fully the way he Mourinho would have wanted. Let's not forget that Mourinho have some level of pride in him.

Yes it is good for managers to have a good relationship with the club owners and sports directors. It certainly helps increase the longevity of the manager at the club. But if the relationship is dependent upon the manager compromising or going against his own guts and vision for his team then the boat is headed for rocky waters. Club owners should give managers the freedom to do their job. The problem usually comes from club owners asking managers to sign big players who may not necessarily be a good fit for the team. I cannot dispute the argument that Mourinho is proud, but I disagree with those that say he was toxic to the club and the players. What did Mourinho’s successors at Manchester United have that he didn’t? Yet Mourinho did not get the same leniency given to Ole and ETH.

Manchester United lost their peak and winning becomes very challenging for the Red Devils. I completely agree with you because without attaching emotions and judging by facts and figures, a single match is not something to use in rating a player. Without mincing words, Manchester Utd desperately to sign more reliable defenders if they must make any serious progress this season. This is the reason why Man United performance is a little bad but I also support your opinion if Ten Hag should prioritize new players in the defense line to maintain stability between the attack line and the defense.
