correct I'm also sitting on the backseat with btc ready to catch falling knifes. Everything below 0.01 is a buy to me. So core-tanium has some backup of course. People shouldn't get too excited too fast. Some meditation and patience is good too. Uno can with no problem trade sideways without much volatility - we have seen that many times now. If you buy it up too fast you just attract dumpers. I seen a sellwall flashing when btc went up so we have still passangers who are willing to sell for a rising bitcoin. In case btc gets a little pump you could maybe get some bargains again And don't forget the cryptsy-potatoeman Slow rise is always best so sellers have always time to make up their mind and sell over time if they want to. Stability is trump. Never go full retard

i think he is saving up a bit you can see: at cryptsy is still selling going on - also on trex. So if you are patient you can buy a lot more at these prices. I'd recommend not moving the price up a lot until the lake hasn't been dried up at this level. I sense some impatient people on the buy and on the sellside.

Hi guys, i'm trying to compile this from source on linux mint 17.1 but I get an error when I do the qmake command and the same on QT creator:
leigh@Aspire-X3200:~/installed/Unobtanium-master > qmake /home/leigh/installed/Unobtanium-master/unobtanium-qt.pro:13: Extra characters after test expression. Error processing project file: /home/leigh/installed/Unobtanium-master/unobtanium-qt.pro
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.
I'm not sure why line 13 is there, but you can safely remove it from unobtanium-qt.pro and try again. Edit: I've submitted a pull request on github for removal here. I'll try that when I get home on my main box.

My buy orders are waiting to get dumped (0.012 and 0.01225). However looks like I am not going to get coins at those orders. I agree on patience. The price should be higher to attract the big money buyers who do not bother invest in low prices since the their pouring of 10 000 USD will make the price rise quite high. I see 0.01 and below unrealistic but I might be wrong, too.

A small bitcoin pump is incoming. Maybe you're lucky and can grab a sellwall when it pops up or some little dumps from people who want bitcoin.

We might indeed see a dip and if it starts getting lower it is only buying opportunity but as it is said, 0.01 is something that may not happen in near future. But, in case it happens it is indeed good to have 2-5 btc waiting in reserves. It is funny that people pay attention only on TOP 10 or 20 Cryptos. Those people end up making money the least percent wise. For example, buying just btc is pure waste of money and time unless you do not buy UNO with your btc. Mere bitcoins are too risky even after it has dropped 80-90 %. Realistically bitcoin can drop another 80-90 % before we have reached the bottom. Turtle seem to be a good choice. I consider UNO the benchmark coin.

Yeah, I mean, look at Paycoin. The traders love that thing and all it has done after it's initial pump is to pump lower and lower and lower. Hundreds of BTC volume per day. Somebody is making bank on the suckers! Cryptsy day range .036 to .081 - over 1,300 BTC volume ALSO, We have a lot of newcomers here. If you would like to venture off-topic / obscure / conspiracy, UNO has you covered. Please check out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=881433.new#new

@ TrueCryptonaire: you will enjoy the theory as you get your head around it. 'The Mall' (of which Un-Ex is Phase One) will be trading 'Uno/ Coin A' and 'Uno/Coin B' not 'Coin A/Uno' and 'Coin B/Uno.' Big difference! And yes, it's some months now since I began seeing Unobtanium as my 'benchmark coin.'
I keep a little Btc to buy Uno when the price dips, and I keep a little for the 'Core-tanium' project.

That's right. UNO could be king altcoin. Litecoin is very, very similar to bitcoin. Uno is a real alternative. Should be established and will find many buyers later after sticking around at higher cap. No doubt about it. Smaller caps are more risky. Most people only daytrade and not invest. Most just play swings on larger coins. They will like Uno especially when it can show to maintain high cap and growth and be resilient other than most coins. I think Uno can reach critical mass and more people should be able to trust it at some point. Once people understand the idea, they will be very interested. I think Uno has a bright future. @Charlie: Paycoin, omg! What a huge scam. I'm just glad i didn't buy into it. How long will it be until its cap dropped below Uno? Weeks? Things like paycoin bring in regulation.

@ cragv: just didn't want a plea for tech support to be overlooked in the rush. Tech-support 'r us!
Woo hoo! Big Wide Deep Kudos for Sirsmokesalot:
so, this morning anti-arithmetic boy is tryin' to figure out where the .31 Btc in his wallet had come from. Sirsmokes put his Bitcoin where his conviction is, and beefed up the 'anti-dump ammo' wallet.
Let's be clear about this, campers: the amounts pledged so far are not mighty -- but can you point out to me a single crypto in the realm that has this sort of community consciousness?!
HA! Glad you got it!! You are more aware of the markets than i. Those btc will have greater impact in some type of 'anti-dump' community support walls type thing. Nice to see so many new names popping up in here! Hopefully more and more people are looking at Uno and thinking, shit, this has been here for how long already? Why is it that i am just hearing of this, NOW?! Or something along those lines.

Unobtanium
A solid alternate to BTC
Solid holders and solid buyers.
Welcome Ghepetto! If I may ask you, how did you find out about Unobtanium? BTW, when will potato man run out of potatoes? I mined it at launch, (purchased some too) found out about it here on the announcement thread. Then I watched the Unobtanium monster attack cryptsy to the tune of 1kbtc a day for weeks (anybody remember that?). It is one of the few alt coins that has retained some value on the market. Sold 1/3 of my stack to recoup my invested BTC and still hold the rest today (free of charge), probably wont sell unless the price hits some rediculous number which is possible imo Here is the wiki for the first use of Unobtanium from the 50's; "The word unobtainium may well have been coined in the aerospace industry to refer to materials capable of withstanding the extreme temperatures expected in reentry. Aerospace engineers are frequently tempted to design aircraft which require parts with strength or resilience beyond that of currently available materials." Cheers!
