So Italy winning and Germany is losing 
Imagine not be qualified for the World cup and be able to beat one of the team candidate for the top 4.

Those stupid nations league games are nothing more than glorified friendly matches to me and just another way for the UEFA to make more money again. They are maybe a little bit more important right now because they are one of the last matches before the world cup starts in a few weeks. Germany did not play well tonight, especially in the first half they did create no good chance to score at all. Hungary scored a very beautiful goal, that was also pretty lucky of course.
Afterwards Hungary defended very well. I think that at the moment Hungary is at least one of the top 20 teams world wide, so it is pretty sad that they are not qualified for the world cup this year. They could have played a good role there.

What is interesting in this case is Hungary.
Don't know why but they always do what can be considered amazing in my opinion.
Their defense is getting better if you watch this match because indeed I can even count on my fingers how many shots they missed and how many shots on target in this match.
But even so the Germans were so difficult and even the shot on target could be said to be almost balanced.

It's literally garbage games. All my multibets were destroyed yesterday, but if some had survived to this day, they would still be lost. I don't know how you can bet on these games - in a multibet out of 6 events with odds from 1.2 to 1.4, only 3 turn out to be correct. That's bullshit. I understand that you can bet on outsiders, but obviously no one takes this tournament seriously.

It's sad that you view it this way. At the nations league being a glorified whatever and a way for UEFA to make more money. Yeah, they might make some money out of it, teams and UEFA but football remains a unifier and it plays its part in our world.

For the fixtures of today, I wasn't so surprised with Germany not emerging victorious over Hungary after seeing Timo Werner as a lead striker and his yet to make any impact for Chelsea this season.

Hungary were more defensive in the game and they did it well against the German side. The German team is no longer what it used to be, no not at all.

Italy - England match might be England's last chance to stay in their current league. There is a three-point gap between these teams now and England are on the brink of relegating. I expect to see England playing extra tonight to get a win here. England win @2.44 seems very favourable to bet on for me. Maybe it is a big risk but I believe it's worth taking now. Southgate must have his best players in the starting eleven to reach their goal easier.

That's true, but I think Italy will try to do everything to win this game, and the next ones in the League of Nations. They won't participate in the World Cup, so they will certainly want to show what they're worth and this is the only competition where they can still do that this year.

They really did it. Italy won the match by 1-0 even though England seemed a little better in performance. I don't know how England couldn't even score one goal in an important match for themselves. England have no chance left to stay in League A officially now. Maybe they might not be too sad about that but I would have still waited for them to do better than this.

Germany's losing the match was even more unexpected but they are at least comfortable about moving on in this league. Hungary really deserve all the appreciations. Their effort so far has been really high but I still thought that Germany would win this time to secure their spot. Maybe if they were in the same group in the World Cup the scenario might have been much different. Germany would care much more about it in the end compared to the Nations League.

It seems that hungary team is doing it again, surprising us football fans they took the lead again against germany and they are playing really good if the german team does not step up their game they will lose today and maybe even conceid  other goals.

My prediction went 180° wrong!
Germany lost by 1 goal vs Hungary and Italy won also 1-0 vs England.
I would like to imagine a poll created for people who didn't follow the league and ask them if Ligue A Group 3 standing is right or inverted!

One of the interesting watch for the day was Estonia 2:1 Malta. 2 penalties in the game with an almost one on one chance that produced the winning goal for Estonia. Estonia deserved to win the game haven't put a lot of pressure and several direct shots at the post, even the off targets shots came with so much power.

You could say that as, the German side showed less enthusiasm towards the game although, Thomas Muller had a very good chance with a header although it was way too direct and Joshua Kimmich had a last attempt with a wonderful shot that went off target. A little direction and it could have produced the goal Germany needed to seal the game in a draw.

The saddest thing about this story is to see that England were playing with their best players, but apparently they are not taking this league seriously, it seems that even when they are playing with their best players, the coaches instruct the players not to if they make an effort to avoid injuries, I particularly didn't bet on these games today because I already imagined seeing these results, those teams that go to the world cup and that have very important players in the local leagues aren't going to try too hard in this league, they don't care losing a lot, getting relegated or finishing in last place, this is an insignificant tournament for them, but at least in my opinion they could put in players who are not important but who have the willpower to play well

I was too positive about Germany tonight.    My expectation was a huge win by them but Hungary did another great work in this match as well. Normally it is really difficult for them to resist a team like Germany. Maybe Hungary are using the environment in the Nations League in a great way but it is still a wonderful work of course. Croatia, Spain and Netherlands are the biggest candidates to be opponents for Hungary in playoff round. Whatever the opponent is Hungary can do even better than this as long as they continue to make this system work like a clockwork.

England were a big disappointment. They lost in a very crucial match and said farewell to the league. Southgate wouldn't prefer the biggest players in the starting eleven in their final group match. This would be nice to prevent probable injuries for them of course. I bet there are many people who bet on both teams to score for this match and lost. To be honest it was a nice choice but England couldn't score while the other scenario was more likely in fact. I thought Italy would have a bigger difficulty in scoring I mean.

Before FIFA, this tournament makes people choose different teams while placing bets. I believe these countries doens't take this league so seriously. If not, it is quite hard to see such results. From now onwards the teams should make use of every opportunity as a way to build their skills and tactics, but the expectations were getting destroyed.

I don't think it is real reason. Avoid injuries is a must but if they play bad, there are problems behind it and they can not blame that it is not important tournament like Euro or World Cup so they did not play at their highest capacity.

Me too. It is not too good for betting in tournament like friendly match like this.

The Nations League is bigger than normal friendly matches and teams have more reasons to win. At least, they have to spend more efforts than normal friendly matches.

In addition, World Cup is coming and coaches are using the Nations League matches to explore new players and adjust tactics to have best preparation for the upcoming World Cup.

England will relegated to league B because their final position at the bottom of standings league although there is one more match against Germany but it wouldn't be effect their final position and i know Nation League is not so important because this tournament similar such as friendly games but England should be improved their performance and not ended with the current position and now with only scoring 1 goal and conceded 7 goals from 5 matches makes most people doubt with their performance for upcoming tournament such as World Cup because seems England players cannot showed their best performance while playing on their national team

If Austria had beaten France, France would have relegated to the B league.  However, after France won 2-0, they continue in Group A and everything is left to the last game.  If France draws or loses in the last match, Austria will be relegated to the B league in France after England if Austria wins.  This result of England surprised us all.  Now they can easily re-elevate from league B to league A in the next tournament.

I see that. it seems like that players didn't try to go all in for this match unlike when it was doing the match with their own clubs. I think that those players are still paying lots of respects to their nations. i will not take these matches as serious matches.
In my opinion even if they are not so serious but they are playing with their heart for their nations. It doens't matter what would be the result from that match. I think if calling it's not worth to bet is not true at all.

Germany must beat Hungary, not only to get to the top of the group, but because they are stronger than Hungary and must show their class, especially as the World Cup is about to start. I can't make any predictions about Italy's match with England because they both play badly in this group. I'll try to guess that Italy will win because they don't have any competition in the near future and they need to show they're still alive.

Hungary are defending very well, they have shown they want the win tonight Germany has a lot of first team players and coul put a goal pass Hungary.
Same goes to England, they're currently loosing with one goal to nothing... Whatever game Harry Maguire has started so far this season has ended in negatively. This should be the first England international game and they are loosing, Southgate need stop start using the right players for the country.

Having England scoring only 1 goal in 5 games is what I don't understand. The 1 goal came by penalty. It is disappointing that England loses their today's match to Italy with the calibre of players they have.

Are we to blame the England coach for their poor performance? Imagine Hungary is topping with 10 points followed by Italy with 8 points, Germany 6 while almighty England is with 2 points. This is unbelievable

I saw the highlights even though I was unable to watch the entire game. Sincerely, what I saw shocked me. Personally, I thought Phil Foden made a couple spectacular plays, but other than this, I didn't think the English team accomplished anything else outstanding.This squad has lots of quality to compete and win more than this on global stage. Without a better man as the manager, I don’t see this team winning anything going forward. This World Cup will be a testament to that.

A tournament with too many sensations going on, but now we can see next year how England in league B can beat all opponents, or go to League C, it's a joke. ) This is probably the worst games of England in the group stage and despite the fact that the Nations League is not the most status tournament, but Southgate can lose his place as a coach in the team for such results. And changing the coach before the World Cup is also not the best decision for the national team.
