Thank you for the kind words about my national team. 
Croatia already played in the final at the last World Cup 2018 in Russia and unfortunately lost in the final to France. We were also third in the world in 1998, so we are already used to the good performances of our national team at the biggest competitions.
Croatia also played well in the League of Nations this year, beating France and Denmark away from home and winning first place in the group.
For a long time, Croatia is not only Modric, but also Kovacic from Chelsea, Brozovic from Inter, Stanisic from Bayern, Perisic from Tottenham etc.
We had a short crisis after the World Cup in Russia 2018, but again we have a very good team and we are ready for great results

Croatia has a great team, especially with Modric in it. You have every right to be proud of your national team.

They have a great coach along with a well-balanced team that has strength, both speed and power, defense ability, and good goalkeeper. They played very well in the last World Cup and if they can play again in the same way, I think Croatia will be a strong team to look out for at the World Cup in Qatar, regardless of the fact that some of their players are aging and some young players are still inexperienced in international tournaments. But still, their team is filled with players who play for some of the best clubs in Europe, which makes them a dangerous opponent for any team that they meet on the field. Why can't this match be draw? although I support Spain but I want to say from my experience that this match is more likely to be draw. Because both teams are almost equally strong . i am waiting for tomorrow and curious to see what actually happens in this game

In Nations League you can expect any random result.. Best example for today is Norway vs Slovenia.
Switzerland is failing in this league while Spain is doing good, that's why most people support it. Besides odds are way in favour of Spain around 1.5 vs 6 for Switzerland.

The Nations League results are too inconsistent and I think I know why it is like that. It is because the League itself for this year is also inconsistent. They play in and they play out, and it happening in the year of the world Cup. Since it is world Cup season, some good teams who can do well in the world Cup are not taking the league so seriously while some who who will not do well in world Cup or who didn't qualify are taking it serious.

I think Croatia has a great coach,a true soccer architect as when I first was working where I am now several years ago he was the coach of Dinamo Tirana in 2007 or 2009 right before they became Champions.He won a Cup of Republic here with a team that did not have any talent,he created and harmonized the group at that time and funny enough next year in 2008 or 2010 the team that he created were Champions despite him leaving to a much richer league in money somewhere in Arabia or other rich country I don't remember.

Beside that now he is managing a team full of talents and based on this I think Croatia if they take the games one by one they have real chances at the World Cup,based on their group of players they should think that it is just 90 minutes of football and they can win against any opponent,in Nations League they did great this very last round.

After reading this post now I am feeling he has not good information about soccer and Croatia and the Netherlands, so he posts this all just because of keeping alive this thread @Daniel91 you already mention all things here, so I just want to add I have feeling right now Croatia is surely much better and balanced side even many peoples are still feeling about the Netherlands side which is surely another quality team but here it also needs to mention they are one of the unluckiest side in soccer history with losing three finals and right now they are coming after missing last world cup, so I have feeling they can go into last 16 but for qualifying into last 8 they need hard work and super quality which is surely missing.

Croatia is surely able to do this as well with I am personally feeling they can upset one big team for qualifying into last four even they are also currently missing something which is important for become world champions, but they have better chance then Netherlands for going into last eight or four.

After reading this post now I am feeling he has not good information about soccer and Croatia and the Netherlands, so he posts this all just because of keeping alive this thread @Daniel91 you already mention all things here, so I just want to add I have feeling right now Croatia is surely much better and balanced side even many peoples are still feeling about the Netherlands side which is surely another quality team but here it also needs to mention they are one of the unluckiest side in soccer history with losing three finals and right now they are coming after missing last world cup, so I have feeling they can go into last 16 but for qualifying into last 8 they need hard work and super quality which is surely missing.

Croatia is surely able to do this as well with I am personally feeling they can upset one big team for qualifying into last four even they are also currently missing something which is important for become world champions, but they have better chance then Netherlands for going into last eight or four.

I'm not that certain that we will play bad. It will most probably be the last game that Luka Modric will play for the national team and I guess/hope that he will make an extra effort to win this competition. I also think that other players could make an extra effort because of him so that he ends his national team career with a gold medal.
